Jacob quietly slips out of the door and decides to go for a walk .

She looks at her. "If you want to destroy something destroy them." she said to her. She sighed. "Can you get me some ice water?" she asks her. She cured up on her side and then closed her eyes.

Ivy nods and manages a smile. She quietly shuts the door behind her and gets Arty a glass of ice water, ignoring Sage when she passes him. She hands Arty the water and lingers by her bedside, waiting to be of more assistance.

Winter forgets what she’d told Arty, and wraps her arms around him, savoring the taste of his lips.

She smiles and thanks her. "I think you should Spend some more time with Jacob...." she said as she chugged the water. She smiled as she set it down half empty. "Ill let you know if i need you." she said to her. She suddenly felt like a bit of a burden. She closed her eyes and fells asleep.

Jacob is walking down the street when he sees some tourists " hello where are you from? " he asks them " we're from the Netherlands " the male one of them says" oh that's cool" these people are crucial they have the blood of the pharaohs so if they ever have a kid I hope he comes to the Brooklyn house' you and me both'

Kerian closes his eyes as he kisses her his images flashing through his mind him first seeing winter in the colosseum and him thinking she was beautiful. His worry when his father threatened her life. Jim holding onto the memories of her before she slipped away then seeing her again and thinking it was a dream in the hell that was his life. His sadness when she told him she was engaged and finally his happiness when she said she would give up her marriage for him.

Ivy nods. “If your sure.” She leaves, leaving the door open a crack behind her. She looks around with a faint frown. “Jacob?” She sighs and grabs her phone. “Jacob, love? You there?”

Jacob answers " yeah I'm here babe I was just taking a walk " he tells her as he walks back to the apartment . " is arty ok? "

Tears slip out of Winter’s closed eyes. First she sees, Arthur’s limp figure, and she remembers feeling heartless when she felt a part of her pull towards Kerian moments later when he’d treated her like a princess when she never felt more of a scoundrel. The way he’d looked when she defeated him when they fought. How he’d followed after her into the heart of danger just to apologize for something she was equally as guilty of. The sadness that crushed her so much she’d cried herself to sleep when she accepted Derek’s proposal, torn apart by the hope she still held out that she’d see his face again. The joy she felt when she met him in the forest the same place she’d wandered for years, hoping to see the same eyes that once looked at her in a way she didn’t understand.

Kerian opens his eyes and sees winter's tears . He then starts to softly kiss the tear trails.

Jacob walks up behind ivy finished from his walk and hugs her. " I'm back from my walk" he says kissing her neck

Winter goes to wipe her tears, and shivers lightly when he kisses the trails.

Ivy sighs in relief, stretching her neck out. “Thank the gods. I’m so sorry. No matter how much of an idiotic asshole Sage was being, i shouldn’t have taken it out on you. I’m sorry. Hey your hot. Wanna go out with me?” She jokes lightly, goosebumps blossoming where his lips touch her skin.

Jacob smiles" there would be nothing I want more than to go out with you ivy" he says and keeps kissing her neck" and don't worry I also apologize for letting sobek say those things. " he tells her

Kerian stops kissing the year trails" are you ok? " he asks softly

Ivy lets out a low moan as he keeps kissing her neck, unconsciously arching her neck so he has more access. “Gods.. stop distracting me,” she playfully bats him away. She smiles at him. “Don’t apologize for him. He’s his own person..ish. He’s independent and crazy I don’t expect you to be able to control him all the time. If you did, well the whole ‘Winter/Bast’ fiasco wouldn’t have happened,” she says with a smile, kissing him.

Winter swallows and manages a smile. “I think so. I’m sorry.”

Kerian nods and kisses the trails again . " it's ok there's no need to apologize to me"

Ivy tilts her head and wraps her arms around his neck to pull him closer, kissing him deeply.

Winter closes her eyes and takes a steadying breath. “I just-well I’m not used to this,” she gestures to him kissing where her tears had been, fighting to keep the rising color off of her face.

Kerian nods" I know what you mean" he says panting a bit " I didnt know what Ice cream was till a few days ago so I barely know how to deal with this " he says

Winter runs her hand up his jaw and to is cheek. She leans her forehead on his. “Then we learn together.”

Jacob matches ivy's ferocity and wraps his arms around her

Winter’s thumb brushes his cheek. She smiles. “I can’t believe we’re actually doing this,” she whispers. “Then again when I met you I made myself think I’d never love again.”

Ivy climbs to animalistic desire, but catches herself and breaks the kiss. She pants heavily. “Damn why do you have to be so tempting.” She takes his face in her hands and she closes her eyes, leaning her head on his chest.

Jacob pants from the kiss and holds ivy. " I could say the same about you " he says smiling a bit as he pants trying to get as much air as he can.

Kerian smiles and holds her hand to his face " I never figured out what made you so sad that day" he said referring to the arena
