Let your imagination run wild, I have laid out the basic parameters of Necropoli in the OOC you take that and come up with something.

The two important members of the elf army postpone the battle to fight over Evvie's skull, end up killing each other in the process.

Not really, although I personally wouldn't go beyond 8-10 myself. More than that and it makes things really busy for me as I have then copy a sheet with so many things so I can keep it handy and review it every time said character is in a fight. Not my idea of fun. I would prefer everyone has a modicum of decency and isn't a douche.

No, but if it's larger than a small moon, for example, it may question the characters ability to interact with others.

I'd think they would resembled the Turian's, since they also live on a planet with ultraviolet light.
