Jack got up as Lily ran out and saw Eva pick up the little girl and smiled at the two and listen to the two but freaked when she got mad about when she heard the foster care thing. "Yeah that is making me curious I may have found out but maybe you should have held onto her instead of foster care I have heard of those places they wanted Chloe to go to one of those but my parents were against that for they do nothing but take the money and do the bare minimum." He said looking at them. "Now explain this you told Eva that Lily would stay here until she made a choice unless you were lying and if so I have half a mind for suing this company especially if Lily was harmed." He said angry looking very serious.

Lily held tighter onto Eva and cried "Eva look what they did" as showed her a bruise a nasty black and blue one on her arm. Eva angry gasped and in a soft voice "it okay sweetie I will fix it it okay I'm here you won't ever get hurt like this" she showed jack and looked at the lady. "How the heck did this happen? Why was she in a foster home?"
The lady spoke "now listen we going to keep her here but a nice lady said they could take her where she can play with other kids for the night. They said she wasn't listening about having candy and went to grab a candy bar so they grabbed her"
"They grab her and give her a bruise it child abuse. She shouldn't of been there you should of called and asked me or the aunt. Expect lawyers showing up tomorrow. Jackie let go"
Eva turned and carried lily out and set her in the car and handed her a drink then shut the door looked at jack pissed and tears fell. "How could they do this? I'm so pissed Jackie I want to go back in their and yell at them and kick their ass"

Jack got angry. "You should have kept your promise still by keeping her here then it would not have happen and they should not have grabbed her this hard to leave a bruise just because she was going into the candy jar that is insane she is just a kid, kids do that stuff its not something to get mad about and hurt the child for." He said very pissed off at the people that worked here. "And don't think their will not be lawyers here cus I am going to have some lawyer from my family also." He said as they left the place and got in the car and drove off. "My guess they got lazy and it must have cost money to keep her there and rather have her pawned off to someone else don't worry we will sue them for this." jack said not happy with this.

Lily had fallen asleep and Eva parked at the airport face in hands crying. "I told them I would call I just needed to think and talk to you. It not that hard to watch a child. Jackie did you see her arm we should get it check to make sure it isn't broken" she looked at lily in the back then at jack "I want them shut down and the foster system she shouldn't of gone through that especially over a candy bar"

Jack looked at her and hugged her tight when the car stopped. "Its ok Eva we will sue them for everything they did and for lying to you because they could not it themselves." he said as he held her tight for he did see the poor girls arm it was bad. "Eva we can sue them but in every state and city has foster care and its the industries job to check up on it and make sure they are not doing stuff like this but sometimes they can't all figure it out the people who sometimes run the foster home do their best to show the people what they want but once the door close their true colors show but I don;t think this was over a candy bar at all that bruise to to bad it can't e caused by someone grabbing her." He said looking back at Lily. "I think we better take her to the hospital now I want her arm checked out now."

Eva held onto him right and looked lily worried about her. She kissed him and nodded "ya let take her now before we go home" she started the car and drove to the hospital and carried lily in and checked her in and waited in the waiting to hear how the ex rays went. She paced and the doctor came out "well lily arm is broken but not from someone grabbing her, someone intentially bent her arm. We want her to stay overnight so she can rest peacefully and get the results back of other abuse"
Eva gasped and tears fell "you mean like sexually abuse?" She stumbled back and fell to the ground pissed and upset started crying in her hands.

Jack was really worried about Lily for no little girl should have suffered this kind of life especially in a foster home. He did the best to help calm Eva's nerves but it was not easy since it involved little Lily. He called his parents to let him know that he wanted to file a lawsuit against the foster family and the social service that allowed this to happen. When he heard the news about Lily's arm he knew it for this kind of injury he has seen on a few of his friends that ran into abuse. When Eva stumbled and fell to the ground he bent down and hugged her tight. "Its ok Eva lets hope she did not suffer that kind of abuse and if they did I will have that lady arrested for child trafficking that lead to child molesting I promise." He said to her and hugged her tight. "Now come on we need to be strong for Lily now if she sees you like this she will only be scared and worried you need to let her know that we are here for here every step of the way and that we will remain strong."

