It's a long time since Emma had been out in the open world. Free, in a way. The way that meant she was allowed to walk without someone pushing her along with something sharp. She still had people with her though; police officers, escorting her to ensure she was transferred to the school without attempting to flee. It was a shame, Emma had hoped to flee the moment they turned their back, but no such luck.
She had been marked through the crowds, murmuring about her, to the principals office, where the situation was explained and the shackles of policemen was exchanged for the shackles of teachers. Lovely. Once the officers had left, she was informed that she was free to go around campus, but she would be found quickly if she tried to flee. Emma didn't doubt that either; she could read it in the principals eyes.
For now though, she was free to go about her business. So, with her bag on her back, Emma wandered the camp idly, looking for the girls dorm.
