There are a number of pokemon and structures that are affiliated and associated with the guild, but these guys are your fellow guildmates.
Most legendary heroes met their end during the war, but there are a few that managed to survive the war. Here's just a few of them. Keep in mind that I'm using the more archaic definition of hero, which is basically just a really powerful warrior. They don't necessarily need to be a good person.
Name: Rio
Appearance:
Rio can almost always be seen in some sort of brightly colored outfit, it apparently helps people keep their eyes on her while she dances.
Species: Maractus
Sex: Female
Age: Young Adult
Ability: Water Absorb
Moves: Giga Drain, Synthesis, Sweet Scent, Sucker Punch
Position and/or Rank: Bronze 5
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Rio is, in a word, passionate. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does, whether it be performance, battle, or even just casual conversation. She's animated, and full of life, but unfortunately, spending all that energy can sometimes leave her both mentally and physically exhausted.
Bio: Rio comes from a far off land known as Vander. Savahara is a large desert city within Vander, known for its breathtaking canyons and its lively history of theatrics. Rio herself tried to make it big in the dancing scene out of a love for the act itself, and to bring joy to those who were affected by the Oblivion War. After hearing about a guild hall built by a legendary hero in a far off land, Rio made her way there, partly for the glory and prestige of being employed by such a hero, and partly because of the idea of traveling the world seemed exciting to her. She hasn't quite perfected the local language, but she's getting there.

Name: Temperance. Goes by Tempie.
Appearance:
Tempie likes to gesture with her ribbons while she talks, which, at a distance, looks a little funny.
Species: Sylveon
Sex: Female
Age: Young Adult
Ability: Cute Charm
Moves: Charm, Draining Kiss, Light Screen, Sand Attack
Position and/or Rank: Front gate guard
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Tempie herself is a loud, boisterous sort, and is always on the move, which usually ends up leaving her brother in the dust. Far more socially adept than her brother, she mainly handles the talking for the two. Not that Astram really had much of a choice in the first place.
Bio: Sister to Astram, the two have been near inseparable since birth, and do nearly everything together. Having lost their parents in the war and being raised by a foster family, the pair decided to join the adventuring guild, so that they could save others from misfortune and help those who lost those closest to them in the war.
Tempie spends most of her off time using her social skills to gather information from around Mandalay, ranging from rumors and local gossip, to rescue requests and stories of recent exploits from traveling pokemon. Tempie will often point those in need to Songstream Hall where they can put in requests, or if the request is small enough, she'll try to complete it herself, or with the help of her brother.

Species: Umbreon
Sex Male
Age: Young Adult
Ability: Synchronize
Moves: Moonlight, Assurance, Double Team, Confuse Ray
Position and/or Rank: Front gate guard.
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Astram himself is a far more studious and detail oriented sort than his sister. While both of the siblings have an education, Astram went on to get a higher education, or at least what qualifies as one, given the state of the world. Astram usually handles anything that requires more thought and patience than Temperance is able to muster. Which is a lot of things, to say the least.

Having lost their parents in the war and being raised by a foster family, the pair decided to join the adventuring guild, so that they could save others from misfortune and help those who lost those closest to them in the war.
Astram in his down time often tutors those who cannot afford schooling, and for those in higher education who just need that extra little bit of help. His advice and wisdom is also often valued by Kick and his associates in matters such as finances and planning.

Name: Pandora
Appearance:
Pandora wears a light purple bandana around her head, which is decorated with golden stars and cresent moons.
Species: Absol
Sex: Female
Age: Young Adult
Ability: Super Luck
Moves: Future Sight, Detect, Night Slash, Hex
Position and/or Rank: Silver 1
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Pandora is a curious sort, and that often times gets her into bouts of trouble, whether by wandering off the beaten path into the middle of nowhere, or by hunting after vague sighting of things that appear within her crystal ball, many of of which don't end up being very exciting. She also can be very superstitious, on one instance she even stayed in her room for an entire day, not even accepting food or water after a particularly bad nightmare.
Bio: Pandora thinks she was born near what is now called The Vale of Twilight, but is uncertain. What she does know is that most of her childhood was spent studying local legends, reading star charts, and learning from the traveling nomad group she lived with. Pandora eventually found an interest in Divination, and decided to have many psychic type pokemon teach her what they could, and even tried to learn from followers of Dialga.
Studying for a few years on this topic, she used her crystal ball to help passing parties locate lost objects, lost pokemon, tell fortunes, and even predict the weather. One night, however, while gazing into her ball like usual, images of the guild hall appeared, and she made her way there, not questioning was she believes is her destiny.

Name: Squegg
Appearance:
Squegg has little idea what exactly "fashion" is, and basically just walks around as-is.
Species: Trapinch
Sex: Male
Age: Adolescent
Ability: Sheer Force
Moves: Bite, Sand Attack, Dig, Flail.
Position and/or Rank: Bronze 3
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Lazy is just one of many words that people would use to describe Squegg, with another being stubborn. Once his mind is set on something, there's little you can do to stop him. His one motivator, however, is food. Seemingly having a bottomless stomach, Squegg can be kept motivated with a steady supply of snacks. Or at least the promise of snacks.
Bio: Many would describe Squegg as a little "slow", both mentally and physically. Being the youngest current member of the guild, Squegg mainly handles putting up posters, recording stock, and otherwise doing the bare minimum required.
Despite his shortcomings, many also can attest to Squegg's immense physical prowess, known to be able to destroy boulders several times his size with just a couple of bites. Kick often says that he could probably be halfway through silver at this point if he just showed some initiative and commitment.

