Ships, vehicles, and defenses:
You'll need factories to build ships, defenses, and vehicles, a vehicle/defenses factory could produce 10-20 a day, and consumes resources and money. There are different ship classes, and each class takes different times to create. You can have 3 vehicle factories, 3 defense factories, and 5 ship factories.
Your factories can only produce the first 4 classes of ships, you'll need a research upgrade to get the rest.
Frigates:
These are the smallest, ships, they don't have a lot of attack power, you can get these done in two days, 50% a day.
