**~ Long version -** A newly built apartment complex has opened in downtown. Freshly built town homes feature 2 living units per building, 2 levels. Each living unit has wood flooring, top and bottom (half) floor bathrooms, two rooms upstairs, 1 master i(includes full bathroom) 1 guestroom, spacious living room, and a personal top and bottom balcony and porch. All tenants receive laundry passes and pool passes with 2 complimentary guest passes. Attractions and shopping centers just down a few streets, prices are high but the location is all worth while. Luscious walking trails, a short walk to the beach boardwalk and all its shops to the right of the building, and the mall and town stores to the left there's endless places to visit and or seek new employment. A few local graduates from a nearby college all have landed a good degree, and have found either internships, employment, or a new career and are looking for a new place to start their adult life.
