James shrugged.
"both? We'll have all day."

she nods "alright" she says to him. the water was starting to cool down. she leaned over him a little as she grabs a towel. she smiled at him as she held the unfolded towel in front of his face and she stood up. She didn't want him to see her body. She wrapped the towel around herself and stepped out of the bath. "i better get some sleep" she says to him she took her clothes she got from his mom's closet.

James blinked, but he didn't say anything about the towel. He got out of the tub. He nodded. He would get dressed.
"same bed?"
He tried not to smirk.

she blushed and shook her head "no better not" she says to him "goodnite" she said to him as she walked out of the room in her towel

james sighed and shrugged. he got ready for bed.

she walks back to her room and gets dressed before she crawls in to her bed and goes to sleep.

james went to bed.

while Kali slept, she tossed and turned. She was having a nightmare. In her dream she was back with her father. He was beating her. She screamed put loud while she slept "stop, stop please stop". she was thrashing in bed.

James awoke with a start. He ran to her.
"kali! kali, wake up!"

"No no!1" she shouted but woke up after a min. she saw James and she hugged him and started to cry.

James hugged her tight.
"It's ok. you're safe now."

she held him tight. she had tears stream down her face. she sniffled and wiped some tears away on her sleeve.

James kissed the top of her head.

"that.." she says "was horrible" she muttered her head nuzzled into his chest.

james hugged her tight.
"I wish I could chase those nightmares away for you."

she sighed "me too" she said softly. "will you stay with me?" she asked him. she moved over in her bed to make room for him to crawl under the covers with her "please?" she asked him

James nodded. He joined her in the bed.

"thank you" she gave a wary smile. She cuddled up to him and laid her head on his chest. she was glas he was here to keep her safe. "if felt so real" she said sadly

she frowned "im so messed up" she said quietly. "im sorry" she told him
