Brandon is with Elizabeth

Kaliska is with James

Both sets are at James's house, setting up weddings.

SO you can really just jump in at the ball still if you want.

Well, there was fighting with Kalis' father.
Alot if chasing and romance.
Elizabeth and Brandon secretly eloped but are going through with the already planned ceremony.
Elizabeth is pregnant.
James and kali are planning a wedding of their own.
Eric is back at the actual ball. But he has been invited to said weddings.

I did my best. Hopefully this is enough.

Oh, and they are not at that mansion anymore. They are either in town or at James' estate.

Oh, and Eric has a broken heart so if your character chooses to pursue him, it may be hard to do.

basically, kalis' dad prepared to marry her off to more than one guy and he nearly killed her...literally. James, Elizabeth, and Brandon had chased after him during the entire thing. It took a while to catch him. He got away but they managed to rescue kali. Kali was hurt, but James got hurt keeping her safe. It took a few days to recover, etc.
