After a few minutes, another text came.

Boring, as usual. She said.
Ugh I know that feeling...
"Don't worry, Kermit's long gone. He's in," she paused for effect, "A better place now," she bowed her head and laughed
Alex burst out laughing. "Keeerrrrmittt!" he shouted suddenly, slamming his hands on the table, "Whyyy?!"
Rach started laughing really hard and yelled "Noooooo!" The teacher glared at them
Alex quieted down his laughter. "Okay... right... we should -haha- focus..."
"You're right, time to focus....ON KERMIT'S DEATH!" She said in a panicked voice, she laughed, then put on a straight face, "sorry, um right, back to cutting Kermit open," she grins
They continue with the experiment. After a few minutes, Alex looks up at Rachel.
"So, uh, like it here so far?"
"So, uh, like it here so far?"
"Yeah, I really do," she said softly, "you guys are all so nice here." She smiled
Alex grinned. "Not everyone is this nice... but we try our best... you can be the newest addition to our little cult!"
"Ooo, a cult?" She asked with a laugh
"Yeah. They all worship me!" Alex said sarcastically, grinning even more.
"Why would I want to be in that cult then" she asks with mock disgust and grins more
"Hey, I may not be much, but I've got very worshippable qualities!" he replies in a joking tone.
"Really?" She asks sarcastically and raises one eyebrow
"Yeah... like... I'm totally awesome at music! And come on, how could you resist this body?" he says, quickly spinning around to 'show off'.
"Well, I guess you have a point then," she says and wiggles her eyebrows, then bursts out laughing.
"I'm willing to bet I'm the best demi-god in the school!" Alex brags, noticing strange stares from nearby classmates.
