Short description of candidate.
Average height, with high cheek bones, full red lips, and big bright blue eyes most generally consider her an attractive woman. While she is fond of hooded jackets and sweaters that help hide and/or obscure her appearance, while hiding what she really is she prefers blades and blasters. When she isn't hiding what she really is she is known to wear what are believed to be "Dark Jedi" robes and a mask.
It is noted she wore the outfit when the incidents in Hutt space occurred.
Simplified report on known Force techniques and estimated levels.
She seems to have all basic level skills. We've documented her using Disable Droid and Stun. Force Lighting has been witnessed with varying effectiveness between incidents, suggesting she hasn't quite the grasp on this she does on basic skills. One agent reported Force Scream. The evidence that remains of a series of incidents in Hutt space suggests something quite unusual indeed: some knowledge of Sith sorcery and alchemy. To what degree remains unknown. It is noted by several high level dealers in ancient knowledge and trinkets that this Selene is a collector--no doubt of items and knowledge we in the Empire would find most enlightening.
Simplified report on other known skills and estimated levels, including lightsaber training.
Shii-Cho, Makashi styles are evident but there are only pieces of any other forms.
Experienced and talented mechanic and tinkerer. Good pilot. Good slicer.
Experienced and very well read archaeologist. Estimated heavy academic background.
Surveillance and agent reports detail usage of a variety of weapons, even improvised and picked up. Extensive martial arts training is evident. She has disappeared into wilderness and swamp, she has slipped away from us in crowds. She has nearly every skill that would make tracking a person down very difficult, as if she has spent the majority of her yet young life training for that very purpose.
It is all also a giant red flag. Sith eyes need to see this report. We need to bring this person in.
Quick report on political influence, ownerships, associates and rivals.
No political influence except who she can bribe or what shady character might owe her a favor. She owns a small frigate built for speed and running away from those giving chase, the name of which is Rapture according to various dock and spaceport records. There is a little alien of unknown origin named Enki that acts as co-pilot of her vessel. Our undercover questioning of this Enki provided the majority of our information on the target, though it's believed the alien would give his life for the target. We've yet to figure out why. Her only rivals are fellow collectors who want a piece of her rumored collection, and our agents.
Psychological evaluation of candidate.
Arrogant. Stubborn. Impatient. Entitled. Too smart for her own good. Too observant for her own good. Possesses a quick wit that she's fond of using to taunt those chasing after her or fighting her. She displays every sign of a heavily compartmentalized psyche: whether former trauma, or a dark secret she wishes to lock away and forget forever, the target is most absolutely hiding one or more significant secret.
List of uncovered and suspected flaws. To be put into restricted database.
The Sovereign - Either noble or royal, Selene was raised to believe she was much more than just a person.
Sweetest Sister - Queen Sela's sister Princess Anara is by all accounts a sweet soul and kind heart, generous and selfless. She is also the only person in the galaxy that means anything to Queen Sela. (Secret)
You Know Nothing - As much academic, mechanical, and mysterious knowledge as Selene possesses at the end of the day she knows precious little about life.
Major achievements and failures on record.
Selene has acquired a truly impressive collection on top of the secret collection passed down between Force Sensitives in her ancient royal bloodline.
Survived Sith crypts on Korriban and several other places, while evading Jedi/Republic forces.
Built her own lightsaber. The crystal is purple.
Personal biography, as detailed by the candidate for use in imperial archives. Acquired shortly after last achievement of note.
The child is a descendant of the ancient Je'daii Ranger Ramal Vi. Her records are more complete than even ours, gathering they were penned by Ramal Vi himself, but what we have remains confirmed by two sources: Ramal Vi was patroling the edges of known space when he disappeared in his Je'daii starship ten years after what's generally considered the end of the first Force Wars on Tython. Both match exactly what we have surveillance of her saying before. A man matching his description took control of an early Charmath five years after the recorded date of Ramal Vi's disappearance, another corroboration of our records. Rumors said he used special magic and was wiser than most men so a runaway Je'daii Ranger certainly fits.
That was the last mention, but the child's DNA certainly seems to back up the story. The truth of the Charmath royal line being a bloodline created by a Dark Force user to perpetuate his unique vision of Force philosophy one generation at a time is a surprise. Unless you have direct knowledge of the family than they seem to be in league with no other Force using organization in the galaxy. A wild card keeping their existance as secret as they can, futile as the attempt has proven to be over time. As per your request the record on the matter will be sealed.
Also per your request, I have ordered efforts to locate and interrogate the child to be doubled. We will find her.
