Riyu approached the hut and knocked. She didn't hear anything right away, and nobody responded.

She began to go the complete opposite way from Riyu, calling out for her every few moments as she tried to find Riyu

Riyu waited a moment, sighing as there was still no response. She left and began searching, though she wouldn't head in the same direction as Axel.

She continued to try to find Riyu, worried for her

Eventually, Riyu happened upon Axel, though she only appeared as a bat. Of course, a bat during daylight hours could only ever be a vampire. She flew down, making bat sounds.

She looked up at the bat "Riyu! Finally! You don't need to be wandering off, you scared me"

[SoulStealer]

Riyu turned human. "I protect my pack." Was all she said, shaking her head. She hadn't found her friend, and feared the worst.

"You didn't find him?" She guessed, voice soft and worried, she looked tired from wandering the forest that whole time, but she was focused on finding Riyu's friend

She shook her head. "Nope. We'd be better off looking in the morning, instead of now." She glanced at the sky. "It's almost 5pm."

She nodded "Hey" She said in a soft voice "I'm sure nothing's happened"

Riyu whined, a surprising sound for her human form. "We can only hope."

She suddenly swayed a bit on her feet

Eiyu tilted her head. "You good?" She asked, tone worried. She put a hand gently on Axel's shoulder to steady her.

She nodded, giving a reassuring smile "Yup, fine" She said

She frowned but lowered her hand. "We should head back. Search when there's more light out. It's already... it's already getting dark..." Riyu's tone darkened and the girl turned away from Axel. It was a half moon- a dangerous time for vampires.

"Are you okay?" She asked, A small frown forming on her lips

"Yeah, fine." Riyu replied, not looking at Axel. She began making her way towards the pack, and by extention towards her house. The house wasn't a home by any means, but it kept her away from the greater population on nihts like these.

She wasn't sure if she was supposed to follow, she swayed on her feet again, stumbling and somehow tripping and ending on the ground

Riyu heard Axel fall and turned, going back for the other girl. She knelt and offered her a hand. "It's settled. I'm carrying you," she retracted her hand before axel could take it and turned into her wolf form. This time, the transformation hurt but she did not cry out or flinch.