Species: Audino
Sex: Female
Age: Middle-aged
Ability: Healer
Moves: Healing Pulse, Hyper Voice, Heal Bell, Safeguard
Position and/or Rank: Guild Medic/Doctor
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Anyone and everyone who's met Libra would describe her as "motherly". Always looking over her guildmates, doing everything she can to make sure everyone is happy and healthy. Some may find her to be a little overbearing with her constant doting, but she tries to take that to heart to improve herself.
Bio: Libra and Kick know each other from the Oblivion War, Libra having saved Kick's life a number of times, and providing care for many of his old war buddies. After the war, however, after the war, Libra spent many of her years at a trauma center, helping victims of the war. Despite the love from her patients and their families, Libra felt isolated. Like she could do more.
A few years later, Libra would hear tales of a familiar Blaziken rounding up would-be heroes to help rebuild the world in their own little way down in Mandalay. Libra decided this would be her opportunity to do more. To help those who need it the most.

Species: Bunneary
Sex: Female
Age: Adolescent
Ability: Run Away
Moves: Frustration, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Low Kick
Position and/or Rank: Scout/ Silver 2
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Having spent little time in civilization, Penny doesn't mess around. She gets to the point without wasting any time. She doesn't pick up on social cues very well, and she doesn't often understand figures of speech. One thing you can count on however, is that Penny is fiercely protective of her allies, and will insure that no man is left behind.
Bio: A war orphan, Penny only ever knew the wilderness. She had to learn to live on her own from an early age, hunting and foraging for survival. She spent many years with little contact of civilization, mostly only trading with the occasional traveling merchant.
One day, however, Penny's life would be saved by none other than Kick and Libra, and as since pledged her service to the two. Once the war was over, she spent her time with Libra, learning battlefield medicine in conjunction with her own survival skills. Once Libra left to go to Mandalay, Penny followed after, serving as a scout for the guild.

Name: Hector
Appearance:
Hector occasionally likes to wear as small chef's hat over his horn, but has a hard time getting it off.
Species: Heracross
Sex: Male
Age: Middle-aged
Ability: Guts
Moves: Brick Break, Counter, Horn Attack, Endure
Position and/or Rank: Guild Cook and Stock inspector
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Hector lives his life by a simple motto: "Do what you can with what you have". He always seems to be in a relaxed mood, and worries seem to roll off of him. While this relaxed nature might make him seem lazy, he's actually extremely detail oriented, always making sure everything is of high quality, and it tip-top shape.
Bio: Born many years before the war in Mandalay, Hector lived his life like many other commoners. He was expected to live like many others: Go to school, get a job, have a couple of kids, get old and die. Just like so many others. Hector however, had different plans. Hector wanted to be a world renowned chef. He wanted to travel the world, tasting and making all the different foods the world had to offer.
He started as a lowly chef in an unnamed restaurant, and even tried getting into culinary school in hopes that one day, he'd be able to rival the best of the best. Of course, all that came crashing down once the war started. Though, in a sense, Hector did technically get his wish. He did end up traveling the world, though it was mostly for survival, rather than tasting food. And most of the time, all his cooking was for soldiers, not paying customers at a fancy restaurant.
Once the war was over, Hector returned to Mandaly, trying to do what he could to rebuild. And once he got word that a guild hall was being built by a legendary hero, he decided that there would be a good place to spend his remaining years. If he couldn't explore the world, maybe the world would come to him?

Name: Kick
Appearance:
Age has certainly taken its toll on Kick, reducing his muscle mass and the intensity of his fires, but he still likes to wear his old red headband. He also has a number of visible scars, particularly around his legs.
Species: Blaziken
Sex: Male
Age: Old. In human years, Kick would be in his late 50's.
Ability: Speed Boost
Moves: Blaze Kick, Flamethrower, Low Sweep, Swords Dance.
Occupation: Guild Leader
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Perhaps the very embodiment of optimism, Kick does his best to make the most out of any situation. His cheer is said to be infectious, and nobody can be sad for long around him. It's said that his unshakable attitude is what has helped him resist true despair during the Oblivion War.
Bio: Born many years before the war in Mandalay, Kick tried to make his name known as a musician, making music for all the world to hear. He formed a band of a few other fire types, known only as The Red Hot Cheri Berries. The Red Hot Cheri Berries enjoyed quite the success, featuring in places from their hometown of Mandalay, the oasis city of Savahara, and even scoring a huge even at Starfall Bay that ended up getting one of their songs known all around the world.
Unfortunately, the Oblivion War cut Kick's dream life short. As the world seemed to be coming to an end, Kick knew he couldn't let that happen, and joined up with those who fought to prevent the world's destruction. There were a number of banners to fight under, but eventually he decided on fighting with Jirachi, under the banner of the Starlight Brigade.
Kick would fight for over seven years under the Starlight Brigade, and he would quickly rise through the ranks due to a natural talent for fighting and leadership. Eventually, Jirachi would reward Kick's status and accomplishments with a Mega Stone, only further improving his status.
Kick's defining achievement would be leading the charge on the lair of Entei and Raikou, defeating them in an ambush, and gaining a strategic foothold that would eventually turn the tide of the war.
After the war was over, Kick would return to his war-torn hometown of Mandalay. Helping to rebuild, he acted as a sort of governor for the town. But something kept gnawing at him in the back of his mind. The war was over, but there were still an innumerable number of pokemon out there that still needed help. Pokemon that needed rescuing. And as his eyes fell on the ruins of Songstream Hall, the place where he made his debut, he was struck by an epiphany.
Kick would put Songstream Hall back together, all the while gathering new recruits and old friends to form a rescue team guild, to send help far and wide to all corners of the world. Two years have passed since then, and now it's time for a new generation to take the field, and start a new age of hope.
Appearance:
Age has certainly taken its toll on Kick, reducing his muscle mass and the intensity of his fires, but he still likes to wear his old red headband. He also has a number of visible scars, particularly around his legs.

