Name: I'm Terry Fisher
Gender: Male
Age: Turned sixteen just recently
Appearance: I look like this
Region of Origin: I'm from Hoenn
City of Origin: Mossdeep, to be exact.
History: Mossdeep isn't a very interesting town, it's just an island. The space center was kind of cool I guess, but there isn't exactly much to do if you aren't into swimming or fishing. So ever since I was little, I took every chance I could to travel with my parents. I always saw people battling Pokemon around the rest of the region, it seemed so fun and interesting! My parents never let me have one though. Never told me why either. Every once in a while, I saw trainers passing through Mossdeep to visit the gym. Sometimes I would ask them, how they got their Pokemon. They would always say "just catch them" and when I pressed more, most confessed to getting their first as a gift, often from the regional Pokemon researcher. I made it my goal to meet this man and acquire a Pokemon.
My parents were still disapproving, so I made a plan, the next time we went out travelling, I would strike out on my own, and find a way to get a Pokemon. I saved up all the money I could. And the next time Dad had to go to Lilycove for shopping, I asked to go with him. And, well, it isn't hard to get "lost" in a department store. I wandered around Lilycove for a while, visited the Contest Hall and watched a handful of contests. This turned out to be the best decision I had ever made, because, visiting the Contest Hall on that day, was Professor Birch. He seemed sympathetic towards wanting a Pokemon of my own, and he offered me a choice of three, which I later learned were our regional standards. A Torchic, Treecko, and Mudkip. Treecko seemed the coolest to me, so I took him. Birch insisted on not taking payment, saying he was just doing his job. It had been an hour since I had left, so I figured it best to get out of the city before my parents found me.
I traveled from there to Fortree, which seemed nice enough, battling wild Pokemon on the way with my Treecko, whom I named Aaron. I stayed in Fortree for a few days, bunking in the Pokemon Center. And learned of the Gym Challenge. But to battle Gyms, I would need more and stronger Pokemon. So we kept training and traveling, on the way, I learned to catch other Pokemon. With three powerful Pokemon in hand, I was at Mauville City, ready for my first Gym. Or perhaps a little too ready.
Wattson, seeing I had no Gym badges of my own, used his team for rookie trainers, and we swept him up. Aaron had evolved by now, and the other two were no slouches either. Wattson was impressed, and asked me if I wanted to become a better trainer. I would later learn he called a contact to scout me. He said he would vouch for me, but I would need to prove myself further. With his directions, I conquered two more Gyms, one in Dewford and one in Rustboro. All three Gym leaders said I would be a perfect fit for... something. And as I left Roxanne's gym, a man in glasses walked up to me, and offered me a full scholarship at a Trainer's Academy. I love Pokemon battling, so of course I signed up!
Personality: Outside of my Pokemon, I guess I'm kind of a loner. I mean, I left my parents without their knowledge less than a year ago. I met some people, and they seemed nice enough, but for the most part, they were competition. I just want to become good at Pokemon battling, it's really all I have to do. I love my Pokemon very much though.
Battle Theme:
Etc: Aaron likes to walk around instead of being in his Pokeball

This CS isn't finished yet. Still a WIP
Name: Maxwell "Max" Hudson
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Appearance:
Region of Origin: Johto
City of Origin: Blackthorn City
History: Max Hudson was born and raised in Blackthorn City where he has spent most of his life. His father was a Dragon Trainer, as was just about everyone else in the city. He was a strict man, and had high expectations for his son. He had a low tolerance for failure, and Max was disciplined harshly when the expectations were not met. His father had always wanted his boy to follow in his footsteps, and become a Dragon Trainer. From the moment Max could walk and talk, he pushed that dream onto him. He was trained to become a Dragon Tamer, just like the other boys. His mother didn't agree on what her husband was doing. She felt Max should be allowed to decide for himself what he wants to do with his life, but the man wouldn't have any of it. Max hated Dragon Training. He wouldn't mind owning a Dratini or something if it weren't forced onto him. Max preferred cute Pokemon like Clefairy and Togepi. Regardless, he stayed with it in order to please his strict father. He also didn't agree with his father's ideas about how a man should act, but he kept his mouth shut, but resentment slowly started to build.
Growing up, Max always had an interest in art. He was often doodling in his school notes when he should have been paying attention in class. While he excelled in art classes, he wasn't good in Math, and was average everywhere else. His mother encouraged his artistic talents, but his father chastised them. Claiming that art was for sissies. Naturally, Max was always closer to his mother than he was with his father.
At the age of ten, Max's father gave his son a Gible for his tenth birthday. A rarity in Johto, no one else had one, everyone usually got a Dratini as their starter. Max hated the thing. It was disobedient and unruly. After a few days of owning it, he wound up trading it away to some other kid for an Eevee behind his father's back. Of course, his dad eventually found out about this, and he was livid. An argument ensued that ended with Max running away from home. He was going to prove to his father that he could do well using the kind of Pokemon he liked. He would challenge the Gyms of the region, starting with Blackthorn Gym. He knew he would have to do a lot of training before he was ready to take on Clair. During his travels, he and his traded Eevee bonded quickly. He also caught a Marill and a Clefairy, and he got an free egg from the Day Care center that hatched into a Togepi.
And then something strange happened. The day before he was about to fight Clair, his Eevee suddenly evolved. Not into an Espeon, but into some pink thing with bows. He had never seen this Pokemon before, but he still thought it was the most adorable Pokemon he had ever seen! He used this new Pokemon, which called herself Sylveon, in his match against the Gym Leader. He won with surprising ease. All of his Pokemon were immune to her Dragon type attacks. Clair accused him of cheating, and refused to give him the badge. Which pissed the boy off greatly.
At some point, he met a Pokemon researcher who heard about his battle with Clair. He told him all about the recently discovered Fairy type. Max was excited to hear about this. Cute Pokemon that were able to defeat monstrous Dragons? Yes please!
He went on to get four of the Johto Gym Badges using nothing but Fairy type Pokemon. Including the Minneral Badge (Which is why his Togetic knows Flamethrower) and the Rising Badge he rightfully deserved.
Personality: Max is a cheerful, optimistic guy who doesn't like to be bogged down with unpleasant thoughts. He enjoys laughing and making jokes with others, even in inappropriate situations. He is easygoing and friendly, which makes it easy for him to befriend people. He is really good at understanding other people's emotions, and is an emotional guy himself. He is not embarrassed to show his feelings. He cries when he is sad, and is openly affectionate towards those he cares for. He is driven more by his emotions than logic, and tends to act impulsively as a result. He does not think about how his actions affect others until it is too late, and winds up feeling bad about it afterwards if something goes wrong.
Max is very sensitive, and is willing to be a shoulder to cry on, and give you some words of encouragement when you are down. It is very easy to get him to like you, and once he is your friend he will remain your friend for life. He will keep your secrets a secret, and will do what he thinks is best for you. When something bothers him, he will keep that to himself for fear of hurting someone's feelings. For him, hurt feelings hurt worse than a hurt body. If there's one thing Max can't stand, it's being forced to do something he doesn't like. Trying to control him is the fastest way to get him upset. When he gets upset, he will lash out.
Max is a creative individual. His favorite pastime is drawing and painting, and he often be found dooding in a sketch book when he has free time. In addition to his creative pursuits, he enjoys Video Games, Anime, and other things that most would consider geeky. He also has an affinity for cute things. Max doesn't care for sports all that much, after being forced to participate in them for so long. After spending years being scared of his father, and finally getting out of that situation, he has had enough of being concerned what other people thought about him. He is going to be himself, and if you don't like it, that's your problem not his.

