Juliette went back home and picked up Jackie taking her to her vet appointment. She went back and dropped Jackie off again and changed into her favorite sundress.

Derek smiled, "Yup my favorite little idiot" He crouched down next to Lily and picked up Dexter. "Work was fine, a few got adopted today." He looked at Lily's blue eyes, he glanced at the floor, blushing a little.

When she got done changing she went out for a walk bumping in to a few people that were running to her apartment building, she tripped and scraped her knees. "Oops I'm sorry about that." She got up and went to apologize to them. "I'm sorry for tripping on you."

"That's great," she said and smiled. His closeness made her heart beat faster, and she asked, "Can we play with him?" her blue eyes brightened.

Juliette decided not to wait for them to speak and she wrote her phone number down on the man's arm. "Call me before you sue me." She winked at them and continued walking.

Derek licked his lips, looking at Lily's. He snapped out of it when he heard her speak. "Sure." He quickly got up, taking Lily's hand. He led her into a bright room, with fake grass and all kinds of toys. He sat down on the grass, pulling Lily down with him. He chuckled, as Dexter rolled around in front of them.

Jude got bored waiting for Red, he pulled out his phone and texted Juliette, an old friend. 'Come over' was all he wrote. He waited on the couch for a response. Jude didn't care that he might have a date later, he was still the same asshole as before.

Lily smiled and watched Dexter roll around, she didn't mind that her fingers were still entwined with Derek's. She smiled, "He really enjoy this doesn't he?" she chuckled

Juliette pulled out her phone and looked at the text, it was from Jude her old acting partner. She smirked and wrote back, 'You are still the same old Jude, I'll be over in a minute.' She went back over to the apartment and got into her car heading over to Jude's place. When she got there she knocked on his door and waited for a response.

Derek looked over at Lily, "Poor guy was covered in fleas and garbage when we first got him, now look at him" Derek said smiling. He felt hot, his hand was in Lily's. Derek focused on Dexter, trying to get his mind off it.

Jude opened the door, and pulled Juliette in by her arm. He smirked, "Hey beautiful"

"That's horrible," she said and her cheeks grew pink, Derek was still holding onto her hand and watched Dexter. "Yknow, what if I adopted him? Then you wouldn't have to be afraid that someone else would. I could leave him with you during the day and I'd take him home at night!" Her eyes brightened with excitement.

Juliette smiled. "Hi Jude how are you these days?" She pulled his hand off of her arm.

Derek's eyes brightened, he smiled. "That would be great!" Derek grip tightened on Lily's hand. He patted the ground in front of him so Dexter would come. Dexter ran to the spot and rolled over. Derek laughed petting Dexter's stomach.

Jude rose his eyebrow, "Fine" Jude sat on the couch and turned on the TV, he motioned for Juliette to sit next to him. Jude pulled a carton of cigarettes out of his pocket, he pulled one out and put it between his lips. He lit it and took a long drag. "You?"

Lily blushed slightly and rubbed Dexter with her free hand, "So. do I have to fill out paperwork?" she couldn't wait to adopt Dexter, he was such a sweet dog, and as a bonus she would get to make Derek happy and see him every day. She smiled as she talked

Juliette only had cigarettes when she was stressed and she kept a pack in her purse. "No I'm fine, so why did you call me over?" She didn't sit down and had her arms crossed.

Derek rubbed his chin, "No my boss would be okay with knowing Lily Levine adopted one of our animals." Derek smiled, looking at Lily, He got quiet, he realized he was hanging out with Lily Levine, the famous actress. He was holding hands with Lily Levine. His eyes widened a bit, he looked down.

Jude took the cig out of his mouth, ashing it on the glass ashtray. "I wanted to see an old friend," He got up and stood in front of Juliette. "Why did you come here?" He questioned in a condescending tone.

She smiled, "Yeah, you're probably right." She noticed his expression, "What, what is it?" she asked, her eyes full of concern.

Juliette scowled at him. "I don't know maybe I wanted to see if the redhead already left." She said angrily. "Is she another one of your hit and runs?"

Derek let go of Lily's hand, "its nothing" he let out a fake laugh. He cleared his throat and stood up. "So yeah, you can take him and i'll let you take a bed and some bowls" He glanced at Lily, feeling guilty. Derek was barely used to hanging out with Jude, and he didn't want to go through what Jude went through with his ex girlfriend, but he really liked Lily. Derek's eyebrows knit together,He wiped his hands on his jeans.

"No no, it's not like that anymore. I swear." Jude lied, Jude pulled Juliette closer to him, he put his hands on her waist. "Trust me" Jude smiled.

Juliette frowned, she didn't believe Jude at all. Juliette pulled his hands off her waist. "Maybe thats not how it is." She smiled slightly pulling out her phone. "But the tabloids say it is love." She showed him a picture of their hands touching. "Isn't it magical? My agents buddy sent it to me, she wanted to see how I felt before it leaked."

Red ran up to the still shocked Zach. "Are you gonna text her?!" He looked at her for a good three seconds before whipping out her phone and texting hey, I'm Zach; the guy you ran into... you gave me your number earlier. Red grinned at him and Zach said "text Jude that you're cancelling that date." Red was taken aback and she glared at Zach with a confused expression. "I can do what I want." Zach sighed. "Just do it. He's a bad guy!" Red rolled her eyes and whipped out her phone and sent seems people are telling me not to date you, sir Jude. Fortunately, I don't care about what people say. What time? Zach glared at her. "Did you seriously set up a date with that asshole?" Red shrugged. "Not like he'll get me, so why not have some fun with him?" Zach sighed.
