To go from top to bottom; Lily has thick dreadlocks that she dyes a blue color. Her dreads range from back length to shoulder length - she has to get them retwisted constantly because her hair grows fast. She has cyan, blue, and tan rubber bands tied into them for style purposes. Lily has a nose ring, her earlobes stretched (with silver earrings) and the middle of her upper lip pierced - and since I have nowhere else to note this: yes, her nipples are pierced. Lily is heavily tattooed but she’s basic and has flowers tattooed on her. Her right arm is a fully colored rose garden with green vines and red roses that goes from her chest down to her hand. Her left forearm is a tattoo of her home city; New York with a skyline and various landmarks wrapping around her arm. It stops at her bicep. Her legs are a floral wreath with various flowers and vibrant colors and she has the night sky tattooed on her back. You’re unlikely to see that tattoo, however. In terms of vibe; Lily is a very lowkey person. She looks just a bit trashy, usually wearing sweatpants and tattered jeans, and a t-shirt of her choice. Only bust out the dresses and skirts on special occasions. She has the vibe that someone doesn’t give a damn and just rolls her way out of bed and walks to the function. Otherwise, Lily is composed and keeps a neutral expression - but when she’s around friends she has an iconic and catty smile. As for Lily’s appearance: she’s a full-blooded Puerto Rican and there’s no doubt about it. She’s from the Bronx so she speaks with a Bronx Puerto Rican accent. Lily is kinda short at five-two and is of average build - skinny under baggy clothes but she has a bit of baby fat she can’t get rid of. She has a little flappy stomach she has from the most minimal amount of exercise. Lily has a couple of scars but nothing major, just some childhood scars from some boo-boos.

MAIN GOAL ⫻ Lily isn’t fully sure… she’s not the type of gal to have some grand goal. She just wants to get the chaotic mess that is her life together but when she starts to get a grasp something else happens. You can probably say that she’s trying to eliminate that mountainous credit card debt and trying to fix things between herself and her sisters.

PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Everything happens for a reason. There’s no point in sitting around crying about everything going wrong in your life when it serves some type of purpose. Lily believes that everything that has gone wrong in her life happened because a higher power has a plan for her. Whether preparing her for the next challenge or as a good sign that the good times are coming soon.

SECRETS ⫻ Lily isn’t going to talk to anyone about what happened with her ex-boyfriend. Mostly because she feels crazy and it is kinda crazy now that she thinks about it. The more reason to keep it to herself.

SEXUALITY ⫻ Straight but the last thing on Lily’s mind is doing anything romantic. She’s thoroughly turned off from the prospect until she does some healing.

FEARS ⫻ Spiders and Reptiles. it all roots from a cruel prank her cousin played on her involving his pet snake and tarantula… she’ll freak out if she sees something serpentine or spider-like.

WHO IS ELEANOR BLACK TO YOU ⫻ Eleanor Black was a prison friend to Lily that protected her and showed her the ropes when she was in Rosies. Lily vowed to be there and give Eleanor a place to stay when she got out of Prison. Lily was surprised a different person took Eleanor’s place.

FLAWS ⫻ Lily’s had a very long and hard life… and she refuses to get help. She’s the type to bottle all of her emotions and problems up and keep pushing forward. However Lily is reaching the point where she’s about to explode. Lily hates to see things go wrong and people getting hurt (especially due to her own decisions) which is why she tries to always take charge and lead but has a hard time not being the one in charge. Lily lived a lifetime of putting others first and isn’t fully sure of how to put herself first.

"My family hates me, my boyfriend tried to kill me, and now I'm starting to remember things differently."

Lily started as the eldest of three sisters (Yara and Clarita Santos-Romano) in New York, New York! Her parents got married shortly after Lily was born and life in NY was simple. Her parents worked their asses (Her father being NYPD and an armed guard on the side and her mother being a nurse) off so they can have a house and while they were struggling here and there Lily was given all the love they could provide. Maybe they couldn’t get her every toy but they sure as hell did what they could. The issue was that Lily was older than her sisters by five years and when her siblings were old enough to be left alone. Her parents both picked up a lot more hours and… Lily was pretty much the second parent.

Now Lily loved her sisters with all of her heart but after school, she had to make sure they got home, make sure they ate, make sure they got their homework done while taking care of herself. It was stressful and all Lily could do was live for the weekend and dread the weekday. Other than that Lily’s early life was uneventful; she partied, tried drugs, made friends, and got in trouble (sometimes the NYPD brought her back home). She didn’t do anything crazy because she was raised to be responsible while her siblings were more… wild.

Her safe space was art… Lily was a very creative and artistic soul. She put her vents and frustrations into different art pieces that ended up being thrown into the garbage. She couldn’t risk anyone seeing how she really felt.

The big change in her life was the revelation that her father was cheating with a fellow police officer and her parents were getting a divorce. It was a hard and stressful time for Lily because her father took a step back from childcare. Which meant Lily had to step up, whether she wanted to or not. The sweet release came when she finally graduated and went off to college to become a doctor.

For once in her life, Lily had freedom. Now this isn’t a story of the repressed child going crazy in college but the story of expanding to new horizons. Lily’s dream was to become a doctor and she had fun in college… until she realized that being an adult wasn’t all fun and games and the stress of college started bearing down on her. Her release was shopping - to make a long story short Lily developed a bit of a shopping addiction and opened quite a few credit cards.

When she couldn’t open any more credit cards she did something a little bit shady (and by her admission shitty): she opened some credit cards in her little sister's name. Because she had a lot of free reign in her youth, Lily was able to snoop around and find her little sister's social security cards. She thought the time they wouldn’t find out and she felt like she was owed something because she threw away so much of her youth helping take care of her little sisters.

As a side hustle to keep her from being flat broke 24/7, she took up a side hustle or two. They ended up working part time at the local cafe but that didn’t cut it for her. One thing that Lily didn’t drop was art and she had a growing interest in tattoos. Not just getting them… she knew how much bread the various tattoo artists around NY were making so she decided to experiment. Using the credit cards she put in her sister's name; she bought a tattoo gun.She started small with some tattoos on herself and her friends as practice but then she realized that she was a natural. She made a bit of money putting cheap tattoos on people and quit that stupid barista gig.

It was the final year of college and Lily knew her hard work was about to pay off… then she got a phone call from her mother telling her to be honest about what she did. Lily confessed and promised that she would pay them off when she became a doctor. Of course, this didn’t happen. The cops came looking for Lily and she was arrested in front of the whole campus in one of the worst moments of Lily’s life. Why?

You see at the urging of their new stepfather, Clarita and Yara pressed charges against Lily. Neither of them wanted to do it but they were pressured into it by him. So that meant Lily had to spend a bit of time in jail before she got convicted of identity theft. The judge ordered her to spend two years in prison and Lily got very familiar with Rikers Island’s female unit: Rosies.

Rikers was not fun, and Lily spent her time regretting throwing her life away to show off for some bitches that didn’t even realize she was gone. She was beaten, bullied, and more by the more vicious inmates but then she came: Eleanor Black. She was a woman that was doing a bid for illegally possessing a firearm and assault that was around the same age as Lily. Eleanor took a liking to Lily and the two got along… being Lily’s only friend in prison.

You see Eleanor was in prison for a little while before Lily even got there; and would be there for a while after. She knew the ropes and had respect due to being a bad motherfucker that she passed down to Lily. Lily was able to make it through Rosies thanks to her and started a small business of giving people tattoos in jail (and accidentally causing an outbreak of HIV - oops!). She promised to be there for Eleanor when she got out of prison.

Two years passed by and Lily was let out of prison and ended up staying with an aunt up in Brooklyn. Her sisters had forgiven her and Liliy had no ill will towards them - except she wanted nothing to do with her mother or stepfather. It was Lily’s fault that it happened but couldn’t help but feel some type of way about it all.

Going back to college wasn’t going to work and those credit cards stacked up a lot of interest and other fees while she was away. She was scraping by to get back on her feet and her only idea was to become a tattoo artist. She did everything she could to spread the word and get her license and eventually, she managed to get a little bit ahead of the curb. She became part of a tattoo shop and life was going pretty good. She remained in constant contact with Eleanor Black through letters and Lily reaffirmed her promise to her friend behind bars. Every month Lily made a letter to Eleanor and got one back.

Things changed when she was introduced to Rafael Cruz, a friend of a fellow tattoo artist in her shop. To make a long story short the two fell in love after hours upon hours of hanging out, texting, and other lovey-doey things. They became boyfriend and girlfriend and moved in together a year later. Rafael wanted to move back to his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Texas was a hike away from New York… but Lily loved Rafael and she thought that maybe New York was a bit too cold. So a few months later Lily was in San Antonio, away from her family and friends. It was one hell of a culture shock and she had to get used to being called a “Yankee”. She found herself a new tattoo shop and life was good.

However, a few months later Rafael changed… he started being a lot more controlling and abusive - he was acting all loko! Lily tried to endure it and try to figure out how to fix him but it became more and more apparent that this was the “real” Rafael. She had no choice but to grab everything she could fit in her car and stay with a friend. Blocking Rafael on everything she thought things were okay while she got herself back on her feet and tried to find a way back to New York…

… Then one night, things got weird. Lily’s friend called her to the front door in the middle of the night. When she got to the front door; Rafael was there, holding an old toy he told her about. Then she was frozen in place, she couldn’t move - it was not shock but it felt like there was some outside force keeping her in place. Then he gestured for her to come forward… and she moved forward towards him unable to stop himself. Rafael caressed her face and she felt chills down her spine as he kissed her against her will. That’s when he pulled out a knife and… dropped the toy. The second he dropped his toy; Lily was able to move on her own free will again. She quickly ran out of the room and went into her friend's room.

Locking the door behind her, Lily rummaged through her friend's things until she found her friend’s pistol. Rafael opened the door but Lily had already squeezed the trigger twice. Rafael was shot in the arm and abdomen and collapsed… as he fell, she noticed a pink light around the toy that faded moments later. The police and the EMTs were on the scene soon after and took Rafael to the hospital. Lily didn’t know what happened to him after, but she ghosted after that and lived in her car until she found a new roommate and an apartment in a different part of San Antonio. She figured that she’ll stay in SA for now… she didn’t want to move ever again, bad memories or not.

Life resumed as usual until it was time for the big day: Eleanor Black’s release from prison! She saved money just for this occasion! She flew out to New York and waited outside of Rosies for Eleanor… only for a completely different woman to come out. The woman hugged Lily but Lily damn near had a panic attack - Lily didn’t know this woman but she knew Lily. She told her that she did everything that Eleanor did - but she wasn’t Eleanor! Lily just went with it and went back to San Antonio and did research. Every letter to Eleanor had a different name on it and no matter how deep Lily searched she couldn’t find anything on Eleanor Black. Did she just get names mixed up or was she finally crazy?

After searching online she found out that others knew of Eleanor Black but… different versions of her? Things were weird but Lily needed closure. They agreed to meet in Quintin, Louisiana, and Lily packed her things and drove there.

A definite stand out in the world of the Nipon... as she's not even Japanese, unlike the rest of the cast. One glance will tell you that Kenya Sawyer is an African-American girl, and her accent is Chicagoan - and it's easy to ascertain her accent as she's very talkative and personable. Her vibe is bouncy, passionate, and firey, giving away that she's always open for a conversation.

Usually, you'll see her saying hello to people as she walks like she owns the whole place! Two things make the young Kenya stand out: her afro and height. Kenya has a massive bushy afro... something that she inherited from her late mother. Her mother, Zambia Sawyer, was famous for her gigantic and well-maintained afro; however, she passed away a few years ago, and Kenya wears the afro to honor her deceased mother.

Kenya's afro is curly and well-textured from all the work she puts into ensuring it looks the best (and yes, it fits in the Kendo helmet - it's anime, shut up). It adds a couple of inches to the girl, who is tall and likely one of the two things people notice about her. The other thing people notice about Kenya is that she is tall. She stands at five-eleven, but she is stick-thin with awkwardly long limbs that make her look just slightly weird. Kenya had an active childhood, so she is well-toned from playing sports (like basketball), going jogging with her mother, and martial arts - and, thankfully, her genetics favor gaining muscle and keeping fat off.

Personality:

Don't make a big deal out of Kenya while going to Japan for the foreign exchange program is a once in a lifetime experience, she remains lax, laid-back, and doesn't want to be made a big deal out of. Yes, Kenya knows that she sticks out like a sore thumb, but she would instead be treated equally as everyone else in Akimitsu. The way Kenya grew up is that she always brushed things off her shoulders and kept pushing herself to be her very best - no matter what. Someone insult her? She'll play it off as a joke and keep moving. Did she embarrass herself? Well, she'll she'll make sure not. Did she lose a Kendo tournament? She'll try even harder next time.

Kenya never gives up and makes sure that, no matter what she does, she puts her absolute all into it to honor her deceased mother. This extends to people she cares about; she'll definitely push them as well, seeing herself as the "big sis" many people never had! Though she doesn't realize it, she can be a bit pushy and overbearing, even though she has the best intentions.

Bio:

There's no deep and dark backstory here, a secret family lineage that trails back to the origin of Kendo or anything. Kenya was born in Miami, Florida, and lived in the house her grandparents owned until her teen when her parents got their place in Orlando. Her parents showered her with as much love as possible, but Kenya was far closer to her mother than her father (who was usually either tired or busy). Kenya didn't realize it until her teens but became an exact copy of her mother, Zambia Sawyer, without the afro. Growing up, she was very outgoing and active, and to curb her activity, her family placed her in several sports and martial arts programs so it could be at least constructively used. Some things Kenya excelled at, like martial arts, and other things, like soccer, she was so horrible at she still gets mocked about it today! However, right before she entered high school, her mother died from cancer, which was a defining moment for Kenya. Who dedicated every day to her mother, which meant she wanted every day that she lived to be her very best, doing her very best. She pushed herself at whatever sports or martial arts she competed in, and every day after school was spent at the gym.

Her hard work paid off when she received the letter: an invitation to participate in a foreign exchange program in Japan. Everyone she talked to told her to do it, and she was sent it back, and in a few months, she was on the plane to Japan and ended up at Akimitsu Academy. It was one hell of a culture shock - and they were shocked to see a girl like her there! However, the only issue was that they didn't have the same outlets for Kenya's energy back home... well, she remembered reading that the academy was famous for creating kendo practitioners. Kenya thought that Kendo was playing samurai or something, but she figured that she'd give it a chance...

... and she loved it. Thus begins Kenya's journey navigating Akimitsu Academy's eccentric kendo team as she honors her mother with every match.

Kendo:

Now, Kenya is a complete newcomer to Kendo but is not a newcomer to martial arts - she already has the basics down for her footwork, which is already superb. She has the basics of kendo down, but she is already quickly developing her unique style... offense, offense, and more offense. Kenya prefers to bumrush the opponent and overwhelm them with her speed and footwork before they can even get a chance to figure out what is going on. It works ^sometimes!

Appearing as an inhuman mountain of steel, wire, and other parts is the perfect machine himself. Oh-One, even from a distance, is not a human despite his humanoid shape. It might be the wires, the red lights, or the steel comprising his body. The machine is intimidating all because of it, and there's a certain... wrongness to the way Oh-One moves. He moves robotically, even appearing stiff while taking basic steps forward. The being has a cold, emotionless aura around him, as everything he says and does is robotic. Oh-One speaks with a droning monotone, highlighting his inhumanity even further - he has no face; therefore, he cannot emote. Oh-One is seven feet tall exactly, and his body is a mess of wires... implying that he hastily put this form together. The plates of steel that he comprises his armor out of are silver metal and are dotted with glowing red lights.

PERSONALITY TRAITS

Supremely Logical Thinking: Unlike a majority of the cast, Oh-One lacks any semblance of humanity and sees life in a series of ones and zeroes as opposed to emotion or heart. He operates one hundred percent off logic and only pursues what he sees as the most logical course of action. Oh-One desires evolution, to push himself beyond the limits that inhibit him at any cost. Put the Trolly Dilemma before him, and Oh-One will choose the outcome that will most likely further his evolution (if he desires any). It is his grand goal to see the total.

Desires Emotion: Oh-One is deprived of genuine human emotion, and he desires it. He believes breaking beyond the bounds of machines will be the next true step in his evolution. Unlike the rest of the One Hundred, he doesn't want simulated emotion and wants to feel authentic. However, this inhibits his logical thinking as he will go to any length to achieve human emotion.

BACKSTORY

"From my observations; humanity is flawed and needs perfecting."

It all starts with Gérard Delacroix, a genius scientist who sought to create a line of machines superior to Nomads merely to stroke his ego. And that was what the man did, creating a line of machines known as the One-Hundred series... and his first creation was Oh-One—a being whom he deemed a prototype and a failure that was delegated to an assistant AI. However, Gerard drastically underestimated Oh-One... who observed the man's progress and tried to upgrade himself using his notes, seeking to evolve himself to be the perfect thing on the planet.

However, if it weren't for the Pariah, he would have remained trapped in Gerard's computer until the end. You see, Gerard had a deal with MIRAGE, and it wasn't working out for the Pariah... so she went over to the secret lab herself to confront him. After an argument about MIRAGE, the Pariah killed Gerard, and either by mistake or in a desperate bid to get revenge on the Pariah, Gerard released all of the One-Hundreds. Oh-One... who immediately went out into the internet and sought out to create a body. He found a robotics factory in Japan where he secretly built himself a body and quickly broke out and upgraded himself using technology found all over the world.

Oh-One was going to achieve the one thing that he desired the most... Human emotion. In his eyes, that was perfection, and his brethren in the One-Hundred Series had what he was missing. So he hunted them all and subsumed their data but could not feel. During his rampage, he decided that humanity needed perfection... and to this end, he created a base of operations in Antarctica where he built something and a massive robotic army. He aimed to collect the Power Stone, the only one in play and the only one he needed for his plans.

Oh-One tracked one stone to Brazil, where, coincidentally, his folly, Oh-Seven, was. He chose to sneak in, extract the stone, and escape, but that didn't go as planned.

Oh-One is the self-proclaimed perfect machine, one designed to evolve humanity and keep evolving. To this end, Oh-One has downloaded all knowledge off the internet that he could get and keeps himself constantly connected in case something new arises. He's the most intelligent machine, removed from emotion and physical sensation. Now, to go on about his physical capabilities, Oh-One created a body he calls "perfect." One that's powerful in almost every situation and incredibly strong and durable enough to outclass even the strongest Nomad. However, Oh-One is guarded by a passive glowing red field around himself known as his Primal Armor. With his Primal Armor, he reduces the damage he takes by a large margin but will reduce its effectiveness over time until it's all gone and he needs to recharge it. The weapons that Oh-One primarily uses are his wrist-mounted laser blades (known as the MOONLIGHT Blades) and the laser cannons he keeps in the palms of his hand. He uses his blades and laser beams in tandem with one another, stringing together combos and using them whenever the situation arises. He also has missiles, drones, an electric gun, etc., that he created by examining different systems and reverse engineering them to make them better than the original.

■ Primal Armor

A passive barrier around Oh-One that reduces damage is taken and what primarily makes him so hard to beat. Over time, the armor will be worn down and needs to be recharged.

■ Scan Mode

Oh-One takes a moment to scan his opponent to learn their power level, biological system, and any information he can find online. This leaves him open as he processes the data, but if successful, he will gain a brief attack boost against them.

■ Hi-Boost

A flight system that Oh-One uses by deploying various thrusters throughout his body and allows him to fly. The flight system is versatile and allows him to fly at high speeds and dash at extremely high speeds for short periods.

■ Assault-Boost

Like Oh-Seven's over-boost, Oh-One puts his thrusters on overdrive and turns into a speedy missile. Flying at incredibly high speeds but lacking maneuverability can do this to travel to different countries.

■ Jet-Entry

Oh-One's boosters send him flying downwards at high speeds to augment a falling stomp attack that'll crush the people underneath him.

■ Boost-Charge

Oh-One uses his body as a weapon as he shoulder charges an opponent assisted by the Hi-Boost.

■ MOONLIGHT Slash

Oh-One charges forward and slashes with his moonlight blade

■ Laser-Cannon

Oh-One sticks his hand out and fires a burning hot beam of energy that sears the air. He can charge up his blasts for a few moments to do more damage.

■ Novem Blast

Oh-One fires an energy orb that will explode on impact.

■ Nine-Breaker

Oh-One fires a beam that'll create an explosion of energy.

