Every time somebody says that someone else is not "contributing" to anything when making their posts makes me wonder what they think other people are supposed to contribute to an OOC thread designed for small talk so that we don´t lose interest in the whole thing. I mean they´re contributing just by posting.

Also, Beta; Necropolis won´t destroy itself. Get your ass rolling :D

I might go with ImportantNobody's approach and create a character for each tier. I might just mess around and make Thompson a low tier character, and then create an entirely different character an intermediate.
