I'll make some rules or ooc stuff later, I'm tired of writing for now lol. Basically if u want to add to it, just jump in no character sheets necessary. You can start anywhere in the city.

Basically follow basic rules like: no using someone else's character, no op, uhh i can't remember the rest. I used to rp here a long ass time ago and just quit smoking, so i need something to do lol. I don't have a story in mind i'm just going, so if your cool with freestyle then jump in. I'll prob make more rules later i'm just lazy and wanted to get started on a story.
