Hello there,
My name is AnnaWinters, in this search, I am hoping to find some partners in this wonderful place. I always have been the type to love writing, and I see myself as a casual to advanced writer. Closer to casual, since I’m not a native speaker. I understand life and thus I ask a person that can write a few paragraphs in 3rd person. Speed is not really an issue, slow paced is not a problem.
What I do not like, is someone to post one-liners. One that uses Mary Sue characters and one that doesn’t want to think of world lore in advance. Also, don’t post less than one paragraph, it ruins my inspiration and makes me give up on you. I prefer written out texts and a world that is developed and thought out.
Do not control my character or act like you know how he/she acts or thinks!
As for pairings, anything works! I don’t care if you are male or female! I also don’t care if it is MxM, FxM, FxF! Characters need to fit together.
Please do pm me with any questions and I apologize for any mistakes I have made. I’m not a native English speaker.
Fandoms I like:
Harry Potter
Once upon a time
The hunger games
Divergent series
The Host (Feel free to judge me)

To David it seemed ages ago that the war had ravaged the lands, making it so that the vampires had to step in so humans wouldn’t go extinct by their own doing. Back then he still had his humanity, standing on the battlefield, holding his sword and frozen as the creatures ravaged the battlefield. The memory was hazy as if he was trying to remember a dream, only the feeling of fear and confusion seemed to be what he remembered most. Afterward, there were just 5 beings standing in the moonlight, almost too beautiful to be real. Why he was left alive and changed? He still had no idea.
All he knew was that a woman had fed him blood and put him in a coffin. When he later awoke, he still had to make his way out of the coffin and dirt. Thinking the sunlight would blind him, yet that wasn’t the case. There was only darkness, while he was the one that could see clear as day.
David sighed as that memory resurfaced, all because of the looks on the human’s faces on the screen. They were terrified to be chosen, he couldn’t blame them. The vampires kept everything a secret, making sure humanity flourished and worked. At least that had been the story, he knew that those stories were only just that. The lowest districts barely had enough to feed their families, since the money and guards were sent by the vampires that had those companions.
Every year humans were sent, looked at medically and if they didn’t were up to standards, they were sent to work at the city. Some even were sent back, if they happened to be so ill that even working was a problem, a rare occasion indeed. This year, it was his turn once more, since his last main companion had died. Roland was the boy that came in when he was 18, instantly he had gone for the boy and he had remained alive for 40 years. The man had become 58 before sickness took him, it still bothered him to no end. He had hoped to keep him alive a lot longer since he only ever had taken one more companion.
As a young vampire, he had helped thinking of a system, after a high vampire had taken him in. 50 years later, he was allowed to be in the city itself. No longer having to feed off the scraps of blood or from slaves that were discarded. To him the thirst was manageable, he didn’t like to kill, unlike the others of his kind.
He already was watching the massacre that happened when there was a new choosing, mainly at the low vampires like the Bruxa. Those women often took 5 humans, barely keeping them alive in those 5 years. The higher-ups often kept the humans alive longer, yet that wasn’t because they were less cruel. He just sat back in his high chair, since he owned one of the 10 penthouses, looking at the screen as the lower colonies started to show.
“David James Jefferson, still none to your liking my friend?” The vampire named Lucian asked as he just pulled back from the feeding of his pale human girl. He was one of the few that kept his companions as servants when their bodies started to give up.
Just as he wanted to answer the question as the silicium colony was showing. He knew it was boring, they just would walk up and accept their fate. Not even fighting the vampires that were pulling them towards the stage. It was then that a boy spoke up, a murmur went through all the vampires and so everyone was looking in silence. A boy had just volunteered himself in the place of what he figured would be the brother.
Instantly he was intrigued, the boy looked a lot stronger than most in his colony. And he knew that he had gathered a lot of attention now. Lucian just chuckled, David wondered if he had seen the instant interest he showed. “What?” he scoffed back, looking at the human as Lucian whispered something to her.
