The King is dead,
All hail the Queen!
All hail the Queen!
The Kingdom of Chevair is distraught.
Not only is the sovereign King Jakoby dead, so are his heirs regardless of their claim - legitimate or otherwise - to the throne. While it is unknown how they all met their ends, it is assumed that someone vying for the crown has murdered the remaining threats through poison, assassinations, and 'suicides'. Those who insist on investigating the string of deaths find themselves imprisoned for crimes they did not commit or meet the same fate as the royal heirs.
The citizens care little regarding what happens to the top echelon of nobility. As far as they're concerned, it is well-deserved and a long time coming... that is, until, money is demanded from them. Taxes, like first-born sons and extra animals, are increased until many cannot sustain the lives that they are accustomed to. Many find themselves selling themselves for a piece of bread. They believe that the situation cannot become much worse until those vocal about the queen's tactics find themselves encased in stone.
Villages fall to this new magic, and without a cure, there is little many can do apart from pay the tithes demanded of them.
A rebellion is brewing to find any female heirs that the king could have left behind. They know that these changes are a product of Queen Ophela, a foreigner to this land, and many suspect her hand behind the slaughtering of innocents. There are rumors that circulate that a cloistered nun has the bloodline to challenge the throne, although this is only hearsay. The rebellion's leader ensures that this illegitimate daughter of King Jacoby has the power to rescind statues to living.
The only problem is that the woman they intend to place as a mouthpiece for the rebellion has no earthly idea she has hidden potential. The rebellion sends its best to retrieve her from the cloister, where she had been placed as an orphan, only to find that the queen's resources are already attempting to take care of the woman. They must find a way to convince the nun to leave and serve with them while fighting the queen's army at every turn, as well as find the traitorous wretch who is leaking information to the enemy.

Hey, guys. I'm looking for a specific person for this interest check.
I have every intention of playing the female heir and am looking for a male character to play against her.
I'm also looking for someone who is willing to contribute to the plot and play multiple characters with me.
I love diversity, so these multiple characters will be of multiple backgrounds, genders, and sexual orientations.
Looking for someone who can write with style. Idgaf about post length if you can describe character feelings, interactions, and reactions.
I realize I'm asking a lot... with that being said, I will be swayed on a few things. if you're interested, PM me and we can talk about it. I'm looking for someone who is 18+ who can handle dark themes and maybe NSFW content.
So send me a little about yourself, if you want, along with a writing sample. I'll happily give you one in return <3
Can't wait to hear from y'all!!
