She would, but gender roles are pretty heavy in Alegasiai(i'm assuming from the lack of female knights) and since Irina doesn't fit into the stereotypical female mold she doesn't see how she could be a wife. Kind of like real life, actually lol. x] Irina is breaking barriers hehe.

I was actually intending alot for Irina to break the barriers of gender positions, but I wouldn't go as far to say she believes herself to be a man. More-so she wishes to find equality. I would somewhat say she has some mild feminist qualities about her. Anywho, will have post up soon.

Ohh. I wasn't trying to imply that Irina wants to be a man, I was only saying since she doesn't fit into the normal gender roles of their society which is why Crystal was confused in the first place about saying she'd make a good wife. A good wife or just a woman in general probably, cooks, clean, raise kids, stay at home, wear frilly dresses and not do anything that might be considered masculine at all. Of course I don't think this way in real life, so I hope I didn't offend you with that post.

You didn't offend me lol! *pats Sailor* I see where you're getting to actually and I have to agree Irina doesn't fit into the specified mold for a more refined lady, but I wouldn't flat out say she's uber masculine since I do try to keep some more feminine qualities within her character as well. I didn't really say you were implying Irina wanted to be a dude, I was just stating I wouldn't really go that far with her character. My personal view on gender roles is about the same as I view that there shouldn't be any boundary to if a woman wanted to do something a man usually does.
