Alex chuckled "that sounds like what an old friend of mine said" Alex then quoted the friend saying "don't do stuff that you can make other people do for you"

"Exactly." Roxy was glad at least one person in her little crew understood. "But until then we might as well look at the kitchen before class."

Alex shrugged and went into the kitchen. He looked around and noticed a note on the counter, he picked it up and read it. He then said "I think i'm starting to like how the Academy thinks"

"I am looking forward to paintball. It's not a real gun but it will still be good practice. Any suggestions for lunch?" Roxy asked looking at the large variety the fridges had to offer,

Lauren got up and smiled at her group, "Alright, let me show you the loading bay where we'll distribute materials. We also need someone to be by the front doors to welcome any newcomers in, but first to the loading bay." she walked out of the main building and followed a path marked for the loading bay. She came to the clearing where a high eletric fence stood that gated off the loading bay. She turned to the Halcyon, "Alright, everyone, scan your fingerprint, eye, and voice in this device." she said and tossed a small tablet-type device to Alexandrite. "Once you finish it'll officially register you in the Academy and allow you to get into the loading bay and other areas only for our faction. The other factions should find one of these at their house." she said

Addilyn took hers and did the instructions immediately. "OK so since we are in charge of supplies how will we do it? Is it already in sections or are we doing it all?" She was OK with the work but wasn't sure how.

"Sandwiches would be good." Khriz suggested.

Addilyn took hers and did the instructions immediately. "OK so since we are in charge of supplies how will we do it? Is it already in sections or are we doing it all?" She was OK with the work but wasn't sure how.

"We unload the trucks onto these," Candi pointed to rows of golf-cart type vehicles with backs to carry things on, "And bring them to where they're supposed to go. Pretty simple. All the boxes have a label for where they need to go," any more questions?

Addilyn shook her head. "No, but thank you for the answers."

"As for our other jobs, we pretty much fix up anything that's wrong in the actual buildings on campus and we have to welcome new students and keep the records of everyone straight." She looked at her watch, "Well, I think classes start soon, so why don't we head over to the main building?"

Addilyn nodded, some part of her had wanted to choose sedition seeing as cooking and sports were some of her favorite activities but her parents and sister wanted her to be in something more efficient and productive. She hoped she didn't seem like a showoff in those subjects though, she had always had a B standard in school since her town was small and didn't have a high standard for education, but athletics were always important they had hundreds of trophies on the walls of the school she had helped win. "When are the sports? And is it competitive?" She asked curiously, not truly wanting to do class or construction.

Lauren grinned, "More than just competitive, the winners receive special materials and benefits. We play capture the flag and paintball alternating each week. It'll be great!" Lauren smiled, "The winners make a list of things they want and the Administration usually gives the stuff to them."

Addilyn smiles and rubs her hands together. "Perfect, I can't wait training has paid off." She said maniacally, then she starts laughing. "That will be fun!"

"I'm looking forward to it," Lauren said with a grin, "Especially to beat the Sedition."

"So are the Sedition the 'thugs' of the Academy?" She asked slowly, then she tilted her head frowning.

"Sandwiches would be good." Khriz suggested.

"Sandwiches we can probably manage without killing anyone." Roxy spoke with a confidance she didn't feel.

"Ehh, so far they seem to be." Lauren said with a shrug, "though, I hope we can all get along eventually."

Addilyn nodded and perked up. "I truly hope we can."

Lauren thought to herself, if we ever escape we'll need their strength to get us out of here. "Anyway, have you ever played paintball before?"

Addilyn nodded excitedly. "Of course! It was like the only thing we had that wasn't in the city!"
