You and I, both! The convention season did not go as well as I had hoped, so I've had to do a bit of scrambling to cover all the bases for the past few weeks. In short, I feel like my pants have a great hole in them and that my 'assets' are hanging out. But that being neither here nor there...

You know, I have to admit we seem to have been thinking along similar lines. I was toying with the idea of the toads being transformed humans but never really saw it through to completion of any sort. The cut and the guts getting into her wound? Beautifully done!

Although now I'm debating Jotz's most likely reaction... which is to do an Oggie Special with an emergency amputation. It being your character, however, I think it best to ask your opinion on that first!!

Ha! Certainly nothing I'd ever considered. I have an idea or two, though I'm still working on them. THAT SAID, I've never played an emergency amputee...so I think we should definitely keep that on the roster, if only for my own selfish entertainment. =)

I'm starting to think amputation is the way to go; I just can't see him taking any other action but that. He might delay it for a little bit, but if it gets half way to her elbow...

Actually, I was thinking about it last night, and I'm inclined to think Ivy might agree. At least Ivy in Spark mode would, since strange mechanics seem to be much more her wheelhouse than serums and the like. SO. Works for me. I imagine she'll fight him on it, but as soon as she gets the idea in her head, I'm sure she'll be willing to help with the...well, 'operation' doesn't seem quite the right word...

Quite enjoyed your last post, thanks for that. =) Just a brief message to see whether you've been paying attention, because I certainly dropped the ball in that department -- I estimate it's been about 36-48 hours since Jötz and Ivy met, yes? That last scene would have concluded around dawn of the following day? Of course, there's plenty of wiggle room here, so if you'd rather it'd been a week and it's high noon, just say the word.

No, you're right. I was figuring it was just about pre-dawn the day after. And thanks for the compliment! After your last post, I really felt inspired! I would have posted sooner, but I had to wait for the Benadryl I was taking to wear off so my brain would work the way it's supposed to.