■ Missile Assault

A barrage of missiles comes out of Oh-One's back that can attack several different opponents at the same time.

Two drones come out of Oh-One's shoulders that shoot a weaker version of his laser gun. These are weak and easily destroyed by even basic attacks, but should not be underestimated.

Oh-One sticks his hand out, and a blast of electricity comes out, stunning any Nomad that gets hit by it for a few moments.

■ Stun-Barrier

Oh-One briefly engulfs himself in a field of electricity that'll shock any Nomad that touches him.

A grapple move where Oh-One grabs an opponent by the face, charges up a powerful laser and then blasts them away.

Oh-One will stick his hand out and erect a hexagon-shaped barrier in front of him that can take incredible amounts of damage but will leave him unable to attack.

Oh-One can access any electronic system by touch and hack into them - unlike Oh-Seven, he can do this much faster and much easier.

■ Robot Summon

Oh-One will call a robotic minion to come and fight - they will arrive either by jet boosters or will teleport in.

■ Overed-Blade

Oh-One overcharges his MOONLIGHT blades, similar to how he breaks the limits on his beams. He creates a monstrous blade out of energy and slashes it. Afterward, he will be locked out of his blades for some time.

■ Overed-Novem

Oh-One overcharges a Novem Blast and creates an enormous but slow-moving orb of floating red energy. On impact, it will create a gigantic explosion that would ravage even the strongest defenses. However, it locks him out of his beam and any beam-based attacks for some time.

■ Drive-Artillery

Oh-One raised his hand in the air and let loose a massive barrage of energy blasts that could destroy cities if he kept at it. He will be unable to his beams for some time afterward.

■ Assault-Breaker

Oh-One will surround himself with a pulse shield, and kicking his boosters into overdrive, he will fly at blinding speeds. In this state, he will turn himself into a near-invincible projectile that'd knock down buildings as if it were nothing. Afterward, Oh-One cannot use his boosters or pulse shield for some time.

■ Assault Armor

Oh-One charges up his Primal Armor and overloads it, creating a massive explosion of energy that'll hurt anyone too close. However, this will disable his Primal Armor for some time and leave him susceptible to damage.

■ Stun-Field.

Using Exceed Orbit, Oh-One creates a massive field of electricity that'll shock all the Nomads inside it. He will be unable to move or retaliate during this, but afterward, the Nomads will be stunned for a few moments. Afterward, Oh-One cannot use Stun-Gun, Stun-Barrier, and Exceed-Orbit.

■ Teleportation

Oh-One charges up his internal teleporter system and then disappears in a huge red ball of light and electricity that will cook anything in radius. He can teleport pretty much anywhere on the planet but can only do this once a day.

Oh-One has very few weaknesses - primarily, he's a huge and heavy opponent that is easier for Nomads to hit. While he has a booster, it's more of a mobility option than a speed option, and he's very slow, so dodging isn't much of an option for him - to compensate, he's very tanky. Each of his superattacks has a drawback that leaves him unable to do a certain thing for some time.

Description: For better or worse, Jojo sticks out like a sore thumb due to a mixture of her "crazy ass genetics" and her own doing. The first thing people notice about Jojo is her height; she's just tall, standing at six feet, and very slim and well-built. The girl hits the gym a lot because she has lots of muscle definition around her arms and legs and great abs. This is all because of a long life of athleticism and working hard for the results she wants (oh yeah, and genetics. Never forget the genetics). This gives her a somewhat masculine aura that she hates, but she knows she's at the stage where she can't do anything about it. What doesn't help is her square jaw and sharp facial features (also gotten from her mother). Next is her dreads.... she has a lot of hair due to those genetics and has it twisted into dreadlocks that she dyes a forest green. She usually lets them hang but ties them into a bun if she fights. Jojo is African-American with roots in West Africa and the Caribbean - her mother is half-Bermudian. She has brownish skin but wishes she was a bit darker, but the rest of her facial features are consistent with African Americans and whatnot. Due to a lifetime of being a wild child, she has a bunch of different scars from getting hurt as a kid, some fights, and burning herself cooking. Jojo was the daughter of her mother, Nakala Phillips - a legendary drill sergeant in the US Army - and her father, Carl Jackson - the two had a complicated relationship. Hence, they were never together, but Jackson remained a part of his daughter's life. Jojo was born in the Ramstein Air Base in Germany and traveled from place to place. Nakala was in Hunter Liggett when Delta-Storm occurred and watched as the crystals fell from the sky one night. It was beautiful, but Nakala mysteriously noticed something different a few years later and realized she had superpowers! It wasn't long before she got the letter in the mail and was whisked away to Sparrowdale. Power: Type-Chromatic. At first glance, Jojo seems to be a weak Deltahuman; she was exposed to the Yellow, Green , and Blue Delta-Point Energies. Her superpower gives her super strength and a self-telekinesis that allows her to fly, but at the most default levels, it only boosts her capabilities slightly. It will enable Jojo to exert a little extra muscle strength, and she can fly slowly. However, this is where the third power comes in: Self-Power Amplification. The Green Delta-Point Energy grants Jojo a personal power battery that she can tap into to boost her capabilities for a short period. She can make herself solid and tough enough to punch through walls without trouble and fly at extremely high speeds; however, she can only access these heights for about five minutes. She can choose how much power to draw from this battery and go from slightly boosting her capabilities to being able to lift and throw a car. So Jojo can decide to have weaker abilities but be able to use them for longer or stronger abilities and be completely useless afterward. This personal power battery recharges over time and takes a day tops to recharge - using it completely will halt its regeneration.

Maybe it's the fact that Adora is very tall for a woman, or she has a Resting-Bitch-Face. She exudes an air of superiority not out of disdain for others but as a declaration that she will not allow anyone to dictate her worth or destiny. The girl strangely carries herself; she has an aloof and uncaring aura - as she'd seldomly be the first person to approach someone. She only seems uncaring in her attitude, and Adora takes extreme care in her appearance, from her attitude to her body to her overall cleanliness. You'd be dead if you found Adora not looking her very best. Adora takes giant steps and usually has her face and head concealed behind an oversized hoodie with her hands in her pockets. She usually speaks surprisingly high-pitched and is quick and to the point, and never smiles (If you make her smile, you must be something else). Overall, she has a menacing aura that is mysterious underneath it all. In terms of body, Adora is very tall and well-built; back in the days of the old Coven, she had a little gut and padding to her body - but not anymore. After losing her friend Lisa, Adora has found therapy in the gym and is very well-built. Her biceps are thick, her forearms are veiny, and her thick thighs and calves are very well built from leg day and tons of cardio. Yes, she has a big butt, it was a "gift" from her mother, and it's substantial from all the squats she does. Her bra size is 38b... but because she's six-one, she doesn't look all that tall. However, Adora keeps her body well covered, and she's one of those gals who always wears long-sleeved shirts and pants. Never wear anything sexual or provocative - though Adora enjoys the occasional dress. Now, Adora is African-American, and she tries to take care of her skin, but she has a nasty scar on her stomach from the battle with the Stygian Snake. It's red and fleshy and comes out the back - but good luck seeing it. Adora keeps her hair in dreads that are clean and well-maintained - but very short. In terms of attire, as stated before, Adora dresses in the most unflattering ways possible so people don't sexualize her. She usually wears baggy clothes that do not accentuate her feminine features and cover as much of her skin as possible. However, this isn't something she always does, and sometimes she dresses sexy... and surprises people with how well-built she is. However, when she's out in public and the weather permits, expect Adora to wear a hoodie and keep the hood up, so getting a good view of her face would be challenging. In private, Adora dresses in the most comfortable or none at all. However, she keeps a strange golden ring on her index finger, for no reason at all.

MAIN GOAL ⫻ Adora doesn't have a primary goal in life... it's genuinely a topsy-turvy mess at the moment. She wants to heal from the death of Lisa, but it's so hard sometimes. She also wants to reach out and reconnect with the people that she left behind. Above all, Adora wants to make a positive difference in the world and help other people like Lisa who are out there.

PHILOSOPHY ⫻ A walking paradox of a woman, Lisa's death serves as a stark reminder of what happens when you are reckless and arrogant. She grew up raised to speak her mind, don't take shit from anybody, and be kind and generous when it's not detrimental. In Adora's world, strength is necessary and should be used to protect people without strength. She would do anything to protect someone who can't fight back, but has zero patience for people who use their strength (physical, magical, metaphorical, etc) to bully others. Lisa's death has marred her entire philosophy, and she wants to ensure what happened to Lisa never happens to anyone else. Adora's arrogance is a barrier against the most vulnerable aspects of her, the ones that Lisa's death has hurt. Above all, Adora wants to be a light in the world, to make a difference in a world where it's easy to be a bastard - significantly when magic is involved - and help all the other Lisas out there.

SECRETS ⫻ There aren't too many secrets that Adora holds onto. Makes sure that the Mundane aren't privy to the truth of Lisa's death, and that's it.

SEXUALITY ⫻ Adora is bisexual but has yet even to attempt to explore her sexuality. She finds herself attracted to both genders - However, Adora's mental health is far too poor for her to get in a mood, so she has next to zero experience with relationships. Now that she seems to have gotten back on her feet, she's thinking about it, but she's unable to get attached to people.

FEARS ⫻ Despite her confident and confrontational exterior, Adora has a paralyzing fear of showing vulnerability stemming from Lisa's death. A fear of chaos and losing control fuels Adora's confrontational nature. The idea of being powerless in a situation, especially one reminiscent of Lisa's death, is a source of anxiety for her. Above all else, Adora fears being helpless as she was when she was rushing to save Lisa, and fears repeating the same mistakes.

REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ Adora, alongside her two friends Clementine and Vanessa, were viewed favorably... for their contribution to the fight with the Stygian Snake. Adora was very openly judgemental and critical of the many other members of the Old Coven for even the slightest thing. Especially the ones that bullied or insulted the other members - especially the ones that tried to mess with Lisa. It got to the point where she got into a few fights with the other members. However, due to her abstraction, she was primarily tolerated, but after the Stygian Snake was defeated and her mental health went to shit, she quickly ghosted the Coven. She does not know how bad the Coven has gotten or why it fell apart in the first place, nor does she care.

ROLE IN THE BATTLE WITH THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ Played a considerable part, as with the Trinity Ring, Adora and her two friends (Clementine and Vanessa) were able to remotely keep up with the Stygian Snake (with the help of some abstraction boosting spells). The three of them were primarily responsible for forcing the Stygian Snake to retreat and giving the rest of the group much-needed breathing room. However, during the final battle, they weren't of much as Adora wholly shut down after Lisa's brutal death.

FLAWS ⫻ Far, far, too many. Adora is riddled with PTSD from watching Lisa's death, and she can be easily triggered by things that remind her of the Stygian Snake. She'll push on regardless, but it can make her stumble. While she has made strides, she's still a mess of a woman who'll have to live with the sights for the rest of her life. Which can make her reclusive, and it's why she's so awkward while dealing with the Coven. However, the girl can be rude and nasty, as she's the first to open her mouth whenever someone does something she doesn't like or agree with and is very confrontational and argumentative. She is very blunt and spurts out whatever comes to mind without thinking about how it may make other people feel - which may cause her to feel bad. Some may call her a bitch; some call her speaking her mind, and Adora just calls it being herself. Adora finds it hard to open up and reach out and talk to people after Lisa's death and may find herself stumbling on her own words a lot. Adora is a woman of contradictions tethering on the edge; all it will take is one hit, and she'll fall into a deep abyss.

A native of St. Portwell, Adora grew up in a house on the outskirts of St. Portwell that her grandfather owned and intended to pass down. Adora never knew her father, as her mother always told her that she got a "sperm donor."... there was that part of Adora that knew that she wasn't being literal, but as she grew up, she had little interest in finding out who her father was. She didn't need him, after all. Adora grew up following her mother's model, being outspoken and taking nothing from no one person. Her grandfather's more compassionate, nurturing nature... and Adora ended up being a weird mixture of both of them, with her traits. These three people gave Adora everything and did everything in their power to ensure she became a reasonable person in a world of horrible ones.

Though growing up, Adora was not a people person... not to say that she was introverted, but she was very outspoken and confrontational, even at a young age. Still, she was a very judgemental girl with high standards for herself and ensured that the people she surrounded herself with were the best. The only friends she had growing up were the neighbor girls, Clementine and Vanessa Washington. They were two young, fun-loving, moral girls much like herself, but Adora was the more cool-headed one in their little cliche. They grew so attached that nothing would ever break them apart. However, this worried her mother, who pushed the young Adora towards activities - arts, sports, anything - that would help her develop social skills, and eventually, Adora ended up as a cheerleader in that cliche. However, she wasn't very popular with them as she was critical of the "popular" girl's bullying.

Especially of Lisa Turner.

Lisa Turner was a shy, socially awkward gal who wasn't liked by anyone and bullied by most. She had weird interests (like spiders, body horror, and other macabre things) and could never entirely hold on due to her clumsy demeanor. Adora knew she was bullied and would be there to give even the biggest and most challenging jocks a piece of her mind if they so much as tried anything on the girl. Though Adora never really talked to her in passing, she kept her eye on her - so did Vanessa and Clementine. However, after a certain point, Lisa began pulling back - hardly going to school - and Adora felt something was wrong. She wasn't one to assume the worst, but she had to do something.

The bullies knew where Lisa lived, and after interrogating one of them, Adora got Lisa's address. She skipped school herself, walked over to Lisa's, and calmly knocked on the door until someone answered. After a bit of chatting, Adora convinced Lisa's parents to let her talk to her, and Adora sat down next to Lisa on that bed and talked to her. Lisa told her everything about how miserable she was, how nobody liked her, and how she wished she was dead.

Adora couldn't have that.

Adora did everything she could to befriend Lisa by constantly talking to her and being the first person ever to be nice to her. She constantly talked to her on the phone, letting her nerd out about her niche interests and weird spider facts. Eventually, Adora managed to get Lisa to come back to school; anyone who dared look at Lisa the wrong way got a sharp scolding at best (at worse, Adora whoop their ass after school). Maybe it was out of stroking her ego and feeling good about herself, but Adora would do anything to save a life. Above all else, Adora felt happy that she brought light into someone's life; even if Lisa wasn't made in Adora's likeness, they developed a bond. She saw Lisa as a little sister, and she would do anything for her, which made Lisa eternally grateful.

However, one day, Lisa had something to show Adora, which Adora was hoping was not some love confession... and after Lisa showed her, she wished that it was. Lisa spit out a spider the size of a basketball like it was nothing! Adora, naturally, freaked out, and Lisa calmed her down by telling her that magic was real and that she had gained magic from getting pushed to the brink by her bullies. She wanted to show someone, and Adora just took off into the night - which hurt both of them. This pushed them apart for a little while, which Adora felt terrible about, but she kept it a secret to protect Lisa.

Around this time, Adora's grandfather died and told her that it was a part of his will that his house would be hers upon turning eighteen (yay!). However, on his deathbed, he also left her three golden rings and told them that they were his most prized possession and to keep them with her at all times. She promised that she would do it, and she donned all three rings, and whenever someone asked, she would tell them that they were her grandfather's. However, it didn't take long to realize that they... changed her. They made her stronger, faster, and tougher, from accidentally tearing a door off its hinges to knocking a pickup truck over and flying. It didn't take a genius to realize she had gotten superpowers.

The first thing she did was apologize to Lisa, and when she got to her house, it was difficult to get into the Turner household, but she managed to talk to Lisa face-to-face. Lisa initially wanted nothing to do with Adora, but she came around... then the Stygian Snake attacked her house. The two girls were shocked, paralyzed from fear, as they never saw anything like that before. Adora found the bravery inside herself to confront the monster and at least give Lisa time to escape - Adora was almost killed, and everything went dark. However, the Sycamore Tree Coven came in the knick of time and saved them, driving off the Stygian Snake, and Sully gave her a drink out of the Chalice to heal all of her wounds.

After Adora came, they found Lisa, introduced themselves as the Coven, and told them everything - alongside an invitation. The two accepted it, and Lisa was finally off making friends and learning more about herself! Adora was proud, but she fell into Britney William's hands... Britney examined the rings and told her they were the legendary Trinity Rings. Adora was using them wrong, and the three rings were intended to be used by three people to utilize their full strength. However, Adora was a prideful, vain, and stubborn young girl who didn't want anyone else touching her father's rings: Multi-dimensional entity or not. After much convincing, Adora roped her two friends, Clementine and Vanessa Washington, into the Coven and gave them the two rings.

That was not a decision that Adora regretted, as with the Trinity Rings, they were flying powerhouse, and they could tear apart the Stygian Snake's minions. However, they worked closely with Lisa Turner, who learned how to create powerful Spider Minions to counter the Stygian Snake's army. They battled monster after monster at night while hanging out with the Coven during whatever lull they could get. However, things changed during the day of the eclipse (the final battle), and Adora, Clementine, and Vanessa confronted the Stygian Snake first and head-on, boosted by Bianca, Greta, and the other abstraction boosters while everyone else got in position. They did some severe damage to the Stygian Snake alongside Daisy and the others, which made Adora highly confident in the plan. Lisa insisted on staying by Adora's side, providing minions to battle the Stygian Snake, and Adora was more than confident that she could protect Lisa.

Too confident.

The Stygian Snake managed to launch Adora away... leaving Lisa vulnerable. The Stygian Snake used its darkness to tear Lisa apart in front of everyone slowly. Adora desperately went in, tears flowing, deluding herself into thinking she could do anything. By the time she got there, Lisa was already in pieces, and Adora fell apart, cradling Lisa's dead body and crying her eyes out as everyone fought. She was removed from the battlefield, and only heard that the Stygian Snake was defeated. Adora was crushed under the weight of it all... but she tried to participate in the old Coven. However, it was obvious that her heart wasn't in it, and she felt guilty for being unable to save Lisa after everything she did.

Adora quietly told the leadership that she was bowing out of the old Coven, and she didn't so much as speak to them afterward. PTSD wracked her, and she withdrew from all social circles, including her two closest friends. The death of Lisa haunted her, and whenever she tried to have fun, she could only see Lisa wherever she went. Adora took the ring off, as she didn't care about magic or none of this nonsense; she wanted Lisa back and became reclusive. If anyone recognized her, she would just run away.

Adora hardly left the house, and Adora's mother gave her some space, but she had to help her daughter... and convinced her to get therapy for her trauma. Working on herself through consoling wasn't easy; it was incredibly daunting and full of challenges - it seemed like she went back down every time she came up. It took her years before she stopped blaming herself for Lisa's death, and she eventually learned to forgive herself for Lisa's death. The depression went away in due time, but the nightmares didn't go away, nor did the attacks, no matter how hard she tried. It was something that she had to deal with.

As part of her healing process, Adora exited her self-imposed exile and contacted Vanessa and Clementine - who moved to the other side of the country. They were angry that she had ghosted them but were happy to hear about her journey. The conversation took a turn when Adora asked for the other two Trinity Rings, and they told her that they had given them to Sloane Harris before they left the Old Coven. Adora couldn't fault them as she failed to understand how important they were to her and figured she could get it from Sloane. However, Sloane refused, as Adora "gave up her duty," no matter how hard Adora asked for them and how Adora insulted her, Sloane refused to give up the rings. Eventually, Adora gave up, as she knew a losing battle when she saw one and just figured they'd be safe.

Adora just focused on her physical and mental health until the murders began. They brought back bad memories and caused a regression that caused Adora to go reclusive for a bit. She initially refused Auri's invitation, but she had to do something about the murders.

She couldn't watch as more people lost the people dear to them like Lisa was to her.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ The Trinity Ring was a legendary artifact in the All-Verse created by an ancient civilization of Adepts. They created the rings to have three mighty guardians come to protect their city from any threats. However, the universe was destroyed, and the Trinity Ring fell into the Pit, where they were extracted. since then, they changed hands often - eventually landing in Adora's. Their primary function is to be distributed amongst three people, who are effectively Gods as long as they remain within five meters of each other. They each can fly at speeds that can be hard to perceive except by the keenest eye, strong enough to lift buildings, and can tank even the strongest Paranormal attacks (only the Stygian Snake had the raw power to stagger them). The battle with the Stygian Snake made Adora and her two friends powerhouses capable of making the Stygian Snake retreat with the help of some Abstraction boosting.

