Bis was walking down the street in beach city. He had recently escaped from homeworld . As a bismuth he usually was used as a builder or a scientist but he just wanted to be free and build if he wanted to plus the diamonds were mean.

Crystal sighs lightly when the heat of the fire blazing in her quarters reaches her skin. She stares blankly into the flames, her mind pondering what she’d seen. ”Crystal Gems.” She muses softly to herself.

Bis reached a large temple with a house sticking out of it. " is this the crystal gems place? " he wondered out loud . Earth still amazed him sometimes it was just so vibrant

”Crystal Sapphire! You are needed immediately.” Crystal nods distantly and closes her eyes, seeing a mental map to where the Great Diamond Authority awaits her. She pauses in front of the White Diamond and salutes her. ”My Diamond.”
White Diamond dips her head in acknowledgment. ”Crystal Sapphire, we need you to inspect a group of rebel gems, which call themselves the Crystal Gems. Change, and leave tonight. You will be undercover and report to us periodically. We need as much information on this group as you can gather.”
Crystal curtsies, and bows her head. ”Of course. Whatever you wish, for your wish is for the best.” At a small noise from White Diamond in dismissal, Crystal turns and leaves.

Bis walks inside the temple and sees quite a sight. A black haired kid with a pink shirt on is in a link bubble rolling around. A pearl is yelling at him and a amythest is shapeshifted as a chair and is laughing. A larger gem who he assumes is a fusion is smiling but keeping quiet and a human female is practicing with a sword. " ummm hello" Bis says.

Crystal’s Pearl packs for her, and Crystal quietly listens to the rustle of clothes. Crystal drifts towards where her Pearl has laid out Earth clothes, and nods once. “That will be all,” her voice is quiet, pausing to listen to the servant’s footsteps fade away before murmuring, “Thank you.” She dresses and when she leaves her room, pack in tow, a Nephrite approaches her to take her to Earth.

The gems look at bis and the pink shirt kid walks up to him. " who are you ? " he asks curiously . Seeing the gems and figuring these were probably the crystal gems he had always heard about on homeworld he was no reason to lie. " I'm a bismuth though you can call me Bis or muth it's your preference really . " The kid nods" well I'm Steven" he says happily " and that's pearl, garnet , amythest and connie! " they all wave. Bis waves back " do you mind if I join you guys? I've heard a lot about you" Steven nods" of course! "

The Nephrite lands and, with a small nod in thanks, Crystal wanders down until her brown ankle boots reach the surface. She walks down the sidewalk, trusting her intuition to lead the way.

Bis smiles " thank you" he goes to the dimension door and puts his hand on it forming a new dimension room . " I'm going to go outside " he says then walks onto the deck and sits in a chair enjoying the sun and the feeling of freedom.

Crystal stumbles when the voice in her mind leads her across a drop from the sidewalk into the road. She frowns at the strange sounds pressing in on her from all around. Beeping and honking and the sliding of something, the smell of something burning. Across the street lies the residence of her targets.

Bis sighs happily as he relaxes outside and the crystal gems do something they called a cookout .

Strange honking sounds echo around Crystal as she stumbles down the street. Her frown deepens. What are those horrible sounds?

Bis tries some earth food and quite likes it . Even though he doesn't have to eat he thinks he will just for the taste

Crystal finally makes her way across the street, and sits at the doorstep of the temple, but she's too overwhelmed by the chaos of earth to notice. She takes her boots off and massages her feet, her casual white dress swaying about her knees in the slight wind.

Bis notices crystal " oh hi are you here to join the crystal gems? " he asks her noticing her gem

Crystal’s eyes snap up toward a man’s voice, her milky eyes looking through him. “Who are you?”

Bismuth smiles " I'm bismuth I'm a new crystal gem" he says

“Crystal Sapphire.” Crystal, still barefoot, stands and sinks into a low curtsy. Despite being one of the highest ranks, Crystal often feels inferior because of her lack of sight.

Bismuth smiles" that's cool" he says and eats a hotdog" I think you'll like it here earth is pretty cool"

Crystal straightens, and winces when a particularly loud honk echoes down the street. “What are those dreadful noises?” She mutters.