“My master asked if you wanted a bite, Sir” the frail-looking woman asked. Instantly the thirst became stronger, it had been 2 weeks since he had fed. A long time for a vampire to go without these days, he just didn’t want to bite a human that didn’t belong to him. He also didn’t feed on the servants, as the others would often drain them close to death.
He just smiled at the young woman “I think Lucian would prefer to keep you around. I will decline, it’s only a few hours before I can choose the next.” He said as the one vampire that accepted him just shook his head.
“You are one of the strangest vampires I know. You’re lucky I don’t feel offended.” He said as the blonde went back to her place next to the throne. “But you are correct, I happen to like this one.”
It was this time that David chuckled, watching how everything was prepared for the ball, he himself already being in a tuxedo that held the most detail. Showing that he was of very high rank, demanding respect as most vampires just moved to the side when they saw him. He had a reputation, and no one apart from higher-end vampires even dared to go against him.
Hours later, the new humans arrived, in fabrics that could feed entire families at their homes. Plucked and prepped to look at their best. One by one they were sent in, first the better colonies who would instantly be told to get closer to the high end vampires. To act and be seen as submissive pets, it was all just show and glam. The most interesting to him was watching the lower colonies walk into the ballroom. They were in awe, staring at details he barely even noticed anymore.
Every year was the same, he just hoped that this time the lower districts would get more funds. Maybe this year he would be able to convince the others, the humans of those lower districts were looking more sickly by the passing of the years.
It was when Theo walked in, that everyone seemed to notice. Instantly they were talking that he was the first volunteer. Instantly there was a crowd forming, he knew it wouldn’t be long before a fight would break out between the lower-ranked vampires. He hadn’t decided on which human to take, at least that was until he watched him look up at the giant chandelier. He seemed to be totally mesmerized by the whole thing. It was nice to see such wonder, as he had been like that once.
The sunlight that hit it, made sure that rainbows were formed all around it, even on the face of the human boy. It was that childlike glee that made him decide that he wanted him. David slowly rose from his chair, everyone confused that he even left that chair. Taking two glasses of red wine as he then moved towards the hall.
He could hear the two women bickering, they were the most brutal of Bruxa. They toyed with their humans and would only keep him alive for a month or two if he was lucky. As he moved, some human girl wanted his attention, since she believed he would go for colony one once more. She was mistaken and pushed back by the vampire. “Not interested in women, you should talk to the brown-haired vampire with the blonde.” He muttered. He knew the girl would be of Lucian his taste after all.
He could feel the eyes on him as he made his way towards the boy, the bruxa already snarling at each other as they were ready to start fighting over the boy that had volunteered. He knew his choice would cause problems, but he wanted to make sure that the district would get some fund afterward. If the boy was his companion, his family would get enough food and a beautiful home to live in. Vampires that guarded the doors and he would make sure there would be less brutal ones. He knew that every colony wanted him as a caretaker. Since he cared over the whole city, when he had one from 12, that district had flourished.
The snarls were heard, terrifying most of the lower humans. He could smell their fear.
He then stood a few feet away from the boy, not looking at his face just yet as he looked at the bruxa, who were far too involved in their fight to notice him. “Enough… He is mine” he stated in the calmest way possible. Instantly the fight stopped, the two of them, combined with 6 other low vampires just snarled at him, making him chuckle.
“It is from the lowest Co..” one of the bruxa said as he growled. Only his fangs started to show as the woman instantly stopped. The snarling around him quieted down as most didn’t dare to upset him.
“Enough, I want him.” He said while still holding the glasses in his hands. A crowd forming and staring at what was happening. The other bruxa not seeming to be impressed as she moved towards the boy to go feed on him.
“What if he gets bitten?” she sneered as he put down one of the glasses and pointed at her. “Get within one inch and I will end you.” He snarled as his eyes locked onto the woman. Lucian having made his way over. At that moment the bruxa let out a groan and pulled back. All other fighting had stopped as all would move away from the trouble. They knew not to mess with David. All the humans around them seeming to be more at ease, some even going to make themselves invisible thanks to the distraction.