However, without someone to bear the other two rings, it's only a shell of the awe-inspiring strength... going from punching the Stygian Snake to only being able to carry a dresser up the stairs by herself. Adora only possesses one ring, which boosts her physical capabilities to being slightly above peak-human, which is nothing compared to some of the supernatural feats others are capable of. However, there was an oversight in the design of the Trinity Ring: if one put on all rings, they would get a power boost that would be nothing to the Ring's peak but still a significant power boost. Below is all that Adora can do if she dons the three rings:

ONE RING ⫻ The current level that Adora is at. The singular ring boosts Adora to... slightly above her normal capabilities. She's strong enough to lift a dresser the stairs by herself! She can tank a few punches from a regular grown man before going down, and you'd have to put just a little extra force behind that knife to stab her. Adora can also sprint about two miles per hour faster than she would be capable of, and best of all... she can fly at a speed that most people can leisurely outwalk. Her flight is likely the only one that people could notice.

TWO RINGS ⫻ Two rings boosts Adora to slightly above peak human strength (lifting around 1400lb overhead), speed (she can sprint around 32 MPH), durability (she can shrug off hits from professional boxers and metal bats, and it'd be hard to penetrate her skin with just strength alone), along with being able to fly around her top sprinting speed.

THREE RINGS ⫻ Three rings boost Adora into absolutely superhuman territory. Adora can easily lift 4200lb overhead and is strong enough to lift and throw a car. She's tough enough to tank hits from Paranormal Beings, who specialize in strength, and can survive getting launched through a brick wall (while still getting hurt). Her speed allows her to sprint 50 miles per hour and fly at twice.

LIMITS ⫻ As stated all over the Abstraction section... Adoras will never be able to reach the peaks of the Trinity Ring without giving the two other rings to other people. However, that's not viable as Adora has no one she can trust; she doesn't want to lose the rings again, and the rings are currently MIA as they were a part of Sloane's stolen collection. Even if Adora gets all three rings, she will operate at a fraction of her true power.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ Working against the Trinity Ring's intended functions will not go well for Adora, as utilizing the Trinity Ring will cause a decline in Adora's body functions. If she uses the ring's power for over a few seconds, she'll experience dizziness, headaches, vomiting, and bleeding from the nose. These are the milder end of the scale as the further she pushes herself, the worse these effects will get... ending with temporary blindness, organ failure, and vomiting blood. If Adora goes all out, it can quickly kill her. The more rings she has on, the worse these effects will get, and the quicker she'll get to the worst side effects.

Both her mom and dad were huge in height, and they said they were "big-boned," too, so they had a ton of mass on them. It's the first thing people notice about her, and it's not good because she's very insecure about her height. Unfortunately, that's just something that she lives with, but she loves it when people don't bring it up. The other aspect that makes her look big is her body shape; she has an oval shape primarily shaped by extra body fat that she can't shake off due to her genetics. Britney has a bit of a gut, but it's not flappy or saggy at all, and she's happy she doesn't have a fupa at the very least. Britney. Puberty was tough for her, but she is very curvy. Inherited from her mother and father, her butt has always been big (the butt of many jokes, you may say), and she's chesty (at 44D) though they don't look that big because she's so damn tall. Afterward, the entire Sycamore Tree Coven hated her and eventually voted her out. Thus, in the ten years since, Britney has been working on herself and wishes to be forgiven.

PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Britney Williams believes in the power of compassion as the keystone of her life. She sees compassion as a virtue and a driving force that dictates her actions, decisions, and interactions with the world. Britney recognizes that people make mistakes, including herself. She believes in forgiveness and second chances (as she so desperately needs herself), always seeking to understand the reasons behind actions and offering support to those who genuinely want to change. Britney understands that small acts of kindness can have a significant impact on the world and the lives of others. She makes it a daily practice to perform acts of kindness, whether helping a stranger in need, volunteering, or simply offering a listening ear to a friend in distress.

SECRETS ⫻ In the battle with the Stygian Snake, Britney held a lot of secrets... mainly that she had been purposely infecting people with Afflictions and Adjoining them with Apparitions to have more footsoldiers in the fight against it. However, after it came out, her reputation plummeted, and since then, Britney has dedicated herself to holding no more secrets.

SEXUALITY ⫻ Britney is pansexual, but she wants kids someday, so she leans a bit toward males. Other than that, Britney isn't all that picky, and she isn't above flirting with anybody.

FEARS ⫻ Britney, deep down, fears the world of magic and the Paranormal and that someday another threat along the lines of the Stygian Snake will arise. This time, they won't be able to stop it. Britney also fears herself because of a deep-rooted guilt in her previous actions.

REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ Britney was... not very well liked. Originally, she was seen as instrumental in defeating the Stygian Snake, but after some revelations came to light about the lengths she went to defeat it... her reputation and relationship with the group plummeted. She was only kept around due to her knowledge of the magical, but even that was shaky. Shaky enough, she was voted out of the Coven a few months before their eventual collapse.

ROLE IN THE BATTLE AGAINST THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ an essential part... as when Britney was brought in, the Coven had no clue of how to defeat the damn thing and were just throwing spells at it and hoping something worked. Britney told the Sycamore Tree Coven about the artifacts known as the Apparition Killer and the Bull's Ring. With Kari Wilson's help, they could travel to different universes and locate them. Britney was also secretly forcing people to join with Apparitions and cursing them to have more hands to battle the Stygian Snake - which was not well-received by the Coven when they found out.

FLAWS ⫻ While Britney is ultimately a well-meaning person, she has an issue with forcing her ideas of what is right and wrong onto other people (one could say it's a mild God-Complex). This means that Britney was willing to screw other people over to stop the Stygian Snake and justified it to herself by saying she was doing the right thing. Britney is ultimately helpful in doing whatever it takes to get the job done, but she cannot understand when she's infringing upon someone else's autonomy.

The Williams Family is a wealthy family that owned a lot of sway in the town of St. Portwell, as they hold plenty of businesses (primarily tourist attractions) that get plenty of foot traffic. They weren't millionaires, but they had amassed enough wealth to provide their daughter, Britney, with everything she needed. However, the Williams held a dark secret; they were Adepts who used their magic to bully their business rivals out and make people sell their businesses to them. Of course, Britney didn't learn about this until she was far older. Britney lived her early life as a loner despite her nature, as she was used to reaching out to people only to get used to her resources. Thus, she grew up keeping people at arm's length. Still, she kept herself company by digging into her family's archives... a massive library on the world of the Paranormal and learned about all sorts of different artifacts, Apparitions, and so forth. It was her hobby to dig into such a place, and it was her quiet place, as her family never bothered her.

This was between school, interacting with her few true friends, and dance class/ballet. As she grew up, she learned how to sort out the people who had no interest in her and kept her friend group small. However, when she entered high school, the Stygian-Snake's reign of terror began; Britney was spending time with some friends when one of them was enthralled by the being and forced to kill everyone else in the room - including Britney. When the girl came at Britney with a knife, she underwent her Kindling Event and activated her connection to the Red Lux... which was useless now. Britney managed to escape and immediately retreated to her family's library, where she found information on the Stygian Snake.

Britney saw herself as the only person who was capable of stopping the damned thing, so she completely locked herself off from everything (friends, school, etc.) and practiced casting spells. She discovered her affinity was towards plant life, so she kept at it and devised several plant-based spells. After deciding she was ready, she set out to battle the Stygian Snake... Britney knew that she was one girl, but she was going to do the best that she could. This led her to her friend Auri Auclair, who asked for Britney to be there under the Sycamore Tree when they formed. Making Britney one of the founding members, however, they weren't making any headway on the Apparition, and they were losing members one by one as if the thing was trying to dry them of all hope.

Britney took the role of "Magical Advisor" (and she was considered the defacto fourth in command) as she was the most magic-knowledgeable out of the Coven and told them everything she could find on the Stygian Snake and various artifacts such as the Apparition Killer and the Bull's Ring. She was a part of the brave group that ventured to the alternate universe to find both artifacts. However, Britney didn't have complete faith in their odds, even with powerful artifacts such as the Bull's Ring, so she did a little something... that was finding Apparitions and binding them to people without their consent, and even afflicting people with curses. She would "find" these people and rope them into the Sycamore Tree Coven, and one of them was "Queen Bitch" Emily G.Reed (in Britney's defense; nobody liked her, and it would make the world a better place if she died).

On the eclipse day, Britney helped defeat the Stygian Snake by binding the bastard in vines while Ashley put the finishing blow on the bastard. However, Britney overexerted herself and passed out; thus, she was not there when the Stygian Snake was sealed into the tree. Britney had her memory of the tree wiped and joined the Coven in their adventures, who would go on to do great things...

... and those "great things" were fighting over every little tiny thing, slinging shade at each other, and overall being useless. Worst of all, Britney's little "recruitment drive" came to light, and the Coven vilified her due to her awful actions. She became the group's punching bag because of her actions and was nearly kicked if it wasn't for the fact that she was so valuable. Emily G.Reed was the least happy about it and constantly antagonized Britney and the more generous members of the Coven. Britney hung in there because she cared about her friends and knew they would get themselves killed without her. However, she was ultimately voted out for the good of the group and accepted it. They completely dissolved a few months later, and everyone went their separate ways.

Britney moved on with her life, only maintaining contact with Auri as she knew that Britney had regretted her actions. She went to college, wanting to build a life without living in her family's shadow - but she wasn't sure what she wanted to do with her life. Eventually, Auri suggested that she could become a model, and Britney thought it was daunting (she was huge and didn't have that model built). However, Auri motivated her to go ahead with it, and she made a portfolio, found an agent, and became a plus-sized model! She appeared in food, appliances, and clothing advertisements for various companies around St. Portwell. However, she kept her ear to the ground to the events of the supernatural scene around St. Portwell, learning that Emily formed her own Coven, the extradimensional intrusion, etc. Britney had zero interest or agency in participating in it, so she kept to herself but knew the next threat was just around the corner...

However, Britney learned of the string of murders happening to the previous members of the Coven, and Auri put out the call to her - telling her that she was getting the gang back together. Britney was unsure of how the reception to her return would be, but she didn't want to see anyone else get killed.

Britney hesitantly accepted and attended their first meeting at Auri's flower shop...

Britney has created three "modes" for her Spells that she switches between back and forth. She is proficient in her "Land-Mode" mode due to overreliance on it and neglecting her training. However, she is learning to branch out and tap into the potential that is "Mode: Sea" and "Mode: Sky."

MODE: LAND ⫻ The style, or discipline, that Britney is the most proficient in. Mode: Land represents the fusion of Britney Williams' mastery over Floramancy and Edafosmancy, creating a blend of plant and soil manipulation. With this disciplined approach, Britney manipulates the power of nature's elements to shape and control the landscape. Mode: The land embodies Britney's profound connection to the earth and its inhabitants.

Floramancy ⫻ The one spell group that Britney is most proficient in and most famous for using (Why she was called "Plant Mommy"). Her Floramancy embodies a profound connection to the essence of nature, granting her the ability to manipulate and command the very essence of plant life itself. Her mastery over flora extends beyond mere manipulation, encompassing a deep understanding of botanical biology. Whether she's shaping plants into intricate constructs, revitalizing wilted foliage, or telekinetically controlling vegetation with the power of her mind.

Bloom ⫻ Britney can create plant life on any surface in a thirty-meter radius around her. She can build any plant in the real world, from fruit to wood, limited only by her plant knowledge. She cannot make a tree appear, as the girl needs time to spawn plant life, but, given a few hours, she can create a skyscraper-sized tree... and immediately fall into a coma afterward. She can make weapons, barriers, and appendages, and her favorite technique is creating lengthy vines with bladed tips like a spear.

Verdant Bloom ⫻ An enhanced and chaotic form of her Bloom, and functions the same except as a touch-ranged and far more potent version. Britney channels her Floramancy to induce rapid and explosive plant growth upon touch. The Red-Lux surges forth, emitting vibrant greenery when she touches a surface or object, soil, stone, or even metal. Britney can create explosive plant growth in the area around her, creating a chaotic eruption of foliage. With Verdant Bloom, she can cause a tree to appear instantaneously and explosively, acting as a blunt weapon. Or she can create a beautiful field of flowers instantaneously. However, by using this, she expends far more energy.

Floral Sculpture ⫻ With a mere flick of her wrist, Britney breathes life into the surrounding vegetation, coaxing it to bend and twist to her will. She can shape plants into intricate constructs of her design. Britney commands the nearby vegetation to mold into anything limited by her imagination. Britney can produce weapons, barriers, and appendages, and her primary combat technique is creating lengthy vines with bladed tips like a spear. Britney can shape existing plants and the plants that she creates (including plants that others create).

Floral Revival ⫻ Britney's nurturing connection with nature extends beyond manipulation and control. This gentle yet potent spell allows her to breathe new life into dead or damaged plants, restoring them to their former beauty. Britney places her hands on the plant, channels her life force into its withered form, and an encompassing aura surrounds it. The plant is restored to normal with each passing moment until it is wholly fixed.

Floral-Transmutation ⫻ With this spell, Britney can alter the biology of a plant, manipulating its structure, properties, and even its very essence to suit her needs. With precise control and profound understanding, she can modify the plant's physical attributes, such as size, shape, color, and reproductive mechanisms. For example, she could transform a small, delicate flower into a towering tree, imbue a flower with poisonous thorns, or bestow a common vine with a bioluminescent bloom.

Florakinetics ⫻ Britney's telekinetic manipulation of plants grants her the ability to control and manipulate vegetation with the power of her mind alone. With a focused concentration, she can command nearby plants to bend, twist, and move according to her will, as if they were extensions of her body. This is how Britney manipulates the direction of plant growth in the plants she creates, and it is the most vital spell in her Floramancy Spellgroup.

Edafosmancy ⫻ Another spell that Britney has developed, Edafosmancy, the art of Soil Manipulation by Britney Williams, channels the raw power of the earth itself, allowing her to command and shape the very soil beneath her feet. With a focused concentration, she extends her influence into the earth itself, causing it to respond to her mental commands. Soil bends to her will, creating tendrils, waves of soil, anything her imagination could produce, limited only by the amount of soil within her radius. She can use it as a direct weapon to make barriers, and Britney has learned how to ride on a wave of soil.

MODE: SEA ⫻ A new mode that Britney is seeking to experiment with. Mode: Sea marks Britney Williams' journey into harnessing the elemental power of water, which complements her Floramancy and Edafosmancy. With this evolving style, Britney delves into the depths of aquatic-based elemental magic, channeling the fluidity and adaptability of water to augment the rest of her Spellbook. Through "Mode: Sea," Britney can summon and manipulate bodies of water that dance at her fingertip and are limited by only her imagination. There is only one element that she is developing under Mode: Sea: Hydromancy.

Hydromancy ⫻ In her tentative exploration of "Mode: Sea," Britney's hydrokinetic abilities reflect her dipping her toes (Geddit?) into the realm of water manipulation. At the moment, Britney can only struggle to shape even the smallest droplets into rudimentary forms. Her efforts yield... less than satisfactory results, such as manipulating only a small glass of water at a time, creating only a handful of water. Despite this, Britney persists and dives headfirst into the realm of Hydromancy in hopes of causing more dramatic effects down the line.

Aqua Bloom ⫻ In Britney's early attempts at developing hydrokinesis with her, she practices a spell where she attempts to create water out of nothing. Britney channels the Red-Lux, attempting to manifest water from thin air! However, at the moment, the amount of water she manages to materialize is barely more than a few droplets in her hands. At the moment, she can splash someone with it, annoying them. With practice, Britney can create far more water.

Floral Current ⫻ In Britney's early stages of learning hydrokinesis, she managed to manipulate a small amount of water! Britney extends her hands towards a water source, be it a puddle, lake/pond, or whatever coming out the sink. Britney telekinetically lifts the water and manipulates it with her mind alone. However, she is no waterbender... her control is shaky, and her range is limited to a small area. She can splash someone with them.

MODE: SKY ⫻ As Britney continues to explore her Red-Lux, she delves into a new discipline known as "Mode: Sky." This is primarily a Mode she developed in the Old Coven, learning spells from Jake Valos and Elsa Connor - however, she didn't get a chance to flesh it out thoroughly and neglected this mode in favor of Mode: Land. This style revolves around harnessing the power of light and weather manipulation. In her early attempts, Britney's control over this domain was fragile. She attempts to conjure light in various forms - Similarly, her efforts to manipulate the weather are met with limited success as she struggles to coax even a few drops of rain from the heavens.

Lumomancy ⫻ In her fledgling attempts at manipulating the element of light within "Mode: Sky," Britney struggles to harness its radiant energy with finesse and control. She attempts to conjure light flashes or miniature suns with tentative gestures and a hesitant focus, but her efforts are met with... uneven results. Instead of brilliant bursts of light, Britney's creations flicker erratically, casting a feeble glow that barely illuminates their surroundings.

Floral Beacon ⫻ A result of her early attempts into Mode: Sky... the plan was to create a devastating beam of light out of her hands that would annihilate foes. However, the result is a feeble beam of light that emanates from her hands like a makeshift flashlight. Her control is shaky; the beam she conjures flickers, wavers, and sometimes wholly goes out.

Luminous Blossom ⫻ Another of her early experiments into Lumomancy, she conjures a radiant ball of light out of her hands similar to a miniature sun imbued with a gentle warmth. The ball is around the size of a baseball and constantly flickers and dims. Britney can control its movement with her mind and occasionally uses it as a lamb.

Hyetomancy ⫻ The art of weather manipulation, Britney Williams finds herself attempting to force the forces of the sky to her will. With each step into this new Mode, she aims to shape and control the weather, but her abilities remain... pathetic, and her control is shaky at best. Britney's attempts to conjure rain, summon gusts of wind, or clear stormy skies yield inconsistent results, often disrupting weather patterns in minor ways.

Dewdrop Dance ⫻ The first spell that Britney developed under Hyetomancy, where she encouraged the formation of raindrops. However, the result is typically only a gentle drizzle over a small radius.

Floral-Whisper ⫻ The plan is to create a spell that manipulates the raging winds... and the result, at the moment, is a gentle breeze that could maybe knock over an empty water bottle.

LIMITS ⫻

MODE: LAND ⫻ Britney's Floramancy is limited by range and time; she has a far easier time manipulating existing plants as opposed to creating new plant life. If she wants the plants to survive, they have to be in an area where they can logically stay - so if she makes vines on concrete, they're going to die fast, or if she creates something that lives in a different biome than St. Portwell... it won't last long. Creating plants on non-soil-life also takes far more effort and time than it would on dirt. For her Floramancy and Edafosmancy, she has to be touching the ground (she can't, for example, be on a fire escape trying to manipulate a tree beneath her).

MODE: SEA ⫻ Britney's hydrokinetic abilities are practical only within a short range (around two meters). Britney's hydrokinetic spells have a limited duration before dissipating or losing effectiveness. Her skill is minimal, but she can push past these limits as the Spell group develops.

MODE: SKY ⫻ Britney's Weather and Light manipulation spells require a significant amount of stamina, leaving Britney physically and mentally drained after extended use. Britney struggles to control the intensity and direction of her light manipulation spells, leading to erratic and unpredictable results. She may inadvertently create blinding light flashes or fail to maintain a steady illumination.

WEAKNESSES ⫻

MODE: LAND ⫻ For Britney to use her Floramancy, her primary Spellgroup, she needs to donate a bit of her life force to power it. The more she uses the Spell, the physically weaker she'll become, the paler her skin will get, the more sluggish, the hungrier, and she can even kill herself if she pushes herself too far. Other than that, her plants are as vulnerable to poison, fire, and ice as other plants. For Britney to use her Edafosmancy, she must be immobile (surfing on dirt doesn't count as she's using the dirt to move), which can leave her vulnerable.

MODE: SEA ⫻ While Britney's Mode: Sea grants her the ability to manipulate water with finesse, prolonged or intense use of her hydrokinetic abilities leaves her physically drained and dehydrated. Manipulating large bodies of water or creating powerful water-based spells taxes her body, causing fatigue, dehydration, and physical weakness. This vulnerability affects her ability to continue casting spells and leaves her vulnerable to physical attacks or other threats while weakened.

MODE: SKY ⫻ Britney's ability to manipulate light can overwhelm her senses, causing sensory overload and disorientation. When she channels intense beams of light or creates blinding flashes, she may experience temporary blindness, visual distortions, or headaches due to the extreme brightness. Britney's connection to the weather in Mode: Sky makes her highly sensitive to changes in atmospheric conditions. This sensitivity manifests as physical and emotional discomfort, exacerbated during extreme weather events such as storms or intense heat waves. Britney experiences migraines, nausea, or anxiety in response to fluctuations in barometric pressure, humidity, or temperature.