Name: Andie Fox
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance:
Region of Origin: Almia
City of Origin: Chicole Village
History: Born in a place where the only respect goes to Pokemon Rangers, Andie definately stood out from the rest. She didn't believe that capturing pokemon was the only way to befrend them, but that letting them be out of their pokeball was the best way to show them that they were loved. After meeting her Igglybuff in Chicole village, the two of them set out on an adventure that took them all throughout Almia and the other regions of the world. Now living with her four pokemon team in Kiloude City in the Kalos region, she has come to the academy in the hopes of becoming a great Gym Leader or maybe even a member of the Elite Four.
Personality: Sweet, kind, and outgoing is the definition of Andie. Her cute charm allows her to make friends everywhere and she loves meeting new people. Learning more about pokemon is what she loves to do. When it comes to battling and filling up her Pokedex, she is really competitive and has acquired many new rivals along the road. She believes that hard work and dedication are the best was to achieve your goals. She especially hates Team Plasma.

Yeah I'm shorter than most guys my age. I also workout and train just as hard as my Pokemon. Who needs height?
Region of Origin: Sinnoh
City of Origin: Oreburgh City
History:
I grew up in Oreburgh. My dad was a miner, everyone's dad was a miner. That's all there is to do in that town. Not that it's bad, just gets old is all. Growing up in that sort of town makes you tough. I was the weak little guy back when I started school. I got picked on like none other. Being smarter than most of the bullies didn't help either, just kind of made it worse. My brothers were no help, in fact they considered it a "learning experience." So I took it into my own hands. Wrestling with my dad's Machop, going out and catching a Gligar for myself, talking to girls way out of my league. Somehow it all worked out. "Pretend you've got some self-confidence long enough and it'll happen." Some advice from my uncle that turned out to be too valuable.
School got a lot easier, but I started to get bored. Sure learning is fun, but I'd overcome such a huge obstacle. Seeing all the trainers coming through to challenge the gym all the time, I set my sights on the outside world. A whole wide world of Pokemon out there just waiting for me. I set a challenge for myself: Train for one month, then challenge the gym leader. If you succeed, take off and see the world, explore and challenge trainers with Gligar. If you fail, try again next month. Two months later, I was saying goodbye to my family at the Oreburgh gate. I travelled through Sinnoh with Gligar and then Poliwag, collecting five of the eight badges, when I was offered an opportunity to travel to the Johto region. It was a spur of the moment decision, but I wanted to see more of the world.
In my travels through Johto I managed to meet some friendly people. Gift both an egg and a Razor Fang on separate occasions, going there proved to be the right a good decision. My egg hatched into a Smoochum, lovely little thing. But the Razor Fang's been sitting in my bag for a while. It's to evolve Gligar, but I don't really want to. I'm not one of those saps who wants to leave him like that forever. I just think, why rob him of living up to his full potential in his current form? The same goes for the rest of my Pokemon. I won't let them evolve until I know they're at their peak. Hell, if I ever catch a Magikarp I'll likley train it to jump over a mountain before it evolves. But I digress, I travelled through Johto some more. I gained a few more badges, particiapted in the Pokeathlon a few times. It was a lot of fun showing my Pokemon's skills outside of battle too. Then the letter came. So I apparently I've been extended an invitation to this fancy university. Well, why not?
Personality:
I've been told I have a Napoleon complex. I don't. Just cause I'm short, doesn't mean I'm always trying to make up for it. Yeah, I'm loud. Yeah, I'm confident. Why wouldn't I be? I know I can do anything 'cause I got the brains and the discipline. This world is mine for the taking, but if you're willing to fight as hard as I do, I'm willing to share. I'm a friendly enough, though there's those people put off by my confidence, or "cockiness." Their loss, I guess. In battle I tend to crack jokes. I don't typically tell anyone but it's to keep my competitive nature from getting the best of me and clouding my judgment.
