Hey, I'm Valley, a guy in my mid-20s eager to get back into roleplaying. I've been into roleplaying for most of my life, but I only discovered this forum recently. I just saw the Dune movies and the new X-Men 97 show, and they really left an impression on me. I'm really keen on teaming up with someone to create a game. I want to focus on building a rich world and crafting a dramatic and complex story within a sci-fi setting.
Just to give you a heads up, I'm open to exploring romance in our game, but I prefer MxM pairings as that's where I feel most comfortable. As for any smut preferences, let's chat about those specifics in private. Regardless, I prioritize story over any smut content. While romance can be a central focus, I prefer keeping the focus on storytelling rather than smut. As for style, I'm looking for casual to advanced players who can craft nice paragraphs that propel the story forward.
About scenarios, we can discuss this according to your preferences. I would love to play a "World of Edena" kind of story, where we explore different planets with our little spaceship, just to see these beautiful outer worlds. We could also play a more Dune-esque story with a strong political plot. I'm also really into X-Men right now and would love to play a scenario in which mutants are hated and have to hide their powers from society. This could be a slice-of-life kind of game focused on this dramatic aspect. Or even play a "Detroit: Become Human" story with ultra-advanced robots.