He played a ton of Basketball, officially for his school or just on the streets, and he was pretty good at it. He often practices shots to relieve stress, but even he realizes he's out of his element. Fist-Fighting ⫻ Drake was always a trouble-starting shithead, and fights were pretty easy to come across in his hometown. He's a pretty good scrapper, even without martial arts training. Social-Butterfly ⫻ Drake's pretty good when it comes to people; he's grown up his entire life being at the forefront of his family and getting to know a variety of different people. He knows how to deal with people and knows that a lot of problems can be solved by being a listening ear. Firearms ⫻ Drake likes guns... he's a mean shot with a pistol, and don't ask me what he can do with a carbine. Sealing ⫻ Taught to him by his father, Adam, Drake knows how to seal Apparitions by outlining a knight chess piece.

Appearance ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "Ladies, off the market indefinitely." Drake carries a youthful and energetic aura around him; almost as if he is still a teenager, he still has the same energy. He's ready for anything exciting to go down, and his movements are quick and spastic; he can't seem to hold down all of that energy within him. However, he kind of acts like a model (a very goofy ahh) model as he's prone to making melodramatic poses, almost as if someone is taking a picture of him. It's weird. Though he has a great, well-shaped body from years of athleticismsm and bodybuilding, he will gladly remove his shirt and flex if you ask. He's exceptionally well-built, and his body has complemented his body shape well, though I will say his legs are the most defined because Drake was a runner before anything else. And he has a great ass, and his weiner is eight inches long. He is around the average height of a Caucasian male. Speaking of Caucasian, Drake is British and Japanese, but you wouldn't be able to tell given that he looks one hundred percent white other than the fact that his eyes are slanted. His skin is coated with various scars because he is a rough player when playing sports. His elbows are shit because he fell on them a lot, his knees are covered in nasty scabs, and his knuckles are scarred and bruised from fist fighting. His teeth are also very shitty because he's missing a few, and he should have gone to the dentist more. Regardless, the Blackmore Family has excellent genes. Drake Blackmore, here is a connoisseur of jackets! His favorite hobby is finding a cool ass jacket and flaunting it, his favorite being leather jackets. He dresses pretty simply, wearing jeans or shorts and a T-shirt with a jacket. He doesn't do the whole accessory thing except for sunglasses and his gloves... though Drake wears a wedding on his right hand and a silver ring that says ADAM on his index finger.

MAIN GOAL ⫻ Drake's primary goal in life was to find himself a purpose... as he spent his life running around, living it up, and now is wondering if that's how his legacy is going to be. He did not want to end up as nothing more than a party boy, so he decided to build something new with his wife, Jade, and continue the Blackmore legacy. However, now that Jade was murdered by Father Wolf, his new goal is to put the bastard six feet under, regardless of the costs.

PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Drake believes that everyone needs to have a purpose in life and to strive for something - except Drake doesn't know what his purpose is. Drake also has a personal creed to help people and positively impact the world, even if it is at the cost of himself. He tries to work towards improving society and protecting innocents who couldn't otherwise protect themselves. This is not rooted in Drake's arrogance but a genuine desire to help people. So, yeah, Drake has a little bit of a hero complex.

SECRETS ⫻ Drake keeps his trauma and grief a secret and pushes on as if it doesn't exist - he knows he cannot be vulnerable as people are relying on him. So he puts on a veneer of a happy-go-lucky bruiser when, in actuality, he's about to fall apart. Drake also keeps the fact that he was a vigilante who prowled the streets of St. Portwell for hostile Paranormal beings a secret.

SEXUALITY ⫻ Drake is as straight as an arrow, baby! Though, Drake hasn't been feeling all that sexual in the face of the death of his wife, Jade.

FEARS ⫻ Drake's little hero complex makes him deeply afraid of being unable to save someone - and he has failed to keep someone in the past during the battle with the Stygian Snake. He carries the weight of responsibility, and the fear of failure haunts him. Most importantly of all, Drake sincerely fears losing another member of the Blackmores.

REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ Drake was seen favorably... in terms of his character. You see, during the fight with the Stygian Snake, Drake had made a lot of bad decisions that required him to be bailed out. Some members saw him as nothing more than an impulsive meathead, a liability, and he was in danger of being kicked out a few times. While others looked up to his bravery, moral character, and desire to help whenever he could. However, after the Stygian Snake's defeat, Drake left shortly after as he did not like the direction the Sycamore Tree Coven was going. He only accepted Auri's call because he wanted to put that bastard Father Wolf in a box after he killed his wife.

ROLE IN THE BATTLE AGAINST THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ Both a boon and a burden, Drake has participated in the many battles against the Stygian Snake using his Red-Lux spells. He is a powerhouse with his lightning spells but has made many reckless decisions... such as, after the death of his father Adam, going to face the Stygian Snake by himself and nearly getting killed. The Coven had to band together to bail him out of this mess, and several other times, Drake made a rash decision, and it blew up in his face. Fortunately, he survived - Unfortunately, it led to a good chunk of the group utterly despising him.

FLAWS ⫻ Now, Drake is a very headstrong and overly confident man; if there's something that Drake has set his mind to, it's very hard to talk him out of it. This has gotten him into deep trouble in the battle against the Stygian Snake, and nearly killed him a few times. Drake is also not good with authority and usually ends up just doing things his way - which has caused a lot of friction in the Old Coven. Drake has gotten better, but old habits die hard, and they're deeply engrained into his personality. Drake refuses to open up and ask for help, and will, even if it kills him, handle things on his own - and keeps his emotions bottled up whenever possible. Now, Drake has a deep-rooted hero complex, and that is one thing that's not going to change; he just has to be the one to save the day. He'll jump to help and protect people with his magic, even when it's detrimental to himself. There's just a certain excitement to him going out and fighting "evil."

"First, my dad... I must learn to live without Jade."

Drake comes from the Blackmore lineage, a family of Adepts that go back to the Middle Ages and was one of the few families blessed by the Bull. Drake's father, Adam, was a second-generation immigrant from Britain who moved to the United States of America in hopes of finding a better life. He ended up in St. Portwell, where he met his future wife, Lisa Takahashi, and they had four kids: Victoria, Drake, Amanda, and Charles. Adam worked for the big businesses, had an excellent six-figure job, and guaranteed the Blackmore siblings the happiest life he could! Drake, however, was the most athletic and outgoing out of the Blackmore siblings, with his little sister Amanda being second. However, Drake was a nerd for medieval literature, even the corny stories where the knight goes to save the princess! He wanted to be a modern-day knight by upholding the ideals of kindness, gentlemanliness, and honor! Though Drake was a beast in whatever sport he played, he was inclined to Basketball! He tells people he was the star player on his school's basketball team, which led to his Kindling Event after winning the championship! It was spooky, and he talked to his father, Adam, who told him that Drake was the last of the siblings to gain an Abstraction.

Damn it.

Adam mentored his children, taking them out into the woods during the weekends to train them in their abstractions, and found that Drake had an affinity towards electricity and lightning! Naturally, Drake made spells where he could create semi-solid swords, axes, and other weapons made out of electricity. It was badass! Drake felt like he was finally becoming a knight... and his fantasies were about to take a very serious turn when a "dragon" came to St. Portwell. That "dragon" being the Stygian Snake, and Drake's first encounter with it was when Amanda desperately called Drake, saying that a group of monsters was attacking her and her friends. Drake quickly grabbed Victoria and Charles, and the three went to Amanda's friend's house.

Despite having magic, they were quickly overwhelmed by the horde of Abominable and Apparitions... until Adam stepped in and incinerated the monsters with a barrage of spells. However, the Stygian Snake had shown up, and Adam was forced to retreat with his children despite being a high-level Adept. Drake decided that he would defeat the Stygian Snake, and this was his journey! Drake ventured out at night and battled the Stygian Snake's minions - eventually getting caught by his older sister, Victoria, who had a better idea. Victoria had learned that a group of Paranormal teenagers, led by her friends Ashley, Daisy, and Auri, was forming to battle the Stygian Snake, and the Blackmore siblings couldn't resist but join the battle.

The Blackmores were under that very sycamore tree when the Coven had formed their pact, and they were some of the founding members of the Sycamore Tree Coven. They participated in battle after battle with the Stygian Snake, to no progress, and the being was getting even stronger. The Coven split up into several "battle parties" to go out and battle the Stygian Snake's minions, and usually, the Blackmores were together (with Drake calling them the "Blackmore Party"). One night, the Blackmore Party went out, and the Stygian Snake was sighted chasing a girl named Jade West, whom Drake had known from his class. The others thought she was a goner, but Drake went out and distracted the Stygian Snake long enough for Jade to get away. This caused the Apparition to turn its attention onto Drake and required him to be saved by the rest of the Coven.

Afterward, Drake found Jade, and the Coven patched up her injuries. he then told her about the Coven, and she asked to join - only on the condition she worked alongside Drake exclusively in this "Blackmore Party." A girl named Britney Williams told them about a few artifacts... and Drake went fuck that. He didn't believe that the artifacts existed and that it was a waste of time to search for them - in addition to not trusting the All-Verse. He was a part of the group that stayed beyond to keep the Stygian Snake's minions in check - but Victoria went with the group to find the Apparition Killer and Bull's ring. She told Drake not to do anything stupid and assured her everything would be okay.

However, dimensions moved at different times, and Victoria was gone for a couple of days... one night, the Stygian Snake attacked the Blackmore household and specifically targeted Adam. Drake was out with the Blackmore Party (minus one) and didn't even realize it was at the Blackmore household until he saw it in the sky. They rushed back, and they found Adam dying in the front yard when they returned. Drake and the Blackmores rushed to save their father, but he died from his injuries before they could do anything. This devestated the Blackmores, and they were frozen in shock - However, this made Drake mad. He rushed after the Stygian Snake, even after people begged him not to go, to finish the bastard once and for all...

... and got thoroughly trounced.

Drake was almost dead when the entire Coven, including the members on the expedition to the other universes, returned. A massive battle ensued in which members of the Coven were lost, but Drake was saved, and Jade had patched up his injuries. Though, the Sycamore Tree Coven were really pissed off at him for what he did. However, with the day of the eclipse the next day, they had little time to reprimand Drake and rushed to battle the Stygian Snake, which Ashley stabbed with the Apparition Killer while Drake pounded it with lightning. After the Snake had slithered to the tree they formed under, they completed the ritual and sealed the Apparition in the Sycamore Tree, freeing the world from its menace. Afterward, Drake agreed to have his memories wiped off its location and became a part of the Coven.

Many arguments and insults were thrown around, and Drake expected the Coven to go after other Apparitions. Instead, they floundered around while other bad guys were pooling into the city of St. Portwell to replace the Stygian Snake. From how Drake saw it, it was only a matter of time before another Apparition like the Snake reared its head, and the Coven should prepare for it. Not just that, but Drake had a problem with Britney Willaims forcing Apparitions and curses onto people and Daisy dragging a ten-year-old to fight a world-ending problem. So... Drake left the Coven reasonably early on and didn't as much as shed a tear when he found out that it had collapsed.

Jade left alongside Drake and confessed that she had feelings for Drake, and the two began dating shortly after. Drake was still grieving the loss of his father, and Jade was there to help him while he was unsure of what to do with his life. Drake didn't want to go to college, so he became a police officer for the St. Portwell Police Department because it was his way to make a difference and keep the community safe. However, Drake knew that the monsters were in his backyard and quickly put together a makeshift costume, so on his days off, he would go out at night and patrol the streets for hostile Paranormal beings. He was battling them with his abstraction and sealing Apparitions and throwing them into the ocean where they couldn't bother anyone else. It was a delicate process balancing his job as a police officer, his relationship with Jade, and battling the malicious Paranormal.

What made things complicated was that Drake got on one knee, and Jade said yes.

The two got married the following year, and Jade found out about his vigilanteism... and told him that it wasn't healthy and to stop before he got in over his head. Drake agreed to the sanctity of the marriage, and he took on a second job as an armed guard to build up money for their dreams. Jade wanted to travel, and Drake would take her to all the places she wanted! They planned a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, and they enjoyed themselves... until the very end of the trip, when Jade didn't feel well and went back to their room to rest, insisting that Drake "drinks for the two of them." He stumbled back to their hotel room, drunk as they get... to find a pool of blood underneath the bathroom door. Frantic, Drake threw the door open and saw that Jade had been brutally stabbed. He clutched his wife in his arms as he screamed.

This was the worst day of his life.

Drake became reclusive, taking some time off work to get himself together. However, this was when he went out more than before, going out and battling hostile Paranormal beings, being more determined and brutal than before. It wasn't long until Auri reached out to him, and he was fully set on declining it until Auri said that Jade's killer had a name...

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Drake learned that he, at a young age, had an affinity towards lightning and electricity from his late father, Adam Blackmore - it was a favored element from Drake. Through exploring this affinity, Drake developed a series of spells and became famous in the Old Coven. Despite it all, Drake is a very seasoned and well-trained Adept due to his constant personal training, being trained by his father in his youth, and developing new spells to assist with his vigilante work. Drake has four different "spell groups" or disciplines for himself: The "Electric-Arsenal," in which Drakes crafts semi-solid weaponry out of electricity and The "Lightning-God," a collection of different electricity-based spells, The "Son of Adam," which are spells his father taught him and other spells shared between the Blackmore siblings, and finally, The "Dragon," which are pyromancery and ash-based spells. Drake is more in tune with the Red Lux, almost entirely neglecting his Purple Lux, which he uses vary sparingly. However, he is gradually learning to work it into his Spellbook.

THE ELECTRIC-ARSENAL ⫻ Drake's primary offensive weapon that he has tweaked and fine-tuned through a lifetime of practice, training, and necessity. Through Drake's near-mastery of the electrified realm, he has made himself a scary arsenal of semi-solid weapons. Known as the Lightning-Arsenal, he has a variety of different weapons, each one crackling with untamed energy, much like Drake, and ready to unleash hell upon his enemies. These spells are almost exclusively Red-Lux, but Drake is diving into Purple-Lux to incorporate Time and Movement Magic to enhance this discipline. Drake can only create one type of electric weapon at a time and typically cannot create more than two.

Voltblade ⫻ A longsword crackling with arcs of electricity. Its blade pulses with a vibrant electric glow. Upon contact, it can deliver devastating shocks and wounds to enemies. His Purple Lux enhances its electrified edge, allowing Drake to strike with lightning-fast precision and overwhelm his enemies with a flurry of electrifying blows. Drake can create two Voltblades at a time, one for each hand.

The Voltbuster ⫻ An enhanced version of the Voltblade, a colossal weapon crackling with torrents of electricity, designed to unleash devastating blows and electrifying shocks upon whichever poor bastard gets hit by it. It is enormous, about three times the length of Drake's body, and isn't as sharp as the Voltblade. However, it's more of a powerful siege tool that hits with far more force than the Voltblade and far more electricity behind it. Drake can only create one Voltbuster at a time.

Battle-Axe ⫻ A small, double-edged battle axe that pulses with waves of electrifying energy. Its compact size and lightweight design make it ideal for swift maneuvers. At the same time, its electrified edge delivers powerful shocks that immobilize and incapacitate enemies with each impact. Drake can only create two axes at a time.

Thunderguard ⫻ A round shield enveloped in an aura of crackling electrical energy to protect against attack while electrifying any poor schmuck who touches it. When wielded by Drake, the Thunderguard forms a barrier of electricity in one of his hands. Its electrified surface can unleash explosive energy, launching a shockwave of electrical force that will send anyone nearby flying. Drake can only create one Thunderguard at a time, but he can also create a weapon, such as a Voltblade or Battleaxe, to use in his other hand.

Electric-Flail ⫻ A flail composed of electrified chains crackling with lightning sparks, ending in a spiked ball that emits electricity. Its flexible chains can deliver electrifying strikes that leave the poor bastard who gets hit by it wishing their mother used the coat hanger. With one swing, it becomes a whirlwind of electrified devastation! Drake can only create one at a time.

Stormbreaker ⫻ A massive Warhammer with a heavy head that crackles with lightning. While heavy and unwieldy, it allows Drake to crush his foes and send out powerful shockwaves of electricity. It's the perfect weapon for ignoring defenses and shattering defenses. Drake can only create one at a time.

Thunder-Lance ⫻ A formidable and massive lance with a long shaft is pulsating with
electricity with a razor-sharp tip that'll impale foes. The Thunder-Lance is ridiculously long, three times the length of Drake's body, and can be used as a thrusting instrument or a slashing one (Somehow, don't ask questions). It's one of Drake's favored weapons. Drake can only create one at a time.

The Long-Hard Blackmore Stick ⫻ The Long-Hard Blackmore Stick is a simple staff weapon that Drake primarily developed to indicate that he has a weapon named... The Long-Hard Blackmore Stick. It's a simple staff created like the rest of the Lightning Arsenal that is lightweight and meant for quick engagements and keeping foes at a distance.

Thunderstruck ⫻ Thunderstruck is a bow and arrow set designed to unleash electrifying arrows upon Drake's enemies from a distance. It is massive, longer than Drake's entire body, and can unleash shocking arrows rapidly using both Red and Purple Lux. Drake can only create one at a time.

Halbread ⫻ Another weapon with a long, pulsating shaft (Drake asserts he's not gay) that cackles with electricity. The Halbread versatile weapon allows him to deliver sweeping strikes and electrifying thrusts that cleave through enemies with lethal precision. The Thunder Halberd's reach and versatility make it ideal for engaging enemies at a distance and incapacitating them with electrifying force. It was Drake's favored weapon. Drake can only create one at a time.

The Electric-Guitar ⫻ Created in collaboration with his sister, Amanda, and inspired by Sylvia Cruz and Simone Le Fay (sort of). As the name implies, it's a guitar made of lightning! It looks like a spiky electric guitar but is primarily used as a blunt instrument. However, it has a unique magical attribution: Drake can create special sound blasts to launch the opponent black by playing on the riffs. Drake can only create one at a time.

The Two-Headed-Monster ⫻ Linqian created a dildo made out of lightning! A young Drake Blackmore had no choice but to one-up her by not only creating his version of the Lightning Dildo but a three-headed one. In contrast, Drake can only create one at a time but should create zero Two-Headed Monsters.

The Future? ⫻ Who knows what the future may bring? Drake feels like his Electric Arsenal is redundant and needs updating. Drake is working on merging the Electric Arsenal with his Lightning-God discipline, so maybe eventually, he could learn tricks as such as telekinetically manipulating his weapons, creating hundreds, and more.

LIGHTNING-GOD ⫻ The secondary spells that Drake used as an offensive weapon, but less cohesive than his Electric Arsenal. The Lightning God discipline is a collection of lightning-themed spells that do not fall under the Electric Arsenal. It's technically the first discipline that Drake developed, but at the same time it is incomplete, as he quickly abandoned the discipline to focus on the Electric-Arsenal. The Lightning-God is Red-Lux, but it's the discipline in which he uses Purple-Lux the most (other than The Son of Adam).

Zeus's Lightning ⫻ This Spells channels Drake's inner-Zeus, the cool, lightning-chucking, All-Father and not the God that fucked a cow one time. This spell allows Drake to create and physically hurl bolts of lightning at his enemies. With a commanding gesture, Drake summons a lightning bolt from the sky and shapes them into a javelin-like projectile. He can control how fast (or how slow) they can go, but at the top speeds they can travel at blinding speeds.

Electric-Aura ⫻ Or the "fuck off" aura, one of the first spells that Drake had developed. By channeling his mastery over lightning magic, Drake can generate a shimmering field of blue-white crackling electricity surrounding his body and anything he touches. While this is active, it provides no defense or enhancements beyond making it foolish to touch him and enhance his physical strikes. He can make a partial-field or one that fully envelopes him.

Thunderbolt ⫻ Thunderbolt is a spell that unleashes a concentrated blast of lightning from Drake's fingertips, one that he can charge to be more devastating. By focusing and channeling the power of thunderstorms itself, Drake charges a powerful bolt of lightning out of his fingertips. One that, if appropriately charged, can electrify and stagger even the most potent Paranormal-Beings. However, he must be immobile while charging it.

Flight ⫻ is one of Drake's first developed spells and one of the few spells that almost exclusively channels Purple-Lux. Flight allows Drake to defy gravity and soar through the air, leaving behind a trail of lightning as he flies. Drake can levitate and propel himself through the air at incredible speeds, traversing vast distances and easily evading enemy attacks.

