Hey yall just wanted to recap some stuff we've talked about in the discord, so you all aren't left out. (Though I would recommend joining the discord, we have some fun over there)

I know combat can be sort of confusing and a little intimidating, and the size of our party is going to make it even more chaotic. So here are my tips if you have trouble figuring out what to do: for those of you that have played dnd, don't worry about any 'skill checks' or anything like that. If you want to climb onto a trolls back so you can punch it in the back of the head, go ahead. Get to the punching part, and then i'll tell you how that part goes.

Defending against one of my creatures is your reaction, tell me how you keep from getting killed, and then tell me what your character tries to do. I will respond to what you tried to do in my next post and tell you how effective it was, or any unforseen side effects from it. I'm not out here to kill you or make you fail, I'm trying to make these scenes a fantasy john wick movie.

I meant to check yesterday, so I'm sorry that I didn't. Things have just been a bit busy, but it's a good kind of busy. My boyfriend and I are moving to the city together soon so I can get my bachelor's, and it'll be my first place away from my grandparents'. I'm really excited but, like, super nervous, so I've been doing some massive planning.

And because I like to know things I couldn't help but push and learned that he's planning on proposing once we actually get moved! So, I've been daydreaming about that too. I just like to plan, and both of these things are major planning events. So, it makes me happy.
