Winter raises an eyebrow and tilts her head. “Are you part animal or something?” She spins and slashes the air, and tosses the sword to feel its weight in her hand.

Winter shrugs. “Mostly anything you can think of with cats. Wait!” she pauses and shifts into a large bengal cat then snarls in excitement, her tail slashing.

Adam pulls his bow over his head and arranges it next to his quiver. His khopeshes rest in their sheath at his hip. As he surveys the arena, he pulls out a sistrum and begins gently shaking it, the metallic jangling cutting through the din easily.

Max finally stands and begins readying herself for the fight. She trades her small hammer for a larger one with a wicked spike on one side. She twirls it absentmindedly and makes her way over to Winter. "Uh, hi," she mumbles. "Are you okay?"

Ivy widens her eyes when she hears Max, puts a comforting hand on Winter’s shoulder, then walks towards Arty to give them some space.
