Eva cried and did more pushes and a baby boy came out crying. The doctor handed the baby to jack. "There is you son" Eva panted sweating smiled exhausted "our son" she cried felt more pain
The doctor looked "oh I see another one. Push again Eva"
Eva cried "it hurt!" She push and layed back in the pillows panting
"A girl you guys have twins" the doctor felt the girl heart beat decreasing and handed the baby to the nurse and told her to put a iv in the baby and put it in a incubator and check it temperature
Eva sat up a bit in pain "w what going on? What wrong with my baby?" She asked panicking didn't want to lose one kid
"Don't worry her heart rate drop a bit most likely cause she got pushed in the back by her brother were just taking precautions" the doctor said
"Jack. The baby" Eva whispered and her eyes closed pass out from blood loss and they had to wheel her into surgery.
"Don't worry she will be fine jack just watch your son" the doctor said running to surgery

Jack smiled as their son was born and held him in his arms but got concern when Eva felt more pain and heard there was another one that made him really shocked that there was another baby in her. "Twins a boy and a girl?!" He said shocked at that but was very happy but got concern when they placed her in the incubator and explained why she was being placed in there.
He mainly freaked when Eva passed out. "Eva!" He said worried and watched her get rolled to surgery. He was upset that the doctor was not telling him the full story. He watched the love of his life get rolled off and his daughter in an incubator. He looked at his son and hug him. "Please let my wife and daughter be alright I do not want to lose them and nor do I want my son to lose his mother and twin sister." He said as he spent time with his son and waited for word about his wife and daughter and for his parents to bring their adopted kids.

An hour later the doctor came and said Eva lost a lot of blood and she just need rest and time to heal and she is fine. His daughter heart beat went back up and brought her in for him to hold. They rolled Eva back in and she is still out but going to be fine.
The twins sleeping cooed.

jack was so glad to see that Eva and his baby girl was safe and sound. Once they came into the room Jack held both of the twins in his arms and smiled at them as they slept. 'Well one thing is for sure we are holding off on having any more kids for a very long time." Jack said with a smile and his parents finally arrived with Lilly and Chloe. Jack told them to be quiet for mommy and their baby brother and sister were fast asleep. "Oh Jack twins I thought you were only having a boy." His mother said. "yeah the doctor believes she was hiding behind her brother when they did the ultra sound." Jack said with a smile and let his mother hold one of the twins.

Lily and chola smiled at their siblings and sat quietly. Eva woke up and whimpered "jack baby she twins" she whispered looking at him seeing her son and saw her daughter in jack mom arms and smiled. "Our babies" she tried to sit up but it hurt and whimpered. "It hurt"

Jack looked at Eva and walked over to her. "Eva sweetie just rest you had to go into surgery because of how much blood toy had loss." Jack said to her and had the bed set up to slowly let her sit up in a comfortable way. Then Jacks mother walked over and placed the baby girl in her mother arms. "I will have the nurses come in to give you some pain killers to help dull the pain." He said as he pressed a button to have a nurse come in.

Eva cried seeing her baby and held her smiling happy but pain tears fell. "Oh she is wonderful beautiful" she look at jack "where is is that our son? Can I see him" she asked softly couldn't believe she had twins. "I can't believe it twins, how why did they not see it in ultrasound?" She asked whispering rocking her baby girl

Jack smiled and held their son up to her as he sat on the bed next to her. "The doctors believe that she as hiding behind her brother being shy my guess." He siad with a smile and kissed her forhead. "And our son is right here love they are both perfectly healthy and I am going to have to by more baby stuff now I only had enough for a boy." Jack said worried. "Oh leave that to me sweetie I will buy some clothes to start her off with and buy a crib also your father can put it together before you all can go home." Jack's mother suggested to them. "You sure mom I mean its a lot of money." Jack said to her. "Yes I am sure sweetie its the least we can do for you two as a gift."

