We set the stage on a familiar battleground in a galaxy far, far away. Where fates are decided and futures written...
Rebel signals all over the galaxy have seemingly gone dark.
Hope for the Rebels is fading- the Death Star's destruction has only enraged the Empire and have them recklessly hunt down every Rebel group that exists in the galaxy. Scout droids probe through wilderness, patrols within cities mount up as checkpoints become entire bases and the Dark Side of the Force only grows stronger with every passing day...
Yet even as hope seems to flicker, there are those keeping it lit, the fighting grows increasingly desperate as the battle for Hoth reaches a fever pitch. As cold air is contrasted with the heat of blaster bolts, corpses lay forgotten, strewn across large snow-coated battlefields marked with craters from explosives and smoke rises from entrances and exits from destroyed rebel bunkers. Left-behind radios, all staticky from their fried wires -confirm that the transports are indeed on their way off this world...
Or they would be! Those ion cannons need to be protected (Or destroyed) those fortifications need to be rebuilt (Or eviscerated) and those soldiers need to be regrouped and ready for another fight! The fate of the galaxy has yet to be determined, and no one is leaving without a fight! Or at least a few blaster marks on their armor.

This thread is an all-you-can-be Star Wars edition wacky-wahoo action explosion thread. Canon? Lore? Nah bro, anything goes, this is where you relax and literally do whatever- as long as you got the willingness to stick it out through all the explosions! And I do mean anything goes (Within the Star Wars universe) Starkiller could duke it out with Kyle Katarn, maybe Vader has a change of heart? Or someone forgot to mention a clone commando hiding somewhere in the snow...
the core point of this thread is action, blaster fire, fun, more fun and doing whatever entertains and electrifies the senses with excitement. As you can imagine the expanded universe, legends, whatever its called now- all applies. Anything fun ideas you can come up with applies as well, secret bases to sudden shifts in loyalty, maybe a character who wasn't there just felt like being on Hoth that day, or perhaps there was even MORE Jedi and Sith around and now they're fighting each other! Anything is possible! You want it!? Its yours my friend! As long as you have a enough rubi- I mean, commitment to eviscerating canon for maximum fun.
Rules?
Well anything goes, you can take claim to whatever character you want and do mostly whatever you want. Feel free to make original characters as well, I mean like I said, anything really goes here- common sense yadda yadda don't have too many characters. However, there are two things, two little rules I hold by.
The Warzone Extravaganza keeps things in a tightly contained setting so maximum chaos is assured. That means- for as far as this thread goes -we keep things on and around Hoth. Hoth can became a gigantic crater of wreckage, but we're keeping things locked to one little setting. In this case, one planet. You can have space battles around it, but thats as far as we're leaving.
Secondly, this isn't a crossover thread, I've debated if it should or shouldn't be, but for the first iteration of the Warzone Extravaganza we'll keep things to one universe. So the only stuff you can use/pull from are Star Wars related. Thankfully Star Wars has more lore than Earth has history so you should be good to go! You can still customize and do whatever with the technology and equipment you want, make 'em more powerful or wacky and stuff. Just don't have a Emperor Class Battleship from WH40K pop in outta nowhere. We already have one Emperor, now there are two of them! This is getting out of hand.
And I'm done. Hope we punch things together! Or punch each other I guess, I don't judge.