Name: Rockheart the Unbreakable. It was once rumored that this was not his real name, but those who spread that rumor were quickly culled.
Appearance:
Rockheart has a curious lack of any chips, scars, or dents despite making his career as a warmonger. Some say used his immense wealth to have them healed or removed, while others say he used a darker power to remove them. Rockheart is also usually seen wearing some form of jewelry or gold, likely as a way to display his wealth.
Species: Aggron
Sex: Male
Age: Adult
Ability: Rock Head
Moves: Head Smash, Iron Head, Earthquake, Aqua Tail.
Occupation: Bandit King
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Proud and arrogant, Rockheart demands loyalty and respect from all those around him. Those who do not suffer his wrath. He believes in might above all else, and loves to make displays of power to both instill fear in those around him, and impress potential allies.
Bio: Rockheart was a common bandit before the war broke out, but that quickly changed. Once Dunescar was plummeted into chaos, Rockheart took the opportunity to please the pokemon Giratina by assassinating the previous king, and taking the throne. Now in direct control of the country, the once neutral Dunescar now fought for chaos and destruction.
Rockheart's efforts would be rewarded by Giratina by letting keep whatever he could take from his conquests. Rockheart would amass money, power, concubines, political influence, and is even said to have a collection of mega stones.
After the war, Rockheart seems to be more interested in his wealth and women than actually running the country. The place is an absolutely lawless wasteland, and many of his bastard children roam the lands, hated for their mere existence. Rockheart has even gotten to the point of branding his own children by carving the letter "R" into their flesh, scarring them with the symbol for all of their wretched lives.

Name: Sting. Was known as Steelskin during his mercenary days.
Appearance:
The first thing you'll notice about Sting is his fake leg. It looks convincing from a distance away, but a closer inspection will reveal its artificial nature. Sting's eyes also occasionally glance in random directions in a paranoid tic.
Species: Scizor
Sex: Male
Age: Middle-aged
Ability: Technician
Moves: Bullet Punch, X-Scissor, Swords Dance, Night Slash
Occupation: Hermit
Equipment: N/A
Personality: Sting was once a proud, vigilant man who sought glory on the battlefield, and defending those who could afford his rates. Nowadays however, Sting is a mere shell of his former self. He is a reclusive Hermit, said to jump at shadows, and talk to those who aren't there.
Bio: Born in Wude, Sting worked as a mercenary for most of his early adult life, earning a name for himself as a warrior, winning many colluseum tournaments and even scoring a few gigs as a bodyguard with a couple of high profile clients. However, there was one client he remembered more than the others.
It was a child, with nothing to their name, and nobody to call family. Another victim of the Oblivion War. The child offered all they had in order to be escorted to the next city, or at the very least, somewhere safer. What actually ended up happening however, is that Sting would take on and raise the child as his own.
This of course, meant that the child would have to learn to fight and survive. Years would go by, the parent and child duo taking jobs, earning a living fighting and defending. Eventually, the child was no longer a child, but a young adult, ready to take on the world, the two making a nearly unstoppable duo.
But one fateful day, a mission went south. A small squadron of soldiers led by none other than Landorus was terrorizing a nearby hamlet. Sting, his child, and all the villagers fought with all their might, but it was all for naught. Every last villager fell, as well as Sting's adoptive child. In a fit of rage, Sting managed to kill Landorus, and the remainder of his soldiers, but suffered a permanent injury, losing one of his legs.
After the battle, Sting disappeared to an unknown location. There are rumors he lives in a tall mountain somewhere in Wude, and on the rare occasion he can be seen in civilized areas, he is extremely evasive and unsociable.
Appearance:
The first thing you'll notice about Sting is his fake leg. It looks convincing from a distance away, but a closer inspection will reveal its artificial nature. Sting's eyes also occasionally glance in random directions in a paranoid tic.
"Don't need a medal for all the men we kill."