Eva cried into jack chest holding on tight. She looked at him "I should of come sooner. I should of flew in last night maybe it wouldn't of happened if it did" she held onto him worried about lily and what it will do to her mentally and emotionally. "I want to go to court and sue them" she nodded and stood wiped her eyes. "Your right we need to be strong for her. Let's go see her" Eva held his hand and walked in the room seeing lily asleep and layed on the bed and held her as she slept looked at jack.

jack felt bad for her but he knew this could not be predicted but the protective services should have been more careful with who they let do foster care but most of the time they are not good. "We will sue them eva the should not have let this happen to a child at all and they should have kept their promise about keeping her not to go into a foster home." He said as he looked at Lily as she slept peacefully and had her cast on. He kissed Eva's forehead. "Eva I will be right back I want to go down to the gift shop and get Lily something." He said as she smiled at Eva and hugged her before he went down and was going to get Lily a stuff toy but he was calling his family lawyer telling him what had happen and basically saying Lily was like his daughter so his lawyer was going to take the case as a favor to Jack's older dead brother. Jack got Lily a cute tiger with a ballon that said to get well soon. He then came ack with it and placed the stuff tiger in sleeping Lily's arms and tucked her in a little more.

"Okay love thank you" Eva held lily and stroked her hair wishing she could kick someone ass for this. She smiled when jack came back and hug lily tighter and reached her hand over held jack hand smiled "it cute thank you honey I love you" she yawned and looked at lily not wanting to sleep incase she needed her and in case the lady show up she wanted to protect lily.

Jack held Eva's hand back with a soft smile on his face. "Everything will be alright now I called our family doctor that was friends with my brother and he is going to help us sue the foster home and the protective services." He said with a smile on his face hoping it would ease her worry. "And I am glad you like it, just hope Lily likes the ballon too, and I love you too." He said with a smile and noticed she was tired but he was not. "Get some sleep Eva I am not tired I slept most of the flight here so I am wide awake but you need sleep." He said as he kissed her hand. "Don't worry I will protect you and Lily no matter what."

"I'm glad they will help thank you" Eva smiled and layed her head on the pillow holding lily close. "I'm sure she will love it honey" she nodded and closed her eyes held his hand tight "if the doctor show up wake me love you Jackie" she fell asleep

Jack smiled at Eva as she placed her head on the pillow and held Lily close to her. "I will no worries now get some rest love." He said as he placed the blanket over both of the girls to keep them nice and warm. He looked at the two as they slept and had a smile on his face as he took his phone out and took a picture of the two fast asleep and made it is phone's wallpaper. He smiled at the pic then at the two girls and hope that all the abuse Lily had been through was just a broken arm and nothing else.

The doctor walks in and smiled at Eva and lily sleeping. He look at jack "alright I got the results and she is lucky she did not get sexually abused" he smiled and handed him paperwork "here are some papers you should look at about suing foster homes and the lady I figure you would want that"

Jack sighed with relief when he heard that Lily was not sexually abused and took the papers. "Thanks I will send this to the lawyer I hired he is going to take on this case it may take a few years but I want to at least get the lady who did this to Lily shut down first then work on the other foster homes that have also caused this kind of pain maybe even worst." He said and looked at Eva for even though Eva told him to wake her up when the doctor came she looked to peaceful and she was stressed out enough at what had happen to Lily and this is good news that Lily only suffered a broken arm. "What I don't get is the protective system turned a blind eye when I looked at the bruise I can obviously tell that is not caused from being grabbed like the lady claimed I thought those people would be smart." He said frustrated how protective services have gotten lazy and not caring anymore.

"I'm not sure they are not good here. I seen more kids come from fosters homes in here with bruises like lily and it sometime being grabbed or fell what they claim. If she or you any of you need anything let me know" the doctor left
Eva turned her head and coughed sat up looked at lily asleep and smiled then look at jack. "What the doctor say?" She whispered and covered lily more and sat on the edge so she could hold jack hand.

Jack looked at at Eva as she sat up. "Good news Lily was not sexually abused and gave me paper work on suing the lady and the other foster homes turns out he is always getting kids from foster homes that are similar o Lily." Jack said as he looked at Lily and held Eva's hand. "But Lily is now good to come home with us and I am going to give these papers to our lawyer and hopefully we can win this."

Eva breathed out happy and sat on his lap put her face in his neck. "Thank god I don't know what I would of done if she was, you would have to break me out of a mental institution" she chuckled at the last part. She kissed his cheek and held his hand "when she wake we will go to the airport and go home. I hope we win this"

Jack smiled at Eva as she palced her face in his neck and was glad to see her smiled a little after finding out the good news. "I think that is a good idea the soon we leave the better honestly." He said as he patted Lily's head as the little one slept. "And my parents can't wait to see her also." He said and wrapped his arm around Eva and held her tight.

Eva smiled and kissed him deeply. "I can't wait to go home and cuddle with you and lily" she hugs him
Lily wake up and sits up "mommy where are we?"
Eva turns and smiles goes over take lily in her arms "the hospital love but don't worry your okay were going home"
"Daddy to?" Lily asks. Eva looks at jack and smiles "daddy to" and goes over to him with lily and lily wrap both her arms around them hugging them.
Eva smiles at jack in the hug "I love you"
