RULES 1: BE KIND – This should be a no-brainer. I do not mind drama between characters, but no drama between people. The world is already a harsh place, lets make it a little nicer 2: NOTHING OP – Nothing too overpowered. I will be monitoring character interactions closely. If I deem something too powerful happening (such as instakilling somebody), you will get a warning. We are all here to have fun, don’t be that guy. 3: SUBMITTING CHARACTERS - Submit the Characters in OC BEFORE putting it in the characters tab. You may put your little child in the characters tab once I approve your character/ 4: SHYNESS/PLOT – If you are too shy posting your creation or do not want other people to see it, feel free to PM it my way! I will not make fun of you or post it in the Character Tab without your permission. Trust me, I was there once, I understand. 5: SCHEDULE – You will be receiving a schedule once your character has been accepted. Some classes will have a * next to them. This means they will be classes that we RP. The rest of the classes will not be RP’ed due to time convenience. 6: DON’T BE A DUMDUM – All the other rules I am not listing due to common sense. We are all mature here, do not do something that is Immature OOC. 7: HAVE FUN!! – This is the most important rule because I said it is.

I might be interested, but I have a few questions on the lore of the rp. Will there be a section explaining the lore for the known species mentioned in the IC, such as the elves and animal-shifters? Also how will the Domiciles come into play, since there's no section for it in the CS will it be an IC component that decides what sort of classes our characters take? And lastly, is there going to be a general plotline or will it be more sandbox style/slice of life?
@Jasper19 I am a little concerned in the fact that there is magic in our known world (since you mentioned a magician sending you to Valenia). I would work around your character a little. As in, why did the immortality only kick in when he was 19? Or why he could not find his father? If you want, feel free to PM me if you want to work together
Now don't get me wrong, I love your character and the whole idea of "dimension hopping", but like I mentioned earlier, there is no magic in our world (as we know of. Or is science, to an extent magic? Who knows). If you want, you can have your father or another angel can come to you, tell you about Erstwhile Academy, and transport you there. Just an idea.

Weight: 68kg
Hair Color: Blonde
Hair Length: Long
Hairstyle: Middle-parted

General Body Description: Gymnastic-acrobat bodytype.

Birthmarks: None of note.
Tattoos: None.
Scars: None.
Personality: Upon first meeting him, Galdin appears to be a very polite, friendly and levelheaded individual. Always willing to compliment and encourage others, aswell as acting as a sort of mentor to younger students. He speaks in a calm manner, and somewhat mature for his age.
He is not the type to stop conflicts however, prefering to allowing them to go on for as much as required in order to reach a conclusion. Usually such ends with both sides being disgruntled and him having to talk with both sides, to varying results.
Galdin's true personality is hidden under his false exterior, of a young man whose ambitions be to enslave the world as it's new ruler. Where humans would rule supreme over all other races, where slavery would be legalized. Galdin is ruthless and will stop at little to reach his goals, as long as he can do so without staining his own ego.
That said he feels little for those he considers to be his rivals, having no qualms about removing them himself, but preferably he would want to use others for that task. Especially if he can pin two forces against oneanother, while strengthening his own status.
Any obstacles met in his path are to be dealt with swiftly and without mercy. He is however not a person which takes sadistic pleasure in harming others, but rather see it as a necessary evil in order to have order. If severely pressed or in a losing battle, he will be prone to make for his escape, and if such is not possible he will fight fiercely in a psychotic manner.
There are traits in others which he however values highly, even among non-humans, and those are loyalty and cunning strategic manuevers. In very rare cases he would also show respect to a worthy enemy, despite their race. If they have been able to thwart him on more than one occasion or at a crucial moment.
Other personality traits of Galdin is that he plays on peoples friendships and feelings, such as love to make them do as he desires, whilst he may favor certain people above others, if the gains are large enough he may even be willing to sacrifice something he holds in very high opinion.
Galdin has a weak spot for cute animals and do not like them to come to harm, he also bears a weakness towards human girls younger than he is and may go out of his character to protect or save them. In very rare cases he may -even- protect a non-human, allthough that may be very rare and may have to do with a personal connection to them or that he simply find them to be cute.
In the right company the young man may even joke and jest, allthough these jokes may often be very dark in nature, if not even morbid.
Galdin also disapproves of overly cruel and barbaric actions towards other forms of life, especially when such is made from one of his own kind, as he feels it drags his self-worth down to be the same level as such an individual. Despite his belief in that, he approves of slavery, but it has to be regulated and the slaves have to be fed and taken care of. Like cattle.
Quirks: ? Strengths: Perspective, Keen senses, Strong willed, Shrewd, Quick, Weaknesses: Deranged, Judgemental, Young human girls, Weak to sonic attacks, Over-ambitious House: Domicile Divinos Aspirations:
- Achieve mastery of his powers and trade. - Become student of the year or equalent in fame. - Attain the rank of headmaster of the academy, or any other high position in the neutral zone.
- Instigate a war to subdue and destroy the non-human nations and dispose of humans which are an obstacle to his ambitions. - Become the next ruler of this world, enslaving all non-humans and establishing a human empire.
Backstory:
Galdin was born in the Marland region which is part of one of the human kingdoms, 19 years ago, to a noble house by the name of Frayheart. The head of the family at the time, his grandfather, had been a firm supporter of the human war against the other races of the world, and his bitterness and anger when the peace came was passed down to Galdin's father, who'd secretly plotted a new human dawn. Aiding forces which sought to spark battle anew. But his father's ambition came to a halt when he was killed during during an uproar in the human kingdoms, ironically by those very men he had secretly supported. Thus Galdin became the new head of the family, whilst young he was well educated on subjects regarding the human kingdoms, and raised on the stories of heroes which died in the great war 50 years ago.
It was from these stories which formed him as a person, his desire to become a true hero, but not only that, but the hero among heroes. A name to be carried on for eons to come, as the man who fought the evil forces of the world and succeeded. A keeper of true peace and prosperity, of wealth and power and most important of all. Order.
Having been trained by a personal instructor, hired by his late father from an early age, in the power which Galdin had an affinity for, telepathy and telekinesis. Powers which would compliment him well as a leader and strategist of a new generation and his noble house. Despite having both an interest and capability to be trained in either of those things, Galdin has decided to focus more on his powers, seeing them as the basis in order to be a powerful leader or be a more adept strategist. Being under the belief that in order to build a sturdy tower, you must have a strong and firm base which will not give way, the stronger the base the higher the tower will stretch. And his ambitions be among the stars.

