Evvie doesn't have the best track record around, I must admit. She does have a more diverse moveset to work with now as a result of her solid flame ability, so the only gstopping her at this point is probably her intellect and maybe her lack of resistance to magic, but that hasn't played a factor yet.

Although with her (mostly) older mind it's just a younger body, which I'm not sure would count exactly for child murder. That being said it's on the same level of badness to kill her in either form.

All I have to go on is that they stun people when they hit, and probably have a small blast radius.

They're just ceramic disks with about as much gunpowder as in a flare from a flare gun. They're low impact, designed to distract/stun rather than kill.
