But playing as the tutor character, I need some individual tutors for the guardians which will have a good amount of screen time.

None, at the moment. Most people never show interest past being a guardian.
But Artemis (RainDash's subordinate) is more active than Benjamin (my guardian).
Everyone is Vongola, the only difference is going to be the ring you get later.

Well, I guess you can't blame people for not wanting to play as a subordinate. It kind of denotes some sort of inferiority compared to a guardian. If it was a subordinate who had the chance of becoming a guardian, that would be a different story. At least that would at least promise you with some sort of reward in the long run if you work hard enough. Anyway, I guess I'll stop now.