- Imperial Archivist Hraewai to Emperor Vitiate
This is an odd request. The royal family of Charmath? That dusty old oversized university of a planet? Alright, they're your credits pal...
The current family is really a family and an outsider. Unfortunately for optics and some royal legalities, the rightful Queen of Charmath is the outsider. See, according to every report we could hack, it boils down to two daughters who watched their parents get murdered in front of them during a family dispute that nearly errupted into a full on dynastic civil war. In the end military and academic forces were able to stabilize the inner-politics of the royal line. Y'know how it goes, one big royal blood line that's got branches and off-shoots over the years, some that got pretty important in their own right, got uppity about not being in charge, and...
So when the academics name the oldest of the two daughters as the rightful Queen, tensions break out again, there are some mysterious deaths of servants and agents but no open conflict. The new Queen, a child of eight, is kidnapped by the very same relatives that once killed her parents. Charmath elite military forces rescue the Queen and kill the members of the royal line that took her. That's the official report, anyway, some versions of the story vary depending on the former commando there that day being asked. Others claim the girl killed some. None of them ever state how.
A few more assassination attempts, a few political cullings, and by the time the Queen and her younger sister are teenagers the kids have a reputation as survivors, the population's taken quite a bit of shine to them both. One more than the other; the Princess is all pretty smiles and a charming personality. The Queen is darker, withdrawn, bookish. Secretive to an extreme. The Princess marries a well known academic leader. The two have pretty babies, the commons eat that shit up, the academics just go about their business not paying attention.
I can tell you all about the Princess, Anara, everything from the romance with her husband the Prince Consort, to her children, Prince and Princess, to her relations with world leaders and military senior officers. I can tell you every meeting she's ever had with the Republic and members of various galactic eceonomic organizations. I can tell you Anara is very close with Sela, the Queen. The Queen is an academic, archaeologist, historian. She is an extremely rare sight. Some believe she attends academic functions and lectures in disguise.
Others believe she hasn't been on Charmath for years. It's hard to know which tales are real, and which are rumors. I could maybe try to find out for you, pal, but your time is up and my line of customers isn't getting any shorter.

Someone from one of the syndicates told me it's a young woman. Pretty thing, in a haunting kinda way. Huh? That's what this guy told me, yeah. Haunting. They went to the deal and there she was. Said she was dressed like some junior exec, pants suit, trench coat, all of it. Barely a word said. They drew their weapons on her after she showed the money and when they woke up, she was gone, the case was gone, but she left the money. Guy thought it was a Jedi in disguise, haunting, like he said. No idea how she attacked them, never saw anything, just suddenly out like a light.
The Collector, they call her, but that only makes her, what, the thirtieth 'Collector' out there? Only Jedi, Sith items. One of the Hutts thought she was an academic, said they jacked up the price on her just out of spite. She paid it without blinking. Where the hell does a haunting little girl with a Force fetish get that kind of funding? Coprorate Heiress, maybe? The ship she runs is a custom job. Some kind of freighter, smuggler special kind of deal. Real money in that hull. All of it after market. The blasters she uses are modified things, fast and more than lethal enough for any job.
The Hutts went after her, tried to steal all the artifacts back. I have audio and video proving she was behind the damage across Hutt space, just a giant damn gash right across their space and their authority. They say on that moon near Sith space she was helped by monsters, or that she awoke monsters already there, or that she created the monsters in the first place with one of the artifacts. Who knows? The syndicates and the Hutts don't know what that shit is. The brainheads they employ think they know, but c'mon, we know not even the Jedi and Sith really know what all of this old shit can do. Some of it even predates them, you heard?
After the prison destruction, after the mining colony, after the moon with the monsters, hell even the pod race she ruined by hijacking the thing--the Hutts decided she was bad business and just let her go. Like Hutts do. You better believe they'll kill her first chance they get, but I hear she's back in Hutt space, and you know what? None of them slugs will even inspect her ship. She's crazy, yeah, but word is she's not scared of the slugs. She's scared of something else. A Sith syndicate? Maybe, I've heard crazier shit, but truth is...I've been a cop in this sector my whole life. I know someone on the run when I see 'em, and this girl, jack? Yeah, she's on the run. Something scares her. If it ain't the Hutts, then I don't know what it could be.
But whatever it is, hey, I'm tellin' ya, you don't want to be around when it catches up to her. Whatever, whoever, it is after her, it's GOT to be scary.
So yeah, go ahead, do this deal with her on Nar Shaddaa......then bug out, pal, and bug out fast. I wouldn't wanna be you right now, but that is A LOT of credits she's offering, sure enough...