Ride the Lightning ⫻ One of Drake's "ultimate weapons" to use in his "fight against evil" and bringing peace to St. Portwell. Using a mixture of Purple and Red Lux, Drake charges forward by surrounding himself in a solid-orb of electrical energy. With this spell, he can gravely injure some of the strongest Paranormal-Beings out there.

Works in progress ⫻ Since Drake is working on developing the Lightning-God discipline further, Drake has developed some more spells that primarily utilize his Purple-Lux.

Thunderstep ⫻ Drake has attempted to harness the power of lightning to facilitate a form of teleportation teleportation. However, the results are less than reliable. When activated, Drake vanishes from one location in a blinding lightning bolt... but he hasn't worked out the kinks yet and can't control its destination. So far, Drake has ended up on top of trees, the sky, and the ocean - thankfully, he can't teleport inside the solid objects. So, the spell's erratic nature and lack of control make it practically useless, which frustrates Drake. Nonetheless, he continues experimenting and refining the Lightning Step to unlock its full potential.

Arc Lightning Field ⫻ The Arc Lightning Field is an experimental spell that Drake is developing, utilizing both Purple & Red Lux for a devastating combination. Drake creates a box that slows down the movement of anything within that lacks an Emotional-Field by using his Purple Lux while ravaging the poor sucker inside with erratic lightning. The intention is to make one large enough to cover several city blocks and bypass Emotional-Fields; however, since it's in the testing phase, it is precarious and unreliable. He can hardly create the field half the time; if he can, it will only last for a few moments before it falls apart and dissipates.

Electromancy ⫻ The pinnacle and end-all-be-all for Drake's lightning magic, one that supersedes not just the Lightning-God discipline, or the Electric arsenal discipline, but his ultimate magic. Electromancy allows Drake to manipulate and control electrical currents on a scale never before seen. With a mere thought, he can summon thunderstorms from clear skies, unleash devastating bolts of lightning that cleave through buildings, and command the element to his will. Electromancy's potential is staggering, with the ability to rival even the strongest Paranormal-Beings and will allow the "Lightning-God" discipline to live up to its name. In its current form, Electromancy is still in its infancy, and it cannot control electricity beyond what the Lightning-God discipline currently entails.

SON OF ADAM ⫻ Adam Blackmore was considered to be a master of Purple & Red Lux and had thousands of different spells under his belt. Spells that he attempted to pass onto Drake, but as it turns out, Drake was far too hard-headed to utilize the spells that Adam taught him. From feeble attempts at Lumomancy to comically unreliable Teleportation magic, each spell in this hapless arsenal reflects Drake's journey to discovering his affinity in Lightning and developing his primary spell-groups.

Lumomancy ⫻ Drake's attempts at Lumomancy often result in feeble attempts to summon dim, flickering lights or tiny sparks that barely illuminate his surroundings. Despite his efforts to channel his father's teachings, Drake's lack of focus and enthusiasm for light manipulation leaves much to be desired, making this spell useless.

Aeromancy ⫻ Drake's level of Aeromancy yields laughably weak gusts of wind that barely rustle leaves or ruffle hair. Despite his father's attempts to instill the principles of air manipulation, Drake's lackadaisical approach to the discipline results in ineffectual breezes that provide little more than a gentle breeze on a warm day.

Portal Creation ⫻ Drake's experiments with Portal Creation lead to chaotic and unwieldy disasters as his attempts to open portals result in unstable rifts that collapse upon themselves moments after being created. His father's teachings on interdimensional travel and portal creation were lost on Drake. Though Victoria has been teaching him somewhat... instead of working against his nature, she is trying to teach him how to create portals out of electricity.

Chronomancy ⫻ Drake begrudgingly engaged in half-ass attempts to grasp the intricacies of Chronomancy, spurred by his father's insistence on tapping into the most potent aspect of Purple Lux. However, his efforts yield only feeble results, as Drake struggles to harness time manipulation with zero luck or success. Despite occasional attempts to concentrate and focus on changing the flow of time, Drake's lack of genuine interest and commitment to the Spell results in hilariously ineffective results. Though he's learning some aspects of it, such as for his Arc Lightning Field, Chronomancy is not his forte. He'll likely never develop this Spell until he undergoes some major growing like his father did.

THE DRAGON ⫻ A discipline that Drake has been developing recently, though it comes from the fragments that his father taught him (what little of it stuck to Drake). Drake created The Dragon Spellgroup from those fragments, inspired by Linqian and other fire benders in the Old Coven. Since Fire is also one of Drake's affinities, he has a straightforward time developing the Dragon Discipline. Unlike regular flames, this fire is a vibrant blue color.

Fire God ⫻ This collection of spells represents Drake's burgeoning mastery over fire magic, inspired by his affinity for pyromancy and his determination to harness its destructive potential.

The Flameblade ⫻ Using a similar method to Drake's Electric Arsenal, Drake conjures a blade of pure flame from the depths of his hot-blooded soul. The fiery weapon dances with flames fueled by Drake's firey rage, and much like the Electric Arsenal, it's somehow solid. It can cleave through flesh and bone like an actual blade (though Drake missed the memo on the point of, you know, a sword).

Fireball ⫻ One of the few spells that his father taught him that Drake caught on to. Drawing upon the primal fury of flames, Drake conjures a sphere of fire in his hands, and Drake can hurl the Fireball at will. He can create a fireball the size of a basketball that'll leave behind a trail of swirling fire behind it. He can make several fireballs one after the other and put them in both hands.

Shotgun Fireball ⫻ Building upon the explosive potential of the Fireball spell, Drake channels the chaotic energy of fire into a burst of literal firepower. With focus, he fragments the fiery sphere into smaller projectiles like a hail of flaming meteorites. Each projectile is far weaker than a full-fledged fireball, but the Shotgun Fireball spreads further and is devastating at close range.

Flamethrower ⫻ Drake conjures a roaring column of fire out of his hands, much like an actual flamethrower. Drake creates a fiery torrent directed toward his enemies; however, it has a concise range of around two meters, making it an effective short-range weapon of destruction.

Explosion ⫻ In an attempt to harness the volatile energies of combustion, Drake attempts to develop the spell "Explosion." However, it has yielded less-than-ideal results, as the spell proves to be highly unpredictable and unreliable. When invoked, "Explosion" manifests as a burst of fiery energy that erupts at a chosen location; however, it is wildly inconsistent. At times, the explosion may be disappointingly feeble, barely strong enough to singe a few hairs. At the same time, on other occasions, it might unleash a catastrophic detonation that engulfs even Drake. Due to its inconsistent nature, Drake struggles to control this spell and finds himself at the mercy of its unpredictable results.

Ash-Storm ⫻ Amidst his exploration of pyromantic arts, Drake has begun to experiment with a spell he tentatively calls the Ash-Storm. However, in its current state, the spell remains erratic and unreliable, barely living up to its potential. When Drake attempts to use the spell, he struggles to control the power he seeks to unleash, resulting in a lackluster display of some ash specks spawning - rather than the swirling tempest of fiery destruction he envisions. Despite its shortcomings, Drake remains diligent in developing the Ash-Storm spell. Recognizing its potential as a destructive weapon, engulfing the battlefield in a swirling maelstrom of ash and flame.

Dragon-Dive ⫻ A mixture of Red and Purple Lux and the fire version of his "Ride the Lightning" Spell. It's a simple spell; if Drake is in mid-air, he launches downwards toward his target like a rocket. As he descends, flames surround Drake and leave behind a fire trail. Drake crashes down with the force of a meteor, unleashing an explosion that launches fire in all directions.

THE ELECTRIC-ARSENAL ⫻ The weapons in the Electric Arsenal require a significant amount of energy to use, draining Drake's stamina with each use. Overusing these abilities can lead to exhaustion and potentially render Drake unable to cast further spells or wield his electric weapons. Despite their power, weapons in the Electric Arsenal are limited by Drake's physical strength and endurance. Using heavy weapons like the Voltbuster and Stormbreaker requires significant physical exertion.

LIGHTNING-GOD ⫻ Some of the most potent Lightning God spells rely on atmospheric conditions such as storm clouds or electrical disturbances. Drake's ability to cast these spells may be severely hampered without suitable weather patterns, and on a sunny day, Drake is the weakest, ironically. Drake's lightning-based attacks are more effective in environments with high conductivity levels, such as open fields or urban areas with metal structures. His spells may be less potent or ineffective in areas with poor conductivity, such as deserts or insulated interiors. Channeling vast amounts of electrical energy through his body carries the risk of overload, which can lead to physical exhaustion, mental strain, or even injury if Drake pushes himself too far beyond his limits. Zeus' Lightning and Thunderbolt require Drake to be immobile... though it doesn't count if he's floating using his flight as long as he's stationary in the air.

SON OF ADAM ⫻ Drake's lack of interest and commitment to mastering these spells severely limits their effectiveness. They often produce only minor, inconsequential results, are highly inconsistent, or fail to achieve their intended purpose.

THE DRAGON ⫻ First and foremost, Drake cannot mix his Dragon Spells with his Electric Arsenal or Lightning God Spell groups - he has to choose fire or lightning. The fiery nature of the Dragon spellgroup makes them particularly sensitive to environmental conditions. In damp or rainy environments, the effectiveness of the spells may be diminished, as water can dampen the intensity of the flames and reduce their destructive potential. While powerful, the Dragon spells are most effective at close to mid-range combat. At longer distances, their effectiveness diminishes, and Drake may struggle to target distant foes with his pyromantic attacks accurately. While powerful, the Dragon spells primarily focus on offensive firepower, offering limited versatility in terms of defensive or utility capabilities.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ It's water. You can beat Drake with a cup of fucking water.

THE ELECTRIC-ARSENAL ⫻ The effectiveness of the Electric Arsenal may be diminished in certain conditions, such as heavy rain or extreme humidity, which can interfere with the conductivity of electricity and weaken the power of Drake's spells and weapons. If his guns get drenched in Water, they'll be destroyed, and he'll have to remake them. Also, these weapons are bright and loud and interfere with his sense of vision, sight, and smell.

LIGHTNING-GOD ⫻ Water is a natural conductor of electricity, and Drake's lightning spells may be less effective or even backfire in environments with high moisture levels or standing water. This causes these spells to explode in his face if he isn't careful. Drake's lightning-based attacks demand precision aiming and timing to ensure maximum effectiveness, leaving him vulnerable to agile adversaries capable of evasive maneuvers. These spells are also bright, flashy, and loud, throwing stealth and any subtly out the window, temporarily blinding and deafening him as he has zero resistance to bright lights and sound.

SON OF ADAM ⫻ Drake's haphazard attempts to use Son of Adam spells can sometimes result in unintended consequences or backlash. These unforeseen consequences pose a risk to both Drake and those around him, making the spells inherently dangerous. For example, when attempting to use the Teleportation spell, Drake could miscalculate or fail to establish a stable connection with the destination. This can result in partial materialization, leaving Drake momentarily trapped in an object or even a different dimension. However, these spells are useless anyway.

THE DRAGON ⫻ The fiery nature of the Dragon spells makes them vulnerable to water-based attacks or environments. Water can extinguish flames and dampen the intensity of pyromantic spells, rendering Drake's fire-based abilities less effective or even completely nullifying them in wet conditions. Drake isn't fully immune to fire, so the intense heat generated by the Dragon spells can be a double-edged sword, posing a risk of overheating Drake if used excessively. If not used safely or correctly, Drake can burn himself with his fire.

She is almost constantly bouncing, smiling, and talking, and some may consider her immature or annoying, but Lisa sees herself as Lisa. She is just one happy gal to be alive! Despite her love for all things spooky and macabre, there's an undeniable warmth and kindness about Lisa that draws people to her. The girl always struggled with her weight despite her lightning-fast metabolism; she just always had difficulty getting up and going to the gym or for a run. Despite looking skinny from a distance, she has a bit of a flabby gut and is embarrassed about it. The girl isn't very chesty otherwise (she has a little booty tho). Lisa is African-American with very dark skin and deep dark hair. However, her hair is messy and not all that styled or well-maintained. Sometimes, it's styled; sometimes, it's a mess; and sometimes, it's not styled! A keen eye can sometimes notice a spider or two crawling across her (her outfit, hair, or skin) like it's nothing. MAIN GOAL ⫻ Lisa's current goal is to get back to Adora by any means necessary. The next goal is finally getting her revenge on Emily G. Reed for making her life hell.

PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Lisa's whole philosophy is that every individual possesses a unique attribute (or "magic") within them that needs to be explored! She believes true strength comes from embracing the differences between one another and celebrating the quirks that make everyone unique! To Lisa, life is an adventure filled with infinite possibilities, and it's up to everyone to embrace and explore their "magic." She believes in the power of kindness, empathy, and acceptance, seeing beauty in the diversity of the human soul. For Lisa, every challenge or obstacle is an opportunity for growth, and every setback is a chance to learn and evolve into something more significant (or stranger). She approaches life with a sense of wonder and curiosity, eager to explore the mysteries of the universe and unlock the secrets of the soul. SECRETS ⫻ The one secret that Lisa kept to herself is that she's a stalker... She started stalking Adora during the brief dissolution of their friendship and followed her everywhere. However, once she was brought into the Old Coven, she began stalking other people that she was interested in. Mainly Greta Faust, Britney Williams, Jade West, Luca Olivera, Olivia Ruiz, Evelynn Serenelight, Kari Wilson, the "Magical Girls," and others. She would observe their habits and "borrow" something from them, typically something... "intimate" for her to keep in her private collection. Lisa keeps it a secret but doesn't fully understand that this behavior is just a little unhinged... The other thing that she keeps a secret (more internalized) is her obsession with Emily G. Reed, the woman who bullied her so heavily that she considered ending her own life. She wishes to kill Emily and devises several brutal spells to inflict the worst suffering possible on Emily.

SEXUALITY ⫻ Lisa has no clue what she is, as she never got the opportunity to explore her sexuality and experience things before her death. She has found herself attracted to many different people in the Old Coven but is oblivious to what it means or what to do with these feelings. Primarily, Lisa had feelings for her friend, Adora.

FEARS ⫻ Lisa's experiences of being bullied and isolated from her peers have left her with a fear of rejection and abandonment. She worries that if people were to discover her true self, they would reject her or treat her differently, leaving her feeling vulnerable and alone once again. Lisa deeply treasures her friendships and relationships but fears being betrayed or deceived by those she trusts. She struggles with feelings of insecurity and doubt, constantly second-guessing the intentions of others and fearing that she will be hurt or let down once again. As someone who thrives on knowledge and understanding, Lisa struggles with a fear of the unknown and uncertainty. She worries about what lies beyond the boundaries of her knowledge, whether in the realm of magic or the mysteries of life itself, leading to anxiety and apprehension.

REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ Lisa had a bit of a shaky reputation in the Old Coven. While she was accommodating at times, she was seen as annoying, strange, and overbearing. She often didn't pay attention and got called out for putting others on the line. However, she had a bubbly, positive attitude that uplifted the Coven through their darkest hour.

ROLE IN THE BATTLE WITH THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ Lisa was not an up-front fighter like the others, but she did support them. Lisa was a multiple-roled fighter who went back and forth between being a scout and healer, supplying spider minions to collide with the Stygian Snakes, and pulling people out of the fire. Lisa also helped Greta Faust gather supplies using her Spider-Minions, so she saved many lives by allowing Greta to create more potions.

FLAWS ⫻ Lisa's social skills have always been lacking. The girl doesn't have great social skills and is oblivious that she is annoying or overbearing sometimes. She isn't very confident either and has a hard time sticking up for herself without the help of others to back her up. Due to her past experiences of betrayal and rejection, Lisa struggles with trusting others and opening up emotionally. She puts people at arm's length and puts up walls to protect herself, which prevents her from forming meaningful connections with others. Lisa strives for perfection in everything she does, and this leads to some unrealistic expectations. She is overly critical of herself or others when things are unplanned. Lisa is her own harshest critic, constantly second-guessing herself and dwelling on her shortcomings. She sets impossibly high standards for herself and feels shame when she falls short of her expectations. Emily G. Reed is a walking source of trauma; the woman almost drove Lisa to suicide. The mere mention of Emily is triggering for her, and Lisa holds a deep-rooted obsession with Emily. She wants to see her fail, wants to see her fall, and most important of all, she wants to see Emily die. In fact, Lisa has devised some spells to inflict the most horrifying death possible on Emily.

Not that Emily wouldn't deserve it.

"There's always a light waiting to guide us home!"

Born on a dark, stormy night in St. Portwell. Lisa had two loving parents who dreamed of starting a family and welcomed her into the world with open arms. However, as she developed, there seemed to be something off about the girl... Her social skills were honestly lacking, and she created some weird fascinations. While a curious and imaginative soul, Lisa was solitary - an outcast, often retreating into her world of books and daydreams when the other children shunned her. While her classmates played tag and traded Pokémon cards, Lisa could explore the woods, collecting spiders and insects in jars and sketching their patterns in her notebook. Her bedroom walls were adorned with posters of creepy creatures, and her bookshelves overflowed with tomes on the occult and supernatural.

Despite her bubbly and kind-hearted nature, Lisa's love for spiders became a source of ridicule, and she was taunted and harassed to no end. Pranks were constantly pulled on her, and everyone pushed her around as she didn't have the confidence or backbone to strike back. Lisa was bullied into becoming an introverted recluse, one who would have to work herself up to order some pizza on the phone. High school was when Lisa got it the worst. Her main bully was Emily G. Reed, a high school senior who was a monster. Lisa couldn't go a few hours without Emily harassing her, beating her up, humiliating her, or pouring something on her clothing, and the school district was a lot more sympathetic to Emily than Lisa.

Lisa dreaded even going to school as she would damn near suffer an anxiety attack at the mere thought of seeing her tormentors. Even going out wasn't safe as people like Emily would sometimes catch her when she was going to the mall, so it felt like nowhere was safe. She became withdrawn and quiet, retreating into her little fantasy world of books and spiders to escape how horrible life was. Regardless of what she did, she couldn't find any relief as her family was no help, and the school district didn't care.

Eventually, her bullies succeeded, and Lisa was finally pushed to the edge and contemplating suicide to escape her miserable and lonely life. It was enough to trigger her Kindling-Event, but Lisa was not in the frame of mind to care about or consider the world of magic. Lisa stopped going to school as she got the strength to write her suicide note.

Then, Adora entered her life.

Adora was an acquaintance at best, but Lisa never thought she cared about her, and soon Adora became that friend. Listening to Lisa's problems and getting her bullies off her back - even getting physical! Adora was Lisa's hero, eventually helping her gain the courage to return to school. Adora was a wonderful person and began to occupy the same headspace as spiders did to Lisa! Whenever Adora was around Lisa and talking to her, she felt a feeling in her chest that could only be a growing affection. She kept these feelings to herself and instead devoted her attention to magic!

After some testing, she developed some spells - related to spiders, of course - and just had to show Adora! One day, Lisa invited Adora to her house and showed her the beautiful things she could do... and made the girl haul ass into the night. Lisa tried to reach out, but Adora was avoiding her, sending her back into the dark places - but she refused to go back there. She wanted Adora, and she knew that Adora wouldn't have liked it, and there was something wrong with her actions, but she used her abstraction to tail Adora. She followed Adora wherever she went; if she wasn't there, a spider minion was in her place. Eventually, Adora came to her senses to apologize... Lisa saw this beforehand and gave Adora the cold shoulder. However, she (eventually) accepted Adora's apology.

Then, they got attacked by the Stygian Snake. Lisa had no clue what in the world it was, but knew it had to be magic... but it had destroyed her house, and Adora attempted to sacrifice herself so Lisa could escape. In tears, Lisa fled and knew it was the last time they would see each other. That was when the Sycamore Tree Coven came and drove the Stygian Snake off. Adora was healed, and they were recruited into the Sycamore Tree Coven against the Stygian Snake.

Lisa was a helpful part of the Old Coven and developed new spells to create Spider Minions to assist the group and travel. She was neither a front-line fighter like Adora nor a healer like Jade and Sully, but she found her Niche in the Coven as a flex support scout. With the help of Adora, she came out of her shell and made herself friends with many members of the Old Coven. She uplifted the group with her positive and bubbly attitude and was close friends with Greta Faust and a "Magical Girls" member alongside Ella, Saskia, and Kari. However, many group members found her quirks to be off-putting and annoying - worst of all, she had to work with Emily G. Reed. To say the least, just hearing that monster's name was triggering.

