"Oh?" she questions, finally lowering the clipboard. "And how long did it take you to realize I was gone? Was it minutes? Hours? A day?" she retorts. "No, Artimes, Ivy, Jacob. It was more. Had you realized sooner, I would have stayed with all of you, but you betrayed me. I was supposed to be back in an hour or so, and none of you cared enough that I was gone." She took a breath and composed herself. "Once I realized you weren't coming for me, I gave in. Guess what? These people care about me.
