"You've all come to this school in search of knowledge." Headmistress Maleficent speaks through the announcements with an all too familiar voice. No energy, no enthusiasm, just the morbid reality she has to tell at the beginning of each school year. "But all I see is wasted talent. Husks with no purpose or direction. You all assume that power will set you free. But as you spend time in this school, you will see that power only takes you so far."

Jack Frost sits in front of his desk. While Maleficent does her little speech over the intercoms, Jack reads a note to himself signed by "Nicolas." He smiles after finishing it, and places it back in the drawer. Although he isn't thrilled about substituting meteorology class, he's at least happy that he'll be able to sit in class all day and not grade homework.
A year ago it was him causing all the trouble in "Santa's Workshop," he got his name written up a dozen times because of Nick. Now that he's graduated, they're finally beginning to see each other as equals. Jack looks at the clock, three hours until class starts.

Anna hands Pitch an Elsa flyer. On the bottom, it had the words "have you seen me?" Above it, was a picture of Elsa from when she used to go to private school.
"A bit outdated isn't it?" Pitch says.
Anna nods, "Elsa didn't like taking pictures with me. Or any pictures for that matter..."
"And you want my permission to search for her off campus grounds?"
"nuh-uh-uh!" She waves her fingers at him. "I'm not asking, I'm telling you. Your giving me and some students permission outside of school grounds to look for Elsa." Anna digs through her purse.
He lifts an eyebrow, "And why exactly would I allow that?"
Anna takes out an envelope from her purse. On it, a seal in the shape of a moon keeps it closed. Pitch snatches the letter from her and opens it. He reads the letter inside.
"I'm not sure what it says. But when he gave it to me, he said it'll get me this favor from you."
Pitch scans through the words. He rubs his eyebrows, and laughs to himself,I can't believe this, he thinks. "Very well," he finally says.
Anna squeals in excitement.
"I don't see what sort of trouble you can get into by searching the mountainside."
Anna jumps up in joy, she grabs the rest of her printed flyers, and runs out the door. "Thanks you!" she yells before closing the door shut.
Pitch still couldn't believe it. "Man on the Moon." He says to himself. "What are you up to this time?"

"There have been rumors that some students have gone missing. Might I remind you that this is an extremely private school. If some students have chosen to un-enroll, it is expected that they no longer stay in contact with anyone here. Do not blame staff for when you can't keep track of your friends." Ursula taps Maleficent on the shoulder, reminding her that she needs to wrap up her speech. She nods, "Now, as I the morning announcements, I want to remind you all the importance of self restraint. Remember, you may have all been born with power, but in this school, you are not special."
