Orc3 " Wait, it's kinda small, really just a snack if we split it."
"Okay, we play for it."said Orc4.
The 2 orcs face each other to discus the rules of play, giving the Halfling a chance to get outta there!
"Okay, I say we roll for it." Orc4 said as he pulled 2 cubed stones with painted dots.
"Let me see those stones." Orc3 commanded sticking his hand out.
"Why? You calling me a cheat?" asked Orc4.
"Takes one to know one." Orc3 answered.
They both Began laughing.

Kithri blinks, sidestepping into the foliage of the forest to hide until the others get there, thankful for the simple mindedness of the two remaining orcs.

Harlgan grinded his teeth as he pushed himself up and off the ground, swallowing the fly without a second thought while he growled angrily. The berserker loosed a howl of anger from his lungs as he entered a blind state of rage, raising his greatsword as he rushed the barricade once more intending to break it down.

As the halfling tried to sneak away quietly, she stepped on a branch, *SNAP*

"Hey, lunch is trying to escape. " said Orc3.
Orc4 throws his stones at her, hoping to knock her out.
The stones hit the tree with such impact, that One bounces back and hits Orc4 in the eyes, blinding him temporary.

With one gigantic chop of his great sword, he hacks the barricade down!

"I'm gonna go see what that was." Orc3 said, walking towards the barricade.

As Orc4 came outta the woods from the Barbarians left side, he drew his sword and charged the barbarian with his orc cry!
The barbarian turned to meet his enemy head on, and as the orc swung his sword, Harlgan ducks, and then spins around decapitating the orc raider!

Wincing as she steps on a branch with a loud snap, Kithri manages not to be hit by the orc's throwing stones. Instead, it seems the orc hit itself. Kithri launches herself off a nearby rock towards orc4, stabbing forward with her dagger.

As the halfling launches herself at the last Orc raider with dagger in hand, he suddenly bends over to pick up the stone that hit him from the ricochet.
Colliding together, they both fell to the ground, unharmed.

The Elf , Athar took aim at the Orc on the ground, hesitating, waiting for that clear shot, *FOOOF* The arrow flew thru the air at the Orc who was about to stand

Kithri scrambles back up to her feet easily enough due to her nimble build. Using the moment longer it takes the orc to get back up, she stabs at him once more. She was not about to go down without a fight!

As the halfling prepared to stab the Orc, an arrow stuck him in the chest, killing him!

Kithri still stabs him, for good measure. Better to have a dead-dead orc than just a dead orc.

The halfling let out a breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding, bringing up the back of her left hand to brush a bit of hair from her face. She sheathed her dagger and looked over the bodies. "Well, that could have gone better but either way, we won!"

She beamed a smile to the others, standing on the back of the orc which had been felled by Athar's arrow.

Vivienne made her way carefully over to the fighting, shield raised and mace in the other hand. She whistled as she saw the decapitated orc. "Is anyone in need of healing?" the cleric asked as she poked an orc with her foot, though there was no concern in her voice. Her party were capable and strong fighters, it seemed, the battle had gone down quickly and effectively.

Athar looked at the barbarian and smiled,then turned to face Vivienne" Do you have a cure for ignorance?"
He looked back at the barbarian " What part of let's sneak up and attack , did you not understand ?"

The Elf threw his hand up,not wanting to hear excuses, and walked away to retrieve his arrows.
Soon after rummaging thru the pockets of the slain orcs, they recovered about 20 silver.
They continued on their journey until the sun started to set, "We should make camp soon. " suggested Athar.
They found a small clearing in the woods, not far from the main road.
Athar handed them each 5 silver coins, their share of the Orc loot.
The party sat down next to the fire, enjoying a warm meal of roasted rabbit, that the elf had shot when retrieving his arrows earlier in the day.

Sitting by the fire the barbarian threw a handful of tinder into the flames then leaned back, he glanced to Vivienne.

Vivienne listened to the sound of the jingling coins in her pouch as the elf directed verbal barbs at the Barbarian. Pretty soon the light was dying, and Vivienne was happy to help bringing firewood to the camp to fuel the fire. She dug into the roasted rabbit shamelessly, happy to fill her belly with a good hearty meal.

"Do you have this in your homelands?" she asked the barbarian, not knowing much about his culture.

A smile played across his face in response to Vivienne's question which in parallel to Athar whom made pointed remarks about his heritage and homeland the priestess on the other hand sounded genuine in her questioning. "Of course we do but it is harder to find hare than other animals as their fur is white like the snow," Harlgan replied as he gestured to the rabbit.

By the time they made camp, the halfling was a bit exhausted. She tried to hide it, of course, not wanting the others to see that she had to have kept a double-pace to stay near the group. She was little help in the acquisition of fire wood but more than helpful with getting tinder and the skinning of the rabbits before their meal. While the rabbit cooked over the fire, the halfling tended to her Falchion with a whetstone and file. After it had been yanked out of an Orc skull there were a few nicks and dull-points she would not settle for.

Kithri remained quiet during their meal, taking the smallest of the rabbits caught by Athar as she had the smallest stomach. She was used to it and her lack of height often played to her advantage when sneaking about. Listening to the conversation, she seemed content in her meal and with the prospect of simply observing the others.

The Elf sat down on a log near the halfling,he felt more relaxed around the kender type than among the humans.
"Are you from Shiretown, down near the black swamps region?"