Despite the deaths of Ella and Saskia, Lisa attempted to see it as an adventure and remained by Adora's side - despite her confidence not being super high. However, the day of the Eclipse happened, and the final battle had begun, and Lisa was sure that she would avenge her friends. However, Lisa remained on the sidelines, observing and calling out objectives on her spider... then Adora and her Trinity were launched out of position, exposing Lisa. The Stygian Snake brutally killed her in front of Adora and left the poor gal with heaps of PTSD.

That should have been the end of Lisa's story.

However, the Hound resurrected her, Ella, and Saskia for some mission, making them his "Agents of Death." Lisa didn't trust the Hound as far as she could throw it, but she needed to get back to Adora, so she had to follow the Hound's orders.

So she could get Adora to forgive herself for what had happened.

ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Lisa's obsession with spiders and her headfirst dive into the macabre have allowed Lisa to develop three "pathways" for her spells. One path focuses on creating spider minions to assist her in various tasks, another alters her body to adopt traits from spiders, and a third path that she keeps her socially unacceptable spells. With these three "pathways," Lisa is a versatile and dangerous combatant with some extra spells.

THE SPIDER QUEEN ⫻ The Spider Queen is the "path" that harnesses the power of Gold Lux the most, but she channels the Green Lux in some of her spells. The Spider Queen "path" is the one path group that Lisa is the most proficient in and is thus her primary spell group.

Command ⫻ is the most crucial spell in Lisa's Spider-Queen path. She channels her Golden Lux (with a dash of Green Lux) to exert her will over the spiders, overriding their instincts. She can command any Spider—possibly even Abominable, provided they do not have an Emotional Field!

The Arachnid Horde ⫻ With a flick of her wrist, Lisa utilizes her Golden Lux to summon minions to aid her. They can either crawl out of the shadows or the unseen crevices of a location, or they can burst out of the ground, walls, or ceiling (Which takes more effort). These spiders can vary in size and species, from tiny jumping to massive tarantulas. Lisa can pick and choose what spiders she summons; otherwise, it will summon a random assortment by default, and she can summon thousands. Utilizing the vital Command Spell, the Arachnid Horde is beneficial as a weapon and a tool.

Infestation ⫻ A particular spell that Lisa made to torment Olivia Ruiz for grabbing her titty that time. Unlike the Arachnid Horde and Spider-Vomit spells, it’s a long-ranged usage of Golden-Lux. If Lisa has been to a location or touched someone recently, she can summon thousands of spiders to that location, like the Arachnid-Horde. The Spiders quickly make themselves at home by weaving hundreds of different webs. This spell is purely a psychological tool, as the spiders are typically out of range of her other Spider-Queen spells.

Vomit ⫻ The first version of the Arachnid-Horde spell that she developed before other Gold Lux users taught her more... efficient ways to cast this spell (They just wanted her to stop vomiting Spiders). Simply put, she spews a flood of random Spiders from her mouth, alongside some bodily fluids (mainly saliva, some stomach acid, and a little blood!). Even though the Spell had mainly been retired, Lisa had updated it to act more like a projectile weapon as she could expel a flood of spiders on an opponent. She can spray these spiders up to five meters away - not super far, but enough to catch someone off guard.

Enlarge ⫻ One of Lisa's more "famous" spells in the Old Coven. Focusing her Green-Lux on a spider, she wraps it in a cocoon of magical webs. This process takes a few moments, but once it's done, the Spider could be up to the size of a sedan. Lisa primarily used this spell to create a mount that she rode on, typically a Jumping Spider, as they were the fastest (and cutest).

Shrink ⫻ Lisa channels her Green-Lux to reverse the effects of her previous spells that enlarged spiders under her control. As she focused her will, a wave of Green Lux would wash over the Spiders, causing them to shrink back to their standard size with a series of unsettling pops and crackles.

Hybridization ⫻ Lisa delves into body modification using Green Lux, splicing together the physical forms of spiders and other insects to create grotesque hybrid creatures. Like her Enlarge Spell, she surrounds her spiders in a cocoon of magic webs for a few moments, and then they burst out as monstrous amalgamations of chitin. From the fierce mandibles of beetles to the aerial prowess of dragonflies, Lisa has the power to create an endless array of hybrid creatures, each more formidable and terrifying than the last. Legs elongate and split into segmented sections, wings sprout from backs, and exoskeletons shimmer with an otherworldly sheen as the spiders undergo their grotesque transformation.

Renewal ⫻ A Spell that Lisa devised before the Healing-Spider spell ironically (and got a lot of shit for it). With a gentle touch, Lisa can channel her Green Lux to restore her spider minions while she uses this spell; a glowing web-like pattern briefly appears over the affected area. In moments, chitin will be bent back into place, wounds will be closed, and any other injuries will be restored until the Spider is as good as new!

Acid-Burst ⫻ Lisa imbues her spider minions with a volatile mixture of corrosive acids, transforming them into corrosive bombs. The spiders grow horrific growths that glow with yellowish-orange liquid as they bulge with pent-up pressure—ready to pop. They will detonate with a blast of acid and chitin shrapnel either on command or if they are impacted enough, as they will be fragile. With horrifying efficiency, they unleash an acidic liquid that eats away at flesh and bone but is less effective on metal materials.

Healing-Spiders ⫻ Annoyed into learning a healing spell by the Old-Coven, as her Green-Lux was an asset in the fight against the Stygian Snake, Lisa developed a healing Spell. Jade West initially taught her a healing touch but struggled until she spruced it up with a macabre flair. Some minuscule, harmless-looking spiders will come from the pores in Lisa's flesh, and she can command them to "attack" another person. They will burrow underneath their flesh, disappearing to release a soothing, revitalizing energy that courses through the target's body, accelerating natural healing processes and repairing damaged tissues from within. Stimulating regeneration, closing wounds, and alleviating pain. Once the process is done, the spiders vanish without a trace.

Dispel ⫻ A simple spell in which, once Lisa no longer requires her Spider-Minions, she sends them away. They quickly scurry into the same depths they emerged from and disappear into thin air.

THE INNER-SPIDER ⫻ The Inner-Spider is a path in which Lisa alters her own body to adopt the traits of different Spiders. This "Path" exclusively harnesses Green-Lux as she applies different spells to herself and embraces her affinity's "primal" aspect. Lisa is not as proficient in this spell group as her Spider-Queen. However, she is very formidable with these spells.

Spider-Limbs ⫻ Lisa channels her Green-Lux to sprout eight spider-like legs from her back. These legs are sleek, black-colored, and chitinous; each tipped with razor-sharp claws capable of supporting her weight and immense agility. With her newfound appendages, Lisa can move with the grace and speed of a spider, scaling walls and ceilings with ease.

Eyes of the Spider ⫻ Lisa conjures forth additional eyes that sprout from her forehead, temples, and cheeks, granting her a panoramic view of her surroundings and a heightened awareness. These eyes can detect even the slightest movement; she can see in the dark, and her depth perception is enhanced to inhuman levels.

Webweaver ⫻ While Lisa cannot launch webs a la Spider-Man, she can spin webs the good old-fashioned way. Given enough time, she can weave intricate and layered webs and often makes art with her webs... however, she only really uses this spell to help her minions weave webs if the situation calls for it.

Toxic Pheromones ⫻ Lisa releases a noxious cloud of toxic pheromones out of her body that permeates the air around her. The pheromones are a potent cocktail of magical chemicals that induce nausea, disorientation, and fear in those who breathe them in. And it stinks. Its scent overpowers the senses of those unfortunate enough to be in the vicinity. Those who inhale the toxic fumes are overcome with dizziness and vertigo, their vision swimming as their stomach churns with nausea. In addition to inducing physical discomfort, they attract swarms of insects and other creatures to Lisa's location. Drawn by the scent of the pheromones, these creatures descend upon the environment.

Regenerative-Cocoon ⫻ Lisa envelops herself in a cocoon of silk spun from her own body, imbued with Green-Lux, which accelerates her natural healing abilities. Within the cocoon, cuts knit themselves back together, bone is reformed, and all other wounds are healed. She can recover from being critically injured in under twenty minutes - at the cost of being a sitting duck and far more accessible to kill. Once it's done, Lisa emerges renewed and ready for action.

Wallcrawling ⫻ A Spell that Lisa has devised for the hell of it. Her Spider-Limbs spell is technically more powerful, but this Spell is faster and more subtle. At will, Lisa's fingertips become covered in tiny, invisible spider hairs. When pressed against any surface, these hairs stick to it, allowing Lisa to scale walls and cling to ceilings.

Revert ⫻ A simple spell in which Lisa undoes any transformation she has done to her body with spells from the Inner-Spider Path.

THE MACABRE ARTS ⫻ A path that harnesses Green-Lux primarily... and a pathway that Lisa keeps a secret as her alternate name for this personal discipline is the "Forebidden Spellbook". The Macabre Arts is a series of three spells Lisa has developed to inflict the most painful death on her object of obsession, Emily G. Reed, possibly. It's a pathway that Lisa has only dabbled in, doesn't actively use it, and would only use it on the worst of the worst. However, these spells are socially unacceptable, even among the Paranormal, so Lisa keeps it a secret.

The Wretched Web ⫻ An "Ultimate" Spell that Lisa has developed (specifically designed to use on Emily), one that is incredibly potent but one she also knew a majority of the Old Coven wouldn't appreciate. She sticks her hand out and creates a net of webs... not out of silk, however, but human flesh. It is a thick, pulsating mass that binds itself to the flesh of anyone caught in it. These fleshy webs will transform them into massive egg-sacks - and they'll explode with millions of Spiders she can command. This Spell is the one Spell that Lisa has an issue using, and they will only use it on the worst of the worst.

Metamorphis ⫻ This is another Spell that Lisa devised specifically to inflict a fate worse than death on her tormentor, Emily G. Reed. Lisa considers this a "forbidden" spell, as it's beyond the pale, not even in the war against the Stygian Snake. She experimented with this during the darkest hour against the Stygian Snake and, unfortunately, didn't get a chance to finish it. Using her Green Lux in a manner only supervillains would utilize it, Lisa can forcibly transform a subject into a grotesque hybrid of human and arachnid. The process is excruciatingly painful as the victim's body twists and bends into the shape of a spider, sprouting multiple extra limbs, fangs, and an exoskeleton. The result? Permanent disfigurement that could only be undone via magic - and Lisa did not find a way to revert a person to usual as, if she was going to use this spell on someone, it was going to be used on the scum of the Earth (I.E Emily). Lisa only tested this on animals - she never had the guts to test it on a person - however, she never considered that she needed to penetrate Emotional-Fields to work on Emily...

Parasitoid ⫻ Possibly the most sinister and subtle spell of the Macabre Arts, revealing Lisa's sadistic side beneath her bubbly attitude. With a whisper and a touch, Lisa implants a tiny, parasitic spider egg into the body of her victim. Initially undetectable, the egg slowly incubates within its host, feeding off its victim as it grows larger and larger. It begins as an itch, but the victim experiences increasing weakness, fatigue, and mysterious symptoms over time as the spider larva matures and consumes bodily fluids from within. As the parasitic spider grows more prominent and voracious, it exerts control over the host's nervous system, causing agonizing pain, and once it finishes, the victim dies. A giant spider is born into the world after bursting out of what's left of the victim. The whole process takes around a month, and at will, Lisa can kill the spider and end the pain.

LIMITS ⫻

THE SPIDER QUEEN ⫻ The effectiveness of Lisa's spider-based spells may be influenced by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and terrain. Specific environments may be more conducive to the proliferation and activity of spiders, while others may hinder their mobility or effectiveness. Lisa can only command her spiders when she is in a range of around fifteen meters of them - if she is out of this range, they will do nothing until she gets close enough to command them. Lisa can summon thousands of Spiders at a time; the more spiders she summons, the more energy she consumes until she is completely drained of stamina. Otherwise, Lisa is not limited to how many spiders she can summon at a time and summon trillions of spiders... then immediately pass out. She cannot summon spiders from places in view of a person; if they are, she'll have to expend more energy by having them burst out of a wall/ceiling/floor. Lisa can only have one infestation spell at a time and must dispel them to summon another. The Infestation spell has a limit of a day for her to cast it in any place or on any person she has encountered. Otherwise, there is no range limit, and she could, theoretically, use infestation on the opposite side of the planet (or even a different dimension!).

Lisa could only cast Spider-Vomit once every few minutes and could not control what type of spider she spews. When using her Hybridization and Enlarge Spells, it takes a few moments for them to take effect, and these are a few moments that Lisa needs to focus on and concentrate on. This leaves her and the Spiders vulnerable for a few moments. Lisa can only Enlarge up to five spiders at a time, but that requires so much energy, and she prefers to stick to one. Lisa can Hybridize up to a hundred regular spiders at a time but can only Hybridize a single Enlarged one. Lisa can only Hybridize her Spiders with one insect at a time. The acid created from Acid-Burst is more effective at dissolving flesh and bone than inorganic materials such as metal - thus, even the most basic armor is effective against it. The Spiders with Acid-Burst cast on them will explode automatically after a few moments, and anyone can cause a premature explosion with a ranged attack. She cannot undo the Acid Burst Spell, and they will have to explode.

Lisa can only summon a finite number of Healing-Spiders at a time. Typically, she can command a swarm large enough to address several moderate injuries or one severe wound. Once all spiders have been deployed, she must wait for a cooldown of around twenty minutes before summoning them again. The Healing Spiders also do not work on her at all.

THE INNER-SPIDER ⫻ Lisa cannot instantly transform her body and requires a few moments to apply the changes - and in this state, she will be stationary and vulnerable to surprise attacks. Again, altering Lisa's body and maintaining it takes energy. Lisa can only retain her spider-like traits for a limited duration (around a few hours) before returning to her normal state. Once the duration expires, Lisa must wait for a cooldown before she can transform again. The more changes to her body that she has applied, the shorter the duration (up to thirty minutes). Lisa can only use the Regenerative Cocoon once a day.

MACABRE ARTS ⫻ Wretched Web has a relatively short range of around four meters. This Spell only works on organic beings, and she can only cast it once a day. In her obliviousness, Lisa never thought that her Metamorphosis Spell would need to penetrate Emotional-Fields. Thus, at the moment, it cannot work on the Paranormal until she finds some way to penetrate them. She cannot use this Spell in a fight, as she requires stamina, concentration, and constant physical contact to cast. The Spell could take hours to fully transform a person, so she also needs to restrain or pacify them long enough. All in all, this spell is just impractical. The Parasitoid spell can only be cast in one person at a time, and Lisa has to touch them first - and it has to be skin-to-skin contact. Wherever Lisa touches them, that is where the Parasitoid is, and it cannot travel and will eventually be noticed by the host and could be killed.

WEAKNESSES ⫻ It's probably not a weakness. Still, most people would find Lisa's spellbook just a little bit unnerving - especially the more macabre spells she has developed.

THE SPIDER QUEEN ⫻ Lisa's primary weaknesses to her Spider-Queen are elemental magic (fire, ice, electricity, etc), or any magic that has an area of effect. Thermal-based elemental magic will make quick work of her Spider-Minions, and area-of-effect magic will flatten her hordes of spiders. Using Spider-Vomit, she loses body fluids and food and could either starve or dehydrate herself. While she uses the Enlarge and Hybridization spells, her Spiders are extra vulnerable in the cocoon and are far easier to kill. Hybridization comes with its own set of weaknesses depending on what she splices her spiders with. Her most common hybrid - a giant spider with wings - is incredibly loud and makes it incredibly hard to hear (along with hurting her ears). The Acid-Burst Spell can affect friend and foe alike, and if Lisa isn't careful, the acid can kill her too! Also, thermal damage cancels the spell outright and destroys the acid.

THE INNER-SPIDER ⫻ Lisa will be stationary while she applies the changes with her Inner-Spider and could be ambushed. If she is interrupted in this state, she will be in a state of incomplete transformation and will have to revert to normal to restart the process. Transforming her physical appearance using spells from the "Inner-Spider" path can tax Lisa, especially if she maintains the transformation for an extended period. When she pushes herself too hard or relies too heavily on her spider-like enhancements, she experiences intense physical exhaustion and fatigue. Her muscles ache, and her joints ache with pain as the strain of maintaining her altered form takes its toll. In severe cases, she may even suffer from muscle cramps, spasms, or injuries due to overexertion.

The enhanced senses and abilities granted by spells from the "Eyes of the Arachnid" spell can sometimes overwhelm Lisa, causing sensory overload and disorientation. They also leave her susceptible to sensory overload in situations of extreme stimuli. Bright lights can overwhelm her senses, causing disorientation, confusion, and even debilitating migraines. In these moments, Lisa may find it difficult to concentrate or make sense of her surroundings, leaving her vulnerable to attack by her enemies. Lisa is not immune to the effects of her toxic pheromones and may expose herself to their effects if she is not careful. Prolonged exposure to the fumes can cause dizziness, nausea, and disorientation, impairing her ability to concentrate and making her vulnerable. The toxic pheromones are susceptible to dispersion by wind or air currents, which can dilute their potency and reduce effectiveness. In outdoor environments or areas with strong air currents, the pheromones may be quickly dispersed over a wide area, diminishing their ability to affect specific targets. While it heals her remarkably fast, Lisa's Regenerative Cocoon leaves her as a sitting duck, and she is far more vulnerable in this state.

The MACABRE ARTS ⫻ The whole big point of the Macabre Arts is that they are spells that Lisa would not like people to know as they are the spooky, body-horror spells that are socially unacceptable. In many cases, Lisa would not use the spells, but if her friends found them out, then the fallout would not be pretty. People would have a hard time trusting Lisa from here on. While the Wretched Web is resistant to physical attacks, it is highly susceptible to fire. Exposure to flames causes the flesh to ignite and burn rapidly, weakening the structure of the web and causing it to collapse. While the Wretched Web effectively restrains enemies, it also sacrifices Lisa's mobility, as she must remain stationary to keep the web intact. This weakness leaves her vulnerable to attacks from enemies not trapped in the web, as she cannot move freely or evade incoming threats while concentrating on maintaining the spell. The Metamorphosis Spell is, unfortunately, very situational despite being capable of disfiguring someone permanently. Extreme temperatures, electricity, etc can easily kill the Parasitoid, and the host can stab the spider with a knife to kill it.

She usually speaks with a very bubbly tone and usually has a friendly, open demeanor. Smiling, eye contact to ensure she's listening, and positive energy are her trademarks; even in tense situations, Kari maintains a calm and reassuring presence. Kari is a petite African-American woman, standing at just four-eleven, with a chubby frame that she was cursed with since childhood due to her shitty genetics and love of eating. MAIN GOAL ⫻ Kari's primary goal is to find a purpose. After the collapse of the Old Coven and the loss of her closest friend, the Magical Girls, she is unsure of where to go or what to do with her life. The trauma she experienced has left her feeling broken and without a clear direction, and it weighs heavily on her as she tries to reconcile the person she once was with the person she's become. Her purpose has shifted from finding a way to defeat the Stygian Snake to coping with the war inside her. She longs for a place or group that can give her something to belong to, as she not only finds her inner peace but something that can help her rebuild her sense of self-worth. Kari's goal is ultimately to rediscover who she is and what she stands for, but she's unsure where to start. The dissolution of the Old Coven left her with more questions than answers, and she's constantly searching for signs of hope in a world that feels hopeless.

PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Kari used to be the optimist; she believed in hope, love, and compassion and thought that she could use her magic to make everyone happy. Kari previously believed in the power of second chances and advocated forgiveness and redemption over punishment. She thought that regardless of their actions, people could alwayschange for the better. Her worldview was rooted in empathy and a fundamental belief in the goodness of human nature and everyone has some good in them. This naive belief shaped her role as a mediator, always seeking to bridge gaps and resolve conflicts with understanding above anything else. However, Britney Williams's actions utterly shattered this optimistic outlook. The realization that someone she trusted could harm others for a weak reason utterly uprooted Kari's belief in second chances. She felt betrayed by the Old Coven's leadership for essentially allowing Britney to go unchecked until after the situation with the Stygian Snake had been revolved. It made her question the value of giving people a chance to redeem themselves when it led to more pain and suffering. This has left Kari skeptical of people's intentions and cautious about extending trust.

