Alright everyone. I am back...I will be off and on today but someone condense and pose the questions you have in a single post so I can check them off as I go. I will look over this character, inherently I cannot disallow it because in the multiverse anything can happen, but god tiered characters and by your own definition he is a god, are not allowed.

Yeah, but the binds keep him in the safe zone, so i dont think his power will start kicking in here. Unless the binds actualy stop working once they get cut off with one of Samuel's limbs.

I'm sure TheBiddz can be reasoned with to change him from a god to some other sort of entity that'll allow him to be put in.

I'd actually say he's something along the lines of. Technically disgusting crunching mishmash of lions that have been crushed together.

I'm just going to throw this out there; calling something a god does not mean it is all-powerful. "(god) (In certain other religions) a superhuman being or spirit worshipped as having power over nature or human fortunes; a deity:" - Which means that even if he is classified as such, he can still exist in the high tier without going past it.

Here's the bumper, if his increased power levels (which could theoretically happen if he lost his bracelets) aren't specified, they don't exist.

Also, we get to brag about killing gods.

Edit: In short, there's a difference between being a god, and being god-tiered.

They cold very definitely happen if he lost his binds. If true Diety characters are ever accepted, that's what I plan on having happen, in all honesty. That way we can have fights resembling the end of Gurren Lagann. It'd be radical. But yes, right now, they don't exist. He's no more a true god than any other character in there right now.
