They wouldn't be Oobra (Oobra are Cervidea while rabbits are Oryctolagus.)

Horned white rabbits can be very possible; I will look into pictures.

Foxes, very possible. Will look into that.

I do not think you meant Horned white rabbits would possible be a northern species of Oobra (but Oobra are worldwide. Meaning you can find them anywhere in Ephae.)