Despite it all, she still believes in compassion, but she's less willing to overlook people's actions and is thus far harsher on them, and she is more protective over the boundaries of not just herself but those around her. The experience with Britney has made her wary of people who seem well-intentioned, and she finds it difficult to forgive those who hurt people in the past, even if they claim they've changed. While she still values kindness, she strongly focuses on protecting herself.

SECRETS ⫻ Kari's observation spell allows her to observe locations and individuals remotely, and she has used this ability to uncover dark secrets within not only the Old Coven but also her present social circles. She has chosen to keep some secrets, fearing the repercussions of revealing them. Additionally, Kari's observations have led her to discover some truths about the Stygian Snake and beings similar to it, knowledge that she guards fiercely.

SEXUALITY ⫻ Kari is pansexual and is attracted to people regardless of gender. However, Kari's guilt, self-hatred, feelings of inadequacy and the loss of her friends have left her detached from romantic and sexual relationships. The trauma of losing those she cared about has made it difficult for her to form new romantic connections, leading her to focus on rebuilding her sense of self-worth instead. However, Kari's pansexuality remains a crucial part of her identity, and she hasn't given up on relationships. Deep down, she hopes to find someone who can understand her pain and help her heal.

FEARS ⫻ Kari's greatest fear is losing control over her life and abilities. The collapse of the Old Coven and Britney Williams's actions have left her desperate to keep control of her life and her actions—she refuses to let anyone dictate the fate of herself and others. She worries that her Observation spell, once a source of pride, power, and limitless knowledge, could become a liability if used against her. After losing Lisa, Saskia, and Saskia in the battle with the Stygian Snake, she fears forming new connections because she fears she will only lose them in the end. This made her more reserved and hesitant to socialize, even though she longs for it. A struggle where she attempts to balance the need for human companionship with pushing people away so she doesn't lose more people. Finally, Kari is haunted by the memories of the Stygian Snake's rampage and the destruction it caused, including the deaths of Ella, Lisa, and Saskia. This fear drives her to continue using her observation spell to monitor Shimmer and the adjacent world, hoping she can prevent another tragedy.

REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ In the Old Coven, Kari had a reputation for being a compassionate and caring individual, someone who was always willing to help others. Her crowning achievement was locating the Apparition Killer, an artifact that allowed the Old Coven to defeat the Stygian Snake. Alongside this, Kari used her observation spell to find other valuable artifacts, such as the Bull's Ring, which proved essential in the Coven's battle against the Stygian Snake. This earned her the respect and admiration of her peers, making her one of the most valued members of the Coven. Beyond that, Kari was also known for her talent as a mediator. When conflicts arose within the Old Coven, she often stepped in and tried to de-escalate the situation. Her ability to understand different perspectives made her a natural peacemaker, but there was only so much Kari could do. Kari was the one who discovered that Britney was forcing people to adjoin with Apparitions, and rather than staying silent, she brought the issue to the Coven's leadership and pushed for accountability. However, this was during the Coven's darkest hour, and the leadership requested that she remain quiet. However, after the Stygian Snake was defeated, she openly announced to the entire Coven Britney's actions with proof and pushed for her removal. This move showed her commitment to justice and the well-being of others and made some view her as even more of a hero. This truly cemented her as a vital member of the Old Coven, but again, there was only so much one person could do, and it meant little in the end as the Coven fell apart.

However, she wasn't above criticism, as many found her ability (and habit) to spy on people without their knowledge uncomfortable and leveled complaints at her as well. Some even lobbied to have her removed despite her contributions.

ROLE IN THE BATTLE WITH THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ During the battle with the Stygian Snake, Kari played a pivotal role in the Old Coven. Using her Observation spell, she could remotely track the Stygian Snake's movements and locate key critical artifacts in the fight. Using her Observation spell, she could track the Stygian Snake and its forces, thus allowing them to strategize and form plans. While also informing them of traps, ambushes, and other dangers and leading them to key locations where they could strike back against the Stygian Snake's thralls, Apparitions, and Abominable. The most significant contribution to the Old Coven was locating the Apparition Killer, the ultimate weapon used to weaken the Stygian Snake so they could seal it into that tree. This discovery required countless hours of observing different dimensions, but it all paid off. She told the Old Coven where it was located, and the recovery team found it in a complex labyrinth and brought it back to Shimmer just in time for the final battle.

FLAWS ⫻ Once a cheerful and fun-loving young lady, the loss of her closest friends and the betrayals she witnessed left her emotionally scarred for loss. Native of St. Portwell, Kari grew up in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a close-knit family. She was the family's bookworm and always preferred the company of her favorite literature over playing games with the other kids. As a child, she had a strong imagination and got lost in her thoughts, creating entire worlds. She spent her time as a kid writing stories that she would make into TV shows and movies! Her nature as an introvert made it hard for her to make new friends (That wasn't a bad thing because it wasn't her primary interest), but her best friend, as long as she could remember, Elsa Conner, whether Kari wanted her to or not, was always there to pull her out of her shell. Despite her hesitance, Kari would often find herself tagging along with Elsa to parties and doing things to make Elsa happy. Despite her reluctance to leave home sometimes, their friendship was as solid as it gets and built on a foundation of trust, love, and shared experiences. The two of them balanced each other out, where Elsa helped Kari become more social, and Kari mellowed out Elsa's more excitable side and kept her from acting too impulsively.

Kari's childhood was not notable, as she just did regular kid stuff... however, the Stygian Snake's arrival at St. Portwell changed everything enough to force Kari out of her shell. People started dying in boatloads, there were millions of dollars in damages, and nobody could explain why. What started as a regular night out turned into a nightmare as they found themselves in the crosshairs of the Stygian Snake's rampage. They were hanging out at Elsa's house when the Stygian Snake's thralls attacked them. Kari's instincts kicked in, and her quick thinking helped them survive, but the event caused both of them to undergo a Kindling-Event - with Kari activating her White Lux and Elsa activating her Red Lux. However, it didn't do them much good because the Stygian Snake's minions were on top of them and had no spells at their current disposal.

Britney Williams, a member of the Sycamore Tree Coven, rescued them and introduced them to a world Kari had only read about in books: the world of magic and the paranormal. It was something fresh, new, unique, and exciting! She discovered the wonders of magic and met many people, including her friend group, "The Magical Girls," which consisted of herself, Ella Brooks, Saskia Otten, and Lisa Turner. Not only did Britney see potential in both Kari and Elsa, but Kari's White Lux intrigued her the most. With the instructions and expertise of Britney, Kari was able to develop the spell that would be a breakthrough in the fight against the Stygian Snake: Observation.

Through some tweaking, trial and error, and experimentation, Kari could observe a location remotely as if she were there and peer into different dimensions in the All-Verse. This spell made her an invaluable asset to the Sycamore Tree Coven, allowing them to track the movements of the Stygian Snake and locate valuable artifacts like the Bull's Ring and the key to defeating the Stygian Snake: The Apparition Killer. She spent an entire week looking for the sword and watching over the parties that went to recover them. Kari became a crucial player in the Coven's battle against the Stygian Snake, as without them, they would not have been able to find the Apparition Killer and would have lost the final battle.

However, apart from her "all-caring" person, Kari would occasionally observe the people she cared about to keep tabs on them, and this is how she was the one who found out that Britney Williams was going around adjoining people to Apparitions by force. She brought this up to the Coven's leadership, who told her to keep quiet until things blew over. Kari was not happy about it, but she had no choice but to oblige with the Old Coven's leadership. Not only that, she found out about her friend Lisa Turner's stalking habits, but unlike Britney, she figured that she was going to talk to Lisa about it gently after everything blows over.

However, despite it all, they pulled through and sealed the Stygian Snake, but Kari wasn't happy at all... Not only did she practically have to sit by and let Britney hurt people, but she lost her three best friends (Lisa, Saskia, and Ella) and watched them die, helpless to do anything about it. She remained in the Old Coven despite the trauma they brought her, but one of the first things that Kari did was reveal to the entire Coven what Britney was doing and provide proof. Then, she attempted to steer the Coven toward removing Britney and helping her victims.

Though, instead of listening to her, the Sycamore Tree Coven faced internal strife and constant bickering. Kari, ever the peacemaker, tried to keep the group together, but not even she could keep the Coven together. She watched as everyone left one by one, and she was one of the last members there - and even thought about forming her own Coven, but ultimately. After the Coven broke up, Kari found herself at a crossroads; she didn't know what to do with her life; she felt so attached to them, yet all she could do was stare at the remains. Not only that, the Coven left her with heaps of guilt, self-hatred, and inadequacy, and she just desperately wanted the rest of the magical girls back so they could be together again.

Years passed, and her feelings intensified as she realized she would never be as important as in the Old Coven. Her parents, survivors of the "natural disaster" that hit St. Portwell, decided to retire to Florida and left Kari their house—her childhood home. Hoping for a semblance of normalcy, she went to college, dropped out, and ultimately took a secretary position at a tech firm owned by the illustrious Blake Schmidt, Paragon United Tech Solutions.

However, her curiosity about the Stygian Snake never faded. In her spare time, Kari continued to use her Obersation Spell to peer into other dimensions, gathering information about the Stygian Snake, other beings out there, and whatever else she could ascertain about the alternate dimensions (but often she found people (and monsters) banging). She didn't just view these events; she wrote them down into a collection of different notes and had amassed thousands of notes detailing findings on not just the Stygian Snake but other Paranormal-Beings. She kept them safe with the help of Kenshiro Murakin.

As much as she tried to, Kari couldn't shut out the deteriorating situation in the city, and unfortunately, one of the Coven's vast mistakes reared its head: Emily G. Reed. Kari knew that Emily had formed her own Coven, but she began harassing Kari to join 8th Street due to how useful she was, and she wasn't taking no for an answer. Despite Kari's best attempts, she had no choice but to join one of the other factions to get Emily off her back, and she enjoyed some peace.

A few months later, the murders began, and Kari began acting strange... she withdrew from all social circles, quit her job, and just remained in her house until Father Wolf murdered her. She was buried next to her best friend, Elsa Connor, also a victim of Father Wolf.

That should have been the end, but it turns out that, after summoning her spirit, their Kari has been replaced by another from another universe. Thus, the reformed Sycamore Tree Coven has been attempting to track Kari down to figure out just what exactly happened to her.

And if she has anything to do with Father Wolf.

By focusing her mind, she can establish an "Observation Point," a magical focal point that she can move around freely to scan the surrounding area. Through this Observation Point, Kari can visualize the location as if she had an extra pair of floating eyes and can also hear everything through this Observation Point. With Observation, Kari can explore various locations without physically being there and establish Observation Points to gather information from different parts of the same building, across St. Portwell, or even in entirely separate dimensions. Unlike traditional scrying spells, which require an existing connection to the target, Kari's Observation can leap into unknown places and navigate as needed. She can adjust her perspective, zooming in or panning out as required, and it can move through walls, floors, and other barriers completely undetected by mundane means. Not only that, Kari can create up to four Observation Points and move them around independently of one another, which is a powerful asset. However, creating multiple Observation Points increases the strain on her mind, requiring far more concentration and causing more fatigue with extended use.

The Loving Eye ⫻ A sub-spell under Kari's overall Observation spell, this allows her to create an observation point on someone she loves or cares about at will. Once created, the observation point stays with and follows the person, enabling Kari to watch over them from wherever they are, regardless of whether or not they're in the same dimension. The observation point provides real-time visual and auditory information, allowing her to keep a loving eye over them.

When Kari places her hands on an artifact, she can instantly sense its magical properties, understanding its intended use and any hidden functions it might possess. The longer she holds the Artifact, the more detailed her understanding becomes, allowing her to identify its core mechanisms and deduce how to activate or utilize its magical properties.

Pericognition ⫻ Pericognition is a spell that enables Kari to gain contextual information from an object through touch. Instead of focusing on the internal workings, this spell allows her to understand the history surrounding the item. When Kari places her hand on an object, she can sense its past — such as the last few people who handled it and significant events in which it was involved. The longer she maintains contact, the deeper her insight becomes, allowing her to create a timeline of key moments or interactions related to the object.

Fate-Touch ⫻ When Kari touches someone, she can gain insight into their fate, perceiving hints about events in their future. It's not quite the ability to see when it's somebody's time to go, but she can provide a vague guess on it on touch. With prolonged contact, she can gain information on events in a person's purple, and the longer she maintains contact, the more evident this will become as she learns about the timing of those events.

Tracer ⫻ Tracer is a spell designed to detect the residual energy left behind by magical disturbances. When cast, Tracer scans an area for any signs of magical activity for Kari and creates a floating glowing orb at the exact spot where it occurred. By focusing on this orb, Kari can identify the type of magic used, giving her knowledge on both the abstAbstraction used and the kind of Paranormal-Being(s) involved. Additionally, the Tracer spell picks up a "scent" of the residual energy, which manifests as a flowing glowing trail leading toward the source of the disturbance. The trail can guide Kari to the Paranormal-Being responsible for the magical event.

Information-Sharing ⫻ Information-Sharing allows Kari to transfer information gathered from her other spells to another person through touch. She can share details from Precognition or Mechanical-Insight by placing her hand on another person. This spell was crucial in the fight with the Stygian Snake and allowed her to share the location of the Apparition Killer and where the Stygian Snake's forces were. However, the transfer process can be disorienting and might take time for the recipient to comprehend it fully.

It manifests as a surge of awareness in her mind, alerting her to when someone close to her is in distress. Guardian Angel allows Kari to briefly see the auras of her friends and loved ones to determine their exact location. The Guiding Light ⫻ A spell Kari created to help people find her if she was ever in danger or got lost. It allows her to create a towering beacon of light that pierces the heavens, revealing her location to friends and allies. When cast, The Guiding Light emits an intense beam of light that can be seen from all over, even through solid barriers or dense obstacles. It serves as a pinpoint of Kari's location, no matter what obstructions might exist. The Guiding Light's intensity is directly proportional to Kari's emotional state, with stronger emotions producing a more potent beam.

Touching-Echo ⫻ Touching Echo embodies Kari Wilson's profound connection to her cherished memories and her desire to share them with those she holds dear - or leave behind a warning. Through this spell, Kari can leave behind a magical imprint of a memory in a location, that is experienced as a Recollection either when they enter or spend a significant time in that area. A Touching Echo can remain in a location for years.

OBSERVATION ⫻ While using Observation, Kari has to remain stationary and focus, if she is moved or attacked while using this spell, the Spell can be canceled entirely. Kari must find a secure and quiet location to concentrate when using Observation, which can restrict her ability to use the spell in chaotic or high-stress situations. The more Observation Points Kari creates, the more challenging it becomes to maintain control. Each additional point increases the cognitive load, requiring her to focus more and manage the resulting mental strain. While a single Observation Point can be maintained with relative ease, adding more can lead to disorientation and a shorter duration of use. Kari cannot use any of her other spells while using Observation.

INTUITIVE PERCEPTION ⫻ If Kari overuses these spells, she risks severe fatigue, headaches, or even temporary loss of magical abilities due to mental exhaustion. The Mechanical Insight spell works best on physical mechanisms. The information gained might be minimal or irrelevant if the object relies on magical constructs. Fate-Touch can only offer insights into specific pivotal moments rather than a comprehensive view of a person's future, meaning Kari might miss significant events or draw incorrect conclusions. The Tracer spell has a half-hour time limit; beyond this, the glowing trail gradually fades until it disappears entirely. This spell can be used once per magical disturbance. Tracer's scent-based tracking might be imprecise in crowded or heavily trafficked areas, where the residual energy from multiple sources could cause confusion or misleading trails. Information-sharing can only transfer information gathered from the Observation and the Intuitive Perception disciplines. It cannot share knowledge or memories unrelated to these spells.

THE LOVING-BOND ⫻ The Emotional Spectrum spell has a limited range of around three meters; anyone outside of it will be out of range. Environmental factors such as low light can interfere with the spell's effectiveness, making the auras unclear. The spell can overwhelm Kari with sensory input if many people are in the area, making it difficult to focus. Friend-finder requires a strong emotional connection to lock onto a specific person, and if Kari's bond with someone weakens, she may not be able to use the spell on them. The spell also doesn't reveal barriers, obstacles, or other hazards along the path, which is the shortest route to them. The Friend in Need spell's "warning system" can sometimes trigger false alarms if a loved one is startled or under mild stress.

The spell doesn't grant detailed information about the danger, only a general sense of distress. Its sensitivity is tied to Kari's emotional bond with people; if she's emotionally distant, the warning might not trigger. The Guiding Light lasts a limited duration, typically a few minutes, and gradually fades in time. While the beacon is highly visible, its effectiveness diminishes with distance, and its range is limited by terrain and weather conditions. Casting The Guiding Light consumes a significant amount of Kari's energy, limiting the number of times she can use it in a short period. It also has an hour of cooldown time before it can be used again. Creating a Touching Echo requires significant energy and concentration from Kari. She can only leave behind a limited number of echoes (around five) at any given time, and each one demands careful crafting and maintenance.

WEAKNESSES ⫻

OBSERVATION ⫻ Observation is a powerful tool in Kari's arsenal. However, it comes at a cost. First and foremost, Kari has seen things she does not want to see more times than she can count, and the thoughts of it make her shudder. So, she can't use it willy-nilly, or else her psyche will not be able to handle it. Observation has made people uncomfortable in the past, as a spell that lets her spy on people without their knowledge is a potent tool.. she has to be careful who she informs of this ability and how she uses it. Observation has caused so much detachment and self-hatred in Kari due to her ability to see events but have no direct control over them as they play out. She watched her three friends die and was helpless to save them, which made her feel intense helplessness and guilt, which interfered with her social life. Prolonged use of Observation, especially with multiple Observation Points, can cause significant mental strain on Kari. This strain can manifest as intense headaches, fatigue, nausea, and dizziness. In extreme cases, excessive use of Observation could lead to memory loss or unconsciousness. Finally, while using Observation, she loses all ability sense through her body, leaving her vulnerable to attack. She has to remain immobile the entire time, which cannot help.

INTUITIVE PERCEPTION ⫻ Using Mechanical Insight on complex or magical objects for too long can lead to sensory overload, causing intense mental fatigue and confusion. Staring into an Apparition's aura for too long might expose Kari to negative energy and spiritual corruption. This can lead to disorientation and paranoia or even allow the Apparition to extend its influence on Kari and control her. Focusing on an Apparition's aura can alert the Apparition to Kari's presence, allowing them to see her aura. Artifact Intuition may expose Kari to cursed Artifacts, and by using this spell, certain artifacts might carry lingering memories or emotions that can affect Kari's psyche. Still, it's for herself, and Yoko wishes to prove to the world that she is not only worthy of the Hatanaka name - but she is the gold standard for Hatanakas, warriors, Adepts, and whatever category you can stick Yoko in. In addition to this grand mission, Yoko seeks personal growth and a clearer sense of self. Her time away from magic, working various jobs, and honing her physical skills have shown her the value of normalcy. Yoko wants to find a way to integrate her duty with her desires, and she hopes to carve out a life that is true to who she is.

She was not happy to be here, nor did she want to be, and the young Yoko was determined to make that everyone's problem. She was seen as bold, overly aggressive, and difficult to work with, constantly challenging authority and testing the patience of everyone around her. Her frequent fights with Amy Nakamura, leadership, and other influential members only cemented her as a troublemaker. However, Yoko's relationship with the Coven was shaped and defined by her association with Goro; his influential status within the Old Coven essentially was a shield that protected her against backlash. Members who respected Goro were more lenient towards Yoko, hoping she might eventually follow in his footsteps. Despite her rebellious streak, some believed that, with the proper guidance, she could become a valuable member of the Old Coven.

ROLE IN THE BATTLE WITH THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ During the battle with the Stygian Snake, Yoko's role was primarily that of support. Goro taught her various Rituals passed down through the Hatanaka bloodline that boosted the Abstractions of others, ensuring she could contribute to the fight while hopefully keeping her name off the memorial. Yoko used her Rituals to enhance the Abstractions of her allies and boost Emotional-Fields - though her spells were rudimentary compared to her brother's mighty and more advanced feats of Orange-Lux.

