Winter looks up and smiles at them. “Hey.” She turns to Charlie, smiling but keeping her distance. “Hi, Charlie. Yeah I kinda got tired of being useless so I went exploring and here I am.”

Ivy smiles at the others. “You guys are all okay? No injuries? Hungry?”

Charlie nods smiling and begins to dig a foxhole for all of them

Winter frowns faintly. “Could I help?” She asks Charlie.

Ivy makes a fire and starts to go through their combined food sources to see what she can cook.

Charlie smiles and shakes his head " unless you have secret military training that I don't know about them no it's ok" he said taking off his shirt once again to not overheat

Jacob starts up the fire

Toby yawns

Kerian had asked his father about winter and was now getting beat by the wild hunt

Winter nods with a faint smile. “Okay. So what can I do?”

Ivy helps Jacob. ‘Is it just me or does Winter seem.. off?’

Charlie shrugs " I mean I guess pick a foxhole " he said finishing up the last one

Toby yawns

Kerian was now eating with the wild hunt bruised and bloodied

Tasha sighed and sat down she ran hand throw her hair. She had tears in her eyes.

Ivy frowns faintly as she cooks. “Any requests?” She calls out to the group.

Winter sighs through her nose in slight annoyance but she smiles. “Okay, anything else?”

Tasha smiles. "What do we have?" she asks her drying her tears.

Charlie sighs and gets up dusting his hands off" not much " he says leaning in for a kiss

Ivy smiles softly at Tasha. “We have fish, venison, herbs, edible leaves, and fruit.”

Winter frowns at Charlie faintly, confused and she turns to Ivy. “We’ve still got the fish, right?”

Ivy shakes her head with a smile. “I’m good, thank you though.” She begins to fry the fish and chop the greens for salad.

Winter turns and shifts into a leopard, taking it upon herself to go check the perimeter for lurking spies and enemies.

A flash of hurt comes across Charlie's face when winter turns away

Toby also frowned but more from his lack of sleep

Ivy glances up to see Charlie emotionally hurt, and Jacob and Toby frowning, and.. “Where’s Winter?”

Winter paces the outskirts of the camp. ’Well that was cold.’ ‘Look, I can’t deal with this right now. I just upended my own life again, and now the man I used to love, maybe I still do, comes back, but of course I’ve already moved on and found someone else to love instead of being faithful for once in my life.’ ’Aah. That’s what this is about.’ ‘What?’ ’Oh nothing, nothing.’