“My friend, choosing him will cause trouble. But if you want the boy, I suggest these…. Beasts step back. You don’t want our friend to get angry.” The man said as he already had the brown-haired girl at his hand.
The bruxa snarled at him, clearly angry as she then went to the girl of his district. Biting into her neck as David sighed. “Don’t kill her in spite…” he said as he then held out his hand to the boy. The wine still standing on the floor as he looked at the handsome boy. “Come.” He gently said as he wanted him to be away from those beasts, he also wanted to make sure that the boy ate something.
During the whole ordeal, he never shouted, never moved as fast as any other vampire. He would have seemed almost human. Every vampire around already had bitten the first human of their choice, a few of the lower ones already dead as the more wild vampires couldn’t contain their thirst. His eyes seemed almost black, as he hadn’t fed in a while.
He knew that some of the higher vampires wouldn’t stand for his choice, but he would pay the consequences for sure. He just hoped the boy didn’t have to suffer for what he had done, all he knew was that the boy now could see what funds could go to the district and what would go to his family. A choice that most didn’t even get. Maybe he even could allow a few letters to his family, if the boy ended up being a nice one.
“My name is David, but around others... Just call me Sir. It’s to keep up appearances.” David then said as he knew his voice was deep and smooth. He knew what effect it had on women and some men, it helped to his case. He then snapped his fingers, instantly one of the servants ran up “How may I help Sir.” She said as she bowed a bit.
“I would like you to get him a chair at my throne with a cushion. Also some light meal, I don’t want his system to get overloaded. And take an apple for yourself. If anyone complains, tell them to come to me.” He said as she nodded and scurried off.
David then looked at the man once more, wondering what he should say and do. He knew no one denied a high vampire since they were like royalty. He just hoped that this one was at least as nice as his last companion. Playing with the silver ring that his previous companion had made. He hated being alone, and he cared for Roland.
All he knew was that a woman had fed him blood and put him in a coffin. When he later awoke, he still had to make his way out of the coffin and dirt. Thinking the sunlight would blind him, yet that wasn’t the case. There was only darkness, while he was the one that could see clear as day.

The world has changed(after a war or other event), there are factions and colonies in every major city. Outside of the cities, it is filled with trees and other things you used to find in nature. Animals roam free again and it seems like all is in better shape.
Sadly that only was possible because everyone’s lives are controlled at every single step. At age 25, you are appointed to breed with another human, all based on your genetics and making a better human. Every other child will be terminated. Since they don’t want a return to the aggressive humans before that.
Basically that is what I have here, I don’t know what else to do and I hope it made some sense.

Like this man and woman are what they know as immortal souls. Souls that never leave earth, once they find each other they always get born together from that moment. But in 1823 something happens and the girl wakes up without him. The moment that she gives up looking for her soulmate, is the moment where she spots him (looking exactly the same as 200 years ago). He doesn't remember her. He can be any creature you like
All over the country, humans are invited to a party that is very exclusive. A party that is actually a secret gathering of vampires who search for a human to keep. They pick one human and keep them with them as a companion to be drinking of. There is only one major rule, you can't fall in love with the human. Or where a human is used as a sacrifice to the vampire at some castle
All right, the idea is that the world is different. Gay couples and marriage is normal, at least in this world it is. It even is in the bible for this story. The only way to get children is for a so called breeder program, where a man lies with a woman for reproduction only. That is how the world works. It’s like in our world. Instead, straight people are being bullied and just got the chance to get married. Yet they are not accepted, just like some gay and bisexual or transgender aren't accepted in the real world.
So the story would be about my girl being in high school or college, who falls for her best male friend.

Their lives have been almost perfect in the new world. And yet they are having difficulties. All that while Katniss is newly pregnant with their third child. Their daughter is the spitting image of herself and their son is the spitting image of Peeta. But their relationship isn't perfect, they are having more and more arguments. All because of Katniss’s nightmares. Katniss still misses her best friend Gale, even after his betrayal. Why is it that she wonders about him? Why is it that she always thinks back about their time together? And why is she seeing things? Seeing things like Peeta staying away longer then before? Is he betraying her, or is she being paranoid?