Eva smiled seeing her son and stroke his cheek softly. She look at jack mom "really? That is so sweet. Thank you so much" she smiled and kiss her daughter head and her son head. She smiled and felt tired and was in pain a little but didn want to let her baby girl go scared she would lose her like she almost did. She kiss her son head again and stroke his cheek softly so glad to see he is healthy.

Jack smiled and was happy his parents were willing to help them out with this and thanked them. He then smiled at Eva and was glad to see her happy but he knew she was exhausted still. "Eva get some sleep she will be here when you wake up and after you get some rest we will name them and sigh thier birthcertificates." He said to her and kissed her cheek. 'They are not going any where and nothing will happen to them I promise."

Eva held her daughter close and kiss her head and handed her to jack mom and look at jack and nodded. "Don't let them our of your sight. I love you" she whispered and fell asleep.
Lily and Chloe came in and Chloe sat on the bed cuddle close to Eva and closed her eyes to sleep.
Lily stayed back suck her thumb tears fell thinking they wouldn't love her cause she isn't blood related.

Jack smiled at Eva as his mother took the little tiny one. "I love you too sweetie sleep well." He said and laughed when Chloe got in the bed but was wondering why Lily was not getting the bed and looked at her to see her cry. "Lilly sweetie what is the matter?" Jack asked as he walked up to her and bend down to her level and was shocked to see her suck her thumb for he never saw that. "How come you are not up in the bed cuddling with mommy also?" He asked her for he thought she be the first one to jump at it.

"You and mommy have real babies. I no blood. You love them more" lily said tears falling looking at jack and his parents. Eva shifted in bed and whimpered in pain and held Chloe close and slept. Chloe fell asleep in Eva arms.

Jack sighed and gave his son to his father who gladly took him and Jack picked up Lily and held her close. " Lily baby me and mommy love you even though you are not blood related to us at all you are our first sweet little girl that we love with all our hearts." Jack said to Lily and smiled. "Don not think we love you any less now that your baby brother and sister our born sure big changes are going to happen but its normal the twins will get more attention for a while because they can not do the things you and Chloe can do yet they count on us to take care of them but it will not mean we will love you less or not any more we will just love you even more because now we have four children to love and care for." Jack said to her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "But Lily promise me that if you feel like we are not giving you enough attention or anything please come talk to us do not go hide or anything come to us and we will do what we can to fix that ok." He said with a smile.

Lily nodded and hugged jack and kiss his cheek. She held onto him and then pointed to Eva "can I lay with mommy?" She asked
Eva turned and held Chloe and lily close once lily got on the bed with them and slept with her girls.
The babies cooed as they slept in jack parents arms.

Jack smiled at Lily and gave her a big kiss on her cheek. "Of course you can I am sure mommy would like that." He said as he placed her next to Eva and watched then cuddle up being all cute. He was able to get a few pictures of them together before taking his baby girl since he did not really get a chance to hold her.

Lily stirred and opened her eyes smiled seeing lily and Chloe next to her. She kiss their heads and look at jack holding their baby girl. "Any idea on names?" She whispered and saw her son in jack dad arms.

Jack looked at Eva and smiled. "I wanted to call this little one Elsa for i think that is a cute name for her and I keep hearing the let it go son in my head making me think of the name." He said for he has heard that song a million times now. "But. i am not sure about our little guy over here why don't you name him love."

"That is very cute. I love it" Eva smiled and thought about it. "I like William" she said softly stroking the girls hair as they slept. "Are they doing okay? Lily and Chloe?" She was worried they would think they would get to spend a lot of time together.

"William sounds cute I like it." Jack said with a smile and looked at her. "Chloe seemed ok but Lilly did start tearing up thinking we not love her anymore now that we have children, especially a daughter that is out blood but. i told her that we love her still and having two new babies will be time consuming but that we will try to spend time with them and I told her if she started to feel left out or anything to let us know right away." Jack explained.
