Ouran High School had a beautiful campus. With it's Western-style buildings and groves of cherry blossom trees, Ouran looked like something straight out of a novel. Even the students looked friendly and well-kept. Yup, everything about the school was everything Fuyuko dreamed.
Except the girl's uniform.
Fuyuko had admired the boy's uniforms when she first toured the campus and had had a male student accompany her on her tour. It was a dashing shade of light blue and paired well with the dark slacks. Yet when she saw the girl's uniform, Fuyuko almost choked. It was a horrid shade of canary yellow and was poofy in all the wrong places. She was fervent in her dislike for the uniform the moment it was sent to her new home in Tokyo, but her grandfather insisted that she wore it. She had come to Japan to have at least a few months where she could choose something for herself and here she was, wearing someone she detested as she waited in the headmaster's office for her class assignments. There was also supposed to be another foreign exchange student like herself starting today, but Fuyuko wondered if she got her facts mixed up. The appointed time to meet was 15 minutes ago and the other student was nowhere to be in sight. Well, it didn't matter that much to the brunette. She was still inwardly tearing up about her uniform. Yellow was so not her color.