Personality: She's the picture of absolute haughtiness, always with an expression that says she's looking down on you while you talk to her. She believes humans to be superior over the other non-human races, and she wouldn't hesitate to voice her opinions on the matter. And even when you're human, she would still look down on you if you're not of the same social status as her.
She's always confident in her opinions and decisions. And she would defend them with her stubborness readily, especially against criticisms that came from people she thought to be beneath her.
Quirks:
Strengths: Intelligent, confident, talented in magic, knowledgeable in political matters, well-mannered
Aspirations: To earn the respect she deserves from everyone and to make her house
Backstory: Born as the sole daughter of the HOuse of Yucatia, she was raised to be the perfect heiress. Every aspect of her personality was shaped on that expectation. Her parents taught her to be prideful, and so she became prideful. Her parents taught her to be prejudiced, and so she became prejudiced. And her parents told her to become obedient, and so she became obedient to them. That was why she couldn't refuse their planned engagement to the son of Frayheart outright, even though she had no interest in marriage. She continued to be polite yet distant throughout their meetings over the years.
And yes, she knew about his true self. And it annoyed her. She never believed on being double-faced like that, even though it might gave her an advantage on manuevering through her social and political circles.. There was just something about it that disgusted her.
Extra Info:
There. My character. She's the one engaged to @Dezuel's character.
Decided to join after all, sorry it took me five days more than it took me to make my char. Added the Domicile, edited the aspirations and backstory since you saw the char sheet @JrVader.
The Heiratha, commonly known to humans as "harpies", are bipedal, humanoid birds. They live high in the peaks of the Iridian mountains, placing their nests and communities in places nearly unreachable by those without the gift of flight. They live mostly as scavengers and hunters, with no agriculture to speak of. Their location has very limited vegetation, forcing them to travel fairly far down the mountain to hunt. There they also gather resources for tools and house building. Their houses are little more than cliffside shacks but still protect well form wind and rain. As weapons, they typically make do with rocks, which they hurl onto their enemies or prey from on high, but they so also use spears and bows, but the materials to make them are hard to come by, the craft of making them time-consuming, and for most situations, a rock dropped from sufficient height is enough, so for hunting they simply don't bother.
Before the war, the Heiratha got most of their clothes, and all their knives and other metal tools by stealing from the nearby human settlements, and from travellers on the roads. As such, these items were very valuable to them, as acquiring them was dangerous and could risk causing the humans sending punitive forces to try to clear out the mountains. When food was short, they also stole livestock and other food from the humans, as the risk of retaliation means little when the alternative is starvation.
Despite all this, the Heiratha are not a stupid, or even uncultured race. They have their own written language, their own traditions and arts. But when survival is the main concern, it is hard to advance. In fact, before the humans expanded into their area, they had agriculture, and even metallurgy, but they were no match for the humans, and within two generations, they were forced to abandon all arable land, and all their mines. This happened centuries ago, before even the three-way war, according to the Heiratha legends, and since then, they have lived their current lives, hiding away in the mountains.
Their location lets them lead relatively safe lives, despite the food shortage. But also isolates them somewhat from the other races. As such, it took several years for the news of the end of the war to reach them. In fact, the event that made them aware of the fact, was when a joint force showed up at their mountains, after one of their raids on one of the human villages where taken as a violation of the Ending pact. Luckily, only a few lives were lost before the confusion was resolved. Once it became clear that the Heiratha had not yet signed the Ending Pact, and that they had only risked raiding the village because of a lack of food, the council decided to cancel the joint attack, and instead provide aid to the Heiratha.
For the first time in time immemorial, the Heiratha were able to leave their mountain homes freely, and without fear for their lives. Despite this, most of them stayed put, centuries of fearing the humans binding them. Agrha'ha'leigough Decreerhaachiii Crchacket, one of the few Heiratha who spoke the common tounge, and one of their most respected elders, was selected as their representative, and along with a few trusted warriors, left to join the council, and represent the Heiratha. For most of them, however, life remained largely unchanged, though with food being much less scarce, more time could be given to learning, and thus, many of the young of the Heiratha learned to speak the common tongue, some even learning how to read and write in it. But even amongst these young ones, fear of the humans is deeply ingrained, and it will probably be many years until they are fully integrated.
