Jack laughed a little when she said that she remember something and kissed her again. "yes it is a very good step taht I hope will lead to many more memories for you." He said with a smile and hugged her tight as he soon heard foot steps and sighed. "Jusding by those footsteps is my niece trying to sneak into my room while we talk." He said with a small giggle as Chloe got to the door and Jack snickered as he went to the area and Chloe opened the door to see Eva but not Jack. "huh where is uncle jackie?" She asked loking around and Jack slowly closed the door and grabbed her. "Got you Chloe." He siad as she screeched and laughed at the same time while Jack picked her up and hugged her.

Eva giggled kissed him and hugged him back smiling. She heard the footsteps and chuckled when Chloe walked in "I don't know where he is love" she smiled as jack got her and sat on the bed watching them. "Your so good with kids, Chloe you wanna watch a movie now?" She smiled

Chloe laughed and hugged her uncle all happy and smiled at Eva. "Yay movie time." She said with a big smile on her face and Jack laughed. "I swear you are just to cute Chloe." He said as Chloe got off his lap and smield at the two as Jack place his arm around Eva and kissed her cheek. "Come on lets go down stairs and watch a movie, well I already know what the birthday girl wants to watch." He said as Chloe ran down and grabbed the movie Frozen. Jack helped Eva up and lead her down stairs as his mother put the movie Frozen into the Dvd player.

Eva laughed and leaned against jack and headed down stairs. She sat on the couch next to him and put her feet under her and leaned against his shoulder and kissed his cheek. She rested her head on his chest and arms around his waist and her other hand held his watching the movie. She fell asleep part way through tired.

Jack smiled at Eva as she pretty much glued herself to him and he did not mind at all for he really liked it a lot. He held her tight as the movie played but he did the same thing as her and pretty much passed out while laying on the couch with her on his chest while they slept. Chloe had saw them fast asleep and giggled at it as Jack's mother took a picture of the two fast asleep so she could tease her son with the picture when he wakes up later.

Eva woke up hearing her phone rang and got up and went to answer it. She stepped outside and answered "hello... No I was asleep... Wait what happened?... Is he okay should I come home?... Alright ya let me book a flight bye" she went back inside holding back tears and asked jack mum "do you have a computer I can use? I need to book a flight home?" She whispered to not wake jack

Jack's mother looked at Eva worried. "Why do you need to book a flight home so soon from what Jack told us you two barely meet each other two days ago." She said to her as her son was still asleep not knowing what was going on and Chloe had dozed off. "Whats going on with what I hear about Eva needing to go home so soon." Jack's father said as he walked out to the two ladies.

"Oh no it has nothing to do with jack I just got a cal my father had a heart attack again I bed to see he is okay" Eva whispered to them both and looked at jack still asleep knew she had to wake him to tell him she would be leaving for a few days.

"Well alright just make sure to tell Jack what is going on knowing him if you don't.....well best not to think about it." Jack's mother said as she lead her to the computer and typed in the password so she could use it. "There you go dear you are all set let us know when you are done." Jack's mother explained as she went to go clean the kitchen.

"I will promise" Eva followed her and sat at the comp and looked up flights seeing the earlier one is at midnight tonight. She got her ticket and walked back to the living room and sat next to jack and stroked his cheek softly "Jackie wake up we have to gol"

Jack woke up stretching. "What are you talking about Eva.....Go where what is going on?" He asked while rubbing his eye a little as his mother walked over and gave him coffee to wake him up and he drank it. "Wait why am I drinking coffee its night time?" He asked and his mother was going to let Eva explain it as she told him to drink it and he obeyed his mother annoyed that he was drinking coffee now.

Eva sat back and wiped her eyes tears about to form. "I have to fly home love. My dad a second heart attack I already have a ticket my flight leave at midnight" she said softly looking at him

Jack was shocked with what he had just heard. He did not want her to go but he could not keep her from her father. "Alright." He said as he looked at his watch. "Lets get back to the dorm so you can pack some clothes and hurry over to the airport." He said as he finished his coffee as he got up and grabbed his keys. "Tell Chloe sorry but had to leave." He said to his mother and she nodded as she gave her son a hug before he went to Eva. "Come on lets go." He said as he took her to the truck.

Eva nodded and wave bye to his parents then got in the truck heading to the dorm. She looked at him took his hand "I'm sorry I have to go it just for a few days, I hope your not mad" tears fell.

"I am more shocked and don't want you to go but family is more important just be safe while you are hime and just come back safely also and hope your dad is ok." He said as he drove them back to the dorms and helped her get packed. "Good thing mom gave me coffee I am wide awake now." He said as he made another cup real fast just so he will make sure to stay awake while driving. "Alright let me know when you are ready and we can get going."

Eva nodded and packed a bag and came back to him in the kitchen and wrapped her arms around his neck. "I love you Jackie I will be back in two days I won't ever leave you I promise" she kissed him softly tears fell

Jack wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her back. "Please don't cry Eva its not forever or years like last time and being there for your dad is more important." He said to her as he wiped her tears away. "And don't worry the necklace I gave you will help you feel close to me." He said and got an idea and took her cellphone and kissed her lips using her phone to take a picture. "Here now you have a picture of us together." He said with a smile. "Now come on lets get you to the airport." He said as he took her bag and went to put it in the truck.

Eva smiled and wiped her eyes held the necklace "yes you will always be close" she kissed him smiling as he took the picture and looked at it. "I love it" she got in the truck and they headed to the airport. Once they got there she hugged him and kissed him "I love you" she turned and got on the plane an sat down texted him "two days babe I love you" then sat back and Waite for the plane to leave

Jack was glad she loved the picture and once there at the airport he kissed her bye and gave her one more hug before watching Eva head into the airport. He got into his truck and started to leave when he got the text and smiled at it while at a red light and quickly answered. "I will be counting the day love." He said and sent it to her and put his phone away just in time for the light to turn green and started to drive but as he started to drive someone who ran the red T-boned him hard causing his truck to flip and the last thing he heard before loosing consciousness was sirens from an ambulance and police cars but also was thinking about Eva.

Eva had no idea abou the accident and went home saw her father and hung with her family telling them about jack. She left home two days later and flew back and sat at the airport waiting calling jack but no answer. She got up and took a taxi back to their dorm and there was no sign. She remember where his parents lived and took a taxi there and knocked on the door "hello jacks parents it's Eva is jack here? He wasn't at the airport or the dorm is he okay?" She was really worried