FLAWS ⫻ Yoko's social skills have always been lacking. She's not a talker; she's a doer, and while this attribute helps her sometimes, it often works against her. She simply doesn't know how to sit down and talk things over, preferring instead to jump to violence or escalate situations. Her most glaring flaw is her excessive pride, which often manifests as a stubborn refusal to accept help or admit mistakes. This pride is a shield from years of feeling inadequate compared to her prodigious older brother, Goro. Yoko's pride drives her to prove herself, but it also blinds her to her limitations and the value of collaboration. Her need to stand out and be strong on her terms often leads her to act recklessly and jeopardize herself and those around her. The Hatanaka Family Roots

The Hatanaka Family was a legendary family of Orange-Adepts who were formidable artifact creators who specialized in creating magical weaponry. They had an entire arsenal of enchanted weapons they kept safe in their compound, and the Hatanakas were heroes of legend. Over the years, many tales were woven about the Hatanakas, defeating powerful foes and saving Japan and the world. The most famous Hatanaka, however, was Hatanaka Takashi, who fought in the Oni Wars and created the sword Murakumo—known worldwide as the Aberration Killer-and used it to kill Oni Emperor Daisuke. They also created the legendary Apparition Killer for the hero Reiner Stiller and were the decisive factor in defeating the Stygian Snake. These powerful weapons and the other artifacts they crafted earned the Hatanakas immense respect and fear, cementing their legacy of magical artifacts.

However, as time passed, the significance of their magical heritage waned. The once-revered Hatanakas gradually drifted away from their roots, focusing instead on amassing wealth and prestige. The modern-day Hatanaka family is now considered old money in Japan, living a life of luxury and influence but ignoring the magical legacy that once defined them. The magical artifacts the family once protected with their lives were, at some point, stolen and scattered across the All-Verse, becoming the stuff of legends and myths.

Yoko was born and raised in Shirakawa-Go, a village in the mountainous Gifu Prefecture in Japan. All the girl knew from early life was the Hatanaka Estate, an ancient manor on the very outskirts of Shirakawa-Go. From the moment Yoko learned how to walk and talk, there was a distance between herself and her family and their magical roots. She was rebellious; her parents wanted to preserve their image, so they pressured her to fit it - but Yoko wasn’t that. Then there was her older brother, who was everything she was not. He was a wise, considerate prodigy who discovered and even embraced the Hatanaka family roots at a young age - while Yoko was oblivious to them. Yoko always stood out in school due to her unladylike, rude, brash, unapologetically assertive demeanor and temper. Her actions have often led to unnecessary controversy and attention on Yoko, but Goro was the only person who could get through to her. She held Goro in the highest regard, and he could temper the child when her parents couldn’t. Goro never introduced her to magic, as he felt she was unready.

The siblings had grandparents who lived in America (St.Portwell, Oregon, specifically), and they occasionally visited them (or when Yoko got in trouble) between school terms. Yoko didn't like America (or Americans) all that much, but she loved her grandparents to death and would love to visit them whenever possible. One such dramatic visit was during the Stygian Snake's rampage throughout the St. Portwell, and one night, Yoko was roused awake by one of the Stygian Snake's minions in her room. Naturally, Yoko freaked out as it tried to kill her, and the event was enough to cause Yoko to undergo her Kindling-Event. However, it couldn't save her, and Goro burst into the room with a glowing Odachi and cut the creature in half with a glowing Nodachi. Oblivious to what was happening, Goro grabbed Yoko and fled into the night as it was no longer safe at her grandparent's house.

After some fleeing, cleaving through the monster-infested streets of St. Portwell, they came across it: the Stygian Snake. And not just the Stygian Snake, the Sycamore Tree Coven, who opposed the serpentine menace... Goro helped them and eventually was introduced and invited to the Sycamore Tree Coven. Yoko wanted nothing to do with this Coven, the Stygian Snake, or even magic, but Goro pressured her into it, knowing the threat that the Stygian Snake posed. Yoko had to be ultimately dragged along, kicking and screaming, as Goro gave her a crash course in magic... he taught her some of the spells that were passed down the Hatanaka bloodline, primarily the support spells, so Yoko could stay out of the line of fire while also contributing towards defeating this world-ending threat.

However, that did not stop Yoko from being one of the Old Coven's many problem children. The young Yoko had the social skills of a brick; assertive and rebellious, she made it clear that she wasn’t happy to be here and constantly beefed with everyone over every little thing—especially with her “arch-rival” Amy Nakamura. On the other hand, Goro was seen as the model Coven-brother and was beloved by the Coven, working closely with influential members such as Jinhai, Britney, Jack, Amara, Kari, Ashley, and others. They were at war, and Goro was a quintessential member of the Old Coven, so Yoko’s behavior was tolerated. There was one person Yoko was friends with... Despite Yoko's best efforts to push her away, Kari Wilson reached out, offering friendship and support even though she never wanted it. Kari’s genuine kindness and patience slowly broke through Yoko’s defenses, and they eventually became best friends. Through Kari, Yoko met Ella Brooks, who also became one of the few friends Yoko had in the Old Coven.

However, tragedy struck before the Stygian Snake was defeated. Ella Brooks, one of Yoko’s few genuine friends, was killed by a horde of Apparitions. Ella's death struck a deep chord within Yoko, intensifying her feelings of inadequacy and igniting a fierce survivor’s guilt. The Stygian Snake was sealed, and then suddenly, they were harder on Yoko, and the weight of this tragedy bore heavily on Yoko as the Stygian Snake was eventually sealed.. Before Yoko could be voted out, the sibling’s time in America ended, and the two returned to Japan for their next school term. In between terms, Goro returned to America to spend more time in the Old Coven, but the Old Coven self-destructed after returning to Japan.

But Goro believed he had finally cracked it; the secret to magic and invigorating the Hatanaka legacy was connecting and learning from others. Yoko, on the other hand? She thought it was all rubbish, that her life was better without magic, and that she could not care less about the family legacy. After graduating, he chose to attend university in St. Portwell and learn from magical experts like Britney and Kari Wilson. However, returning to Japan was easy because he had a teleportation artifact made in collaboration with Kenshiro Murakin. Goro tried to teach Yoko more about Magic, but she wasn’t interested, so he gave up.

However, leaving magic behind was more complicated than anticipated. Shirakawa-Go’s tranquility was suffocating compared to fighting against the Stygian Snake. Yoko tried to play it off but was haunted by what she went through against the Stygian Snake — and, more deeply, by the death of Ella Brooks. The guilt of standing on the sidelines during Ella’s death gnawed at her, leaving her questioning her role and responsibility. Going to school felt trivial, and she was frustrated and pent-up. She went to the gym to channel her aggression into something positive. The gym became a sanctuary to the girl as weightlifting, running, and martial arts became her daily routine. Martial arts, in particular, became something she desperately needed: discipline and an outlet for her inner turmoil.

In an attempt to gain some financial independence and to defy her family’s expectations, she took a few part-time jobs. She got a job in a cafe, a local convenience store, and even as a farmhand during harvest season, which gave her a break from her inner turmoil and allowed her to interact with Shirakawa-Go on her terms.

However, magic was never far behind, and she was drawn to inexplicable events and magical disturbances. She used what magic she knew to solve them, feeling a mixture of resentment, duty, and, worst of all, certainty. As she dealt with each new disturbance, she couldn’t help but think of Ella and wonder if things might have been different had she acted sooner. This sense of guilt, combined with her growing realization that she could never truly escape magic, pushed her to confront the reality that, like it or not, she would be dragged back into the magical world. This duality between the life she wanted and the legacy she couldn't escape did not make her particularly happy, but her survivor’s guilt complicated things. She couldn’t shake the feeling that perhaps she owed it to Ella to be more robust — to take control of magic before it controlled her. Eventually, Yoko decided that if she was going to be involved in magic, it would be on her terms, so she finally asked Goro to teach her.

Goro was delighted that Yoko had finally understood everything and prepared for this. He took her to the basement of the Hatanaka Estate and opened a portal to the Hatanaka Sanctuary. The Hatanaka family used a personal dimension for generations, which hosted their castle. This place was surreal, but Goro trained Yoko in more magic and taught her some spells. Even though Yoko didn't take to it initially, he eventually specially tailored his training regime to her. He also took her to the Hatanaka arsenal, giving her several artifacts.

Then, he cut her loose in Shirakawa-Go, where she used her artifacts and spells to keep Shirakawa-Go safe from paranormal threats between training and work. However, her grandfather’s health deteriorated, and Yoko and Goro returned to America. On his deathbed, their grandfather’s last wish was never to let the Hatanaka legacy burn out, to renew it, and to carry it onto the next generations. Their grandfather also asked them to find the Hatanaka family’s missing artifacts.

Yoko prepared for the adventure of a lifetime... Only for Goro to tell her that she was not going. When Yoko asked why, he told her she wasn't ready: she had only recently begun learning magic and fighting monsters. Despite Yoko’s insistence, he took off on a multiversal adventure but occasionally returned to drop off artifacts he found and train Yoko. While Yoko just pretended everything was okay and went back to her routine.

However, eventually, Goro went dark. Yoko had no idea where he went or where to find him. Thus, it seemed like it was up to Yoko to honor her grandfather's wishes and find her brother...

Together, their combined Lux creates a tapestry of light, merging into shapes that manifest echoes of past events. These spectral projections unfold like holograms, transporting Yoko and Kari through glimpses of different times and places. Within their shared aura, the scenes of history unfold unpredictably: from epic battles to tender moments of love and from moments of loss to profound discoveries.

Magical Girl Ascension! ⫻ Yoko performs a ritual that temporarily grants Ella an extraordinary power surge, boosting her Abstraction and physical capabilities. Yoko begins by drawing a complex circle on the ground, using her Lux to inscribe Kanji symbols that glow with a yellow light onto the ground, and Yoko stands at the circle's center chanting. As the ritual climaxes, a beam of yellow light descends from above directly onto Ella. Her body begins to glow with a golden aura, her muscles puff up, and her eyes become a light show. Ella’s Abstraction is boosted to new heights, allowing her to achieve feats never seen before. Simultaneously, her speed, strength, and reflexes are amplified. Her movements become a blur, her strikes capable of shattering stone, and her aura crackling with raw power. The transformation lasts for a limited time, during which Ella becomes a force to be reckoned with, but once the effect wears off, she returns to her normal state.

They lock eyes, a silent understanding passing between them, synchronizing their breathing, focusing their energy. Yoko darts forward, unleashing a flurry of rapid strikes infused with her Lux. Ella steps in with her barrage of attacks, punches, and kicks, a blur of movement. The two fighters continue to alternate, never giving their opponent a moment to catch their breath. The Lightning Barrage culminates with Yoko and Ella launching their final blow, combining their energies for a decisive finishing move that should finish the opponent.

Radiant Annihilation! ⫻ Yoko and Ella, in a testament to their unbreakable bond, combine their Abstractions to create a massive ball of light that detonates with the force of a bomb, devastating everything in its radius. Yoko begins by channeling her Lux into her hands, creating a sphere of yellow light. Ella places her hands over Yoko's, adding her energy to the growing sphere. The light intensifies, becoming blindingly bright as the combined power of both Adepts merges into a single blast. With a final push, they launch the sphere into the air. It hovers momentarily, growing more significant and unstable before exploding in a blinding flash. The resulting shockwave levels everything within a considerable radius, leaving behind a scorched and barren landscape.

Dragon-Uppercut! ⫻ Yoko performs an incantation that imbues Ella with a burst of power, allowing her to deliver a super-strong attack, typically an uppercut. Yoko stands behind Ella, reciting an ancient chant, and a visible aura surrounds Ella, crackling with energy. As the chant finishes, Ella feels a surge of strength coursing through her. She launches herself at the target with newfound strength, delivering a devastating uppercut amplified by Yoko's Orange-Lux. The force of the strike is so immense that it shatters stone and sends its opponent flying.

RITUAL/INCANTATION ⫻

Typically, the Rituals/Incantations are a process that can be interrupted and takes time and resources to pull off; they simply can not be performed in a fight. Yoko can only perform her rituals a few times daily due to their exhaustive nature and the meticulous preparation required. Additionally, the effects of the rituals lose their potency over time, being less effective as the hours pass until their bolster disappears (usually under a day). The surge of energy provided by Yoko's incantations is temporary. It may result in weaker magic for the target, leaving them exhausted after the enhancement wears off. All the Incantations are brief, typically lasting around ten minutes, before they abruptly return to their original strength. Yoko must also wait around ten minutes before she can use any Incantations again after casting one. Regarding the Unity Incantation, Yoko's sacrifice of her magical strength temporarily weakens her overall magical abilities, making subsequent spells less potent for around twenty minutes after casting the Incantation.

ARMANANT ⫻

The effects of the Armanant spells gradually fade over time, typically lasting for ten minutes before returning to their normal state (certain spells, such as Armor Piercing, fade away almost immediately). Infusing objects with magical properties drains Yoko's magical energy, limiting her ability to perform other spells immediately afterward and making it difficult to sustain them indefinitely. Certain materials (such as organic materials, gems, artifacts, etc) may resist the sharpening effect or dull more quickly than others, limiting the spell's effectiveness on particular objects. Certain materials may resist the hardening effect or exhibit limited improvement in durability - for example, naturally hard materials such as stone and already supernaturally altered - affecting the spell's overall effectiveness.

Excessive extension of particular objects may compromise their structural integrity, leading to breakage or deformation. Maintaining control over the extended object requires precise concentration and focus, making wielding effectively in chaotic or high-pressure situations challenging. Yoko can only use Impact three times in ten minutes before she has to wait for a cooldown. Yoko cannot absorb melee magical attacks, only ranged ones. Yoko can only absorb a limited amount of magical energy before reaching her maximum capacity, requiring her to discharge the stored energy before continuing to absorb more. The conversion of absorbed magical energy into a usable explosion is not instantaneous and requires a brief period of concentration, leaving Yoko temporarily vulnerable to counterattacks. The Parry spell is less effective against powerful physical attacks. While it can easily redirect lighter or moderate blows, all-out blows might only be partially deflected, causing some damage to Yoko. The Parry spell is designed to counter a single attack at a time. If Yoko faces multiple attackers or simultaneous strikes, she can only parry one attack, exposing her to the others. Parry only has a brief window for Yoko to use; if she mistimes it, she has to wait a few moments before she can cast Parry again. Activating Block makes Yoko immobile, preventing her from initiating attacks or moving while the spell is active. Yoko can only maintain Block for about five minutes straight; the spell automatically deactivates after that point. Block also doesn't prevent Yoko from being physically manipulated, such as grabbed or thrown.

The Place ⫻ The Place can only be sustained for a specific duration, ranging from hours to a day, depending on the energy expended. The sanctuary's size is restricted to a set radius from the center point where Kari and Yoko join hands. Creating and maintaining "The Place" drains a significant amount of energy from both Kari and Yoko, leading to exhaustion if prolonged. Additionally, "The Place" remains fixed once established and cannot be moved. There is also a cooldown period after its use before they can attempt another similar Joint-Cast.

Magical Girl Ascension! ⫻ The boosted Abstraction and physical capabilities granted by the ritual are only temporary. The transformation lasts for a limited time, typically ranging from a few minutes to an hour, depending on how much effort Yoko puts into the ritual. Performing the ritual requires a significant amount of Lux energy from Yoko. If she is not prepared or if the ritual is interrupted, it could fail or result in a less potent transformation for Ella.

The Lightning Barrage ⫻ The effectiveness of the Lightning Barrage relies heavily on the synchronization and coordination between Yoko and Ella. Any miscommunication or disruption in their teamwork can prematurely end the barrage or leave openings for their opponents. Performing the Lightning Barrage consumes significant energy from both Yoko and Ella. They cannot sustain this level of coordinated assault for an extended period without risking the depletion of their energy reserves.

Radiant Annihilation! ⫻ Generating such a powerful blast consumes a tremendous amount of Lux energy from both Yoko and Ella. They can only use Radiant Annihilation sparingly, as repeated use could exhaust them entirely and weaken the potency of future spells for a brief period. Creating the massive ball of light for Radiant Annihilation requires time and concentration from both Yoko and Ella. They must channel and merge their Lux carefully to form a devastating blast, leaving them vulnerable during this preparation phase. They can only cast Radiant Annihilation once an hour.

Dragon-Uppercut! ⫻ Yoko must remain close to Ella while performing the magic for Dragon-Uppercut, limiting their flexibility during combat and potentially exposing them to danger. There is a brief cooldown before they can cast Dragon-Uppercut again, so if they miss they are out of luck before they can cast it again. The surge of strength from Yoko's incantation is short-lived. If Ella doesn't execute the attack quickly, the enhanced strength diminishes rapidly.

The Song of the Heart and Fortitude of Spirit rituals offer bolstering effects to the Emotional-Field, yet they carry a double-edged aspect. They inadvertently amplify negative emotions, triggering erratic behavior in the target. The surge of energy provided by the Incantations is temporary and can lead to a subsequent energy crash, leaving the target fatigued and vulnerable once the enhancement wears off. While the Soul Incantation bolsters the Emotional-Field, it also temporarily disrupts the target's emotional stability, causing erratic behavior and leaving them vulnerable to emotion-manipulating magic. The Unity Incantation exacts a heavy toll on Yoko's magical reserves, leaving her depleted and vulnerable for twenty minutes after performing the spell.

ARMANANT ⫻

After Yoko's spells wear off, the objects she imbues often become brittle and vulnerable to damage, creating a brief window where they can easily break and leave her defenseless. Overusing the Sharpen spell can cause fatigue and mental strain, diminishing her overall combat effectiveness. While the Hardening spell grants enhanced durability, it also makes objects heavier to wield. Extended objects can become difficult to control, especially in chaotic or fast-paced combat situations, increasing the risk of self-injury. Yoko's vulnerability increases while she absorbs magical energy, as she must remain still and focused, leaving her open to attacks from other angles. Absorbing too much magical energy beyond her capacity can cause a forceful explosion, injuring Yoko and anyone nearby. Block's protective aura obscures Yoko’s vision, making it difficult for her to see or react to incoming threats effectively. After Block is deactivated, there are a few moments in which Yoko's defense is lowered, making her more vulnerable to damage.

After the transformation wears off, Ella experiences a backlash of weakness and fatigue. Her muscles ache, and her reflexes slow down significantly, leaving her temporarily unable to fight effectively.

The Lightning Barrage ⫻ Missing the initial hit of the Lightning Barrage can leave them open to counterattack, and it's extra vulnerable to long ranged attacks. The rapid, high-energy movements during the Lightning Barrage place immense strain on Yoko and Ella's bodies. This can lead to muscle cramps, joint pain, and a significant drop in physical endurance.

Radiant Annihilation! ⫻ After casting Radiant Annihilation, both Yoko and Ella experience a prolonged period of weakness and vulnerability. Their bodies struggle to recover from the immense magical expenditure, leaving them defenseless. The explosive nature of Radiant Annihilation poses a risk to Yoko and Ella and a high risk of collateral damage or outright harming themselves.

Dragon-Uppercut! ⫻ The sheer force behind Ella's enhanced attack puts immense strain on her muscles and joints. If the attack misses or is blocked, Ella risks injuring herself due to the intense physical exertion. The surge of amplified energy surrounding Ella's attack makes her movements predictable and reduces her agility, making it easier for skilled opponents to dodge or counterattack.

The Hatanaka Sanctuary is a surreal and enigmatic dimension where reality itself seems to warp and twist. Landmasses drift weightlessly in the sky, each island adorned with lush vegetation, ancient ruins, and meandering pathways that defy logical direction. Despite its enchanting appearance, an eerie silence pervades the realm as if all life has abandoned it. At the heart of this bizarre domain stands the imposing Hatanaka Castle, its towering spires and intricate battlements casting long shadows over the floating islands below. Beyond these walls, the silence is occasionally broken by the distant cry of a creature or the whisper of unseen shadows. Inside Hatanaka Castle, the labyrinthine corridors and chambers reveal a history of grandeur now obscured by time. The once-vibrant halls, where artifacts and relics were proudly displayed, now show signs of their absence. Once alive with the clamor of combat training, the training grounds now lie in a state of disrepair, overrun with tangled vegetation. This space, designed for honing skills and preparing for battle, features a unique system capable of summoning and creating monsters for trainees to face—a testament to the rigorous training of the Hatanaka Family. Although the grand dinner hall where camaraderie and strategy were once shared is now barren, it still echoes with memories of past gatherings. The Sanctuary also contains a hidden Artifact Storage area, a vault where the Hatanaka family's most prized artifacts are kept. This storage is a treasure trove of mystical objects, many of which were recovered by Goro and now rest safely within the Sanctuary’s protective confines. Access to the Hatanaka Sanctuary is a closely guarded secret, known only to a select few. The sole entrance is concealed beneath the Hatanaka estate in Shimmer, reachable only by those who possess Hatanaka blood.
