75th Hunger Game! Do you volunteer as tribute?

I decided to make a hunger game rp, the rp will be similiar to the book/movie of Hunger Game.
Well, the rp will split to two timeline, "Before the Game" and "During the Game".
there will be 12 tributes and the rp will end when 11 other tributes are dead.
So, before the game, you guys will be gathered at the training center, get to know each other or make some enemies.
and during the game you guys will fight each other in a arena.
If the rp was going well, maybe i will make 76th hunger game, 77th hunger game...etc(so everyone can get to participate, even previous pariti)
there will be no revolution, yeah.

well these are just simple stuff, will added details thing when i get the OOC up.

Rules

1. No god-modding(I have no weakness!!!! nooo lol)
2. I am the gamemaker(controls things in the arena)
3. Swear is ok, but not too....you know..
4. Romance, sure.

How am I supposed to know if my character is going to die?

Each character are assigned a number, 1 to 12.
When 15 or more posts goes by everytime, I will go to Random.org
and in the little box to the side I will put the minimum number at 1 and the maximum number at 12.
Click 'Generate'. For example it will give the number 9, and the character that was assigned to the number 9 will
have to make his/her character dies within 3 or 4 posts.
If a repeated number was chosen, I will continue to generate a random number until the one that hasn't been chosen before.

Character Sheet

1.Name: (Katniss Everdeen?)
2.Age:
3.Family:(father?mother?are you married?single?)
3.District: (1 to 12, no repeated district please :) )
4.Appearance: (Pictures or words)
5.Strength:(What your character good at?Swimming?Wildness Survival skill?)
6.Weakness:(Everyone have weakness!)
7.Bio/Background:(What's your story before the game?)

So, who's interested?

District 11, 8, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 has chosen it's tribute.

I have been craving a Hunger Games rp, but I have a huge question:

I'm a stat/game girl, and I'm curious as to how this is going to be kept fair with deaths and such. Like, I don't mind if my character dies, but how will it be decided on who wins a fight, who is wounded, who is killed? If you want to toss around some ideas, I'm up for it. :)

Well, actually I thought of something before, but I don't know if this is going to work.

Ok. Before the game, you will 100% be alive and won't die. During the game, you can feel free do decide what your character is going to do. Run away from other tributes, fight with other tributes for ,resources and equipment, etc. ... It is completely up to you. After some random numbers of post in the rp (maybe 15 or 20++ something), I will tag the character/member name and tell them that his/her character will die at the next post, or maybe two more posts etc. So he/she has to think how the character will die. Accident? Killed by someone? Trigger a trap?

Example (A and B was played by different roleplayer):
Tribute A ran away from the centre into the forest. Tribute B ran into the forest too. Somehow they met each other. They talked to each other. Maybe at this point, I will post in the IC and informed them that tribute B will die in the next post. Roleplayer B will have to think of something to make his character die in his next post. Maybe B fell down from a height place and die? A killed B out of the blue? Animals or traps killed B? How the character die is completely up to the roleplayer.

So, I don't know if its a dumb idea. Or you guys don't understand because my grammar, and I suck at English language.

Hivekiller, you're fine. I understand what you're talking about. :) The way of going about it, actually isn't that bad of an idea. It's actually pretty good! I have a suggestion, though. Instead of just choosing a person to die, I would say to assign each character a number 1-12 and then, whenever you're ready, use a random number generator to give you a name. You can even break it up a little if you want.

I'm going to try and lay this idea out in a way it can be easily understood. It won't be very complicated, but explaining it might be. Lol.

Let's say these are five characters in the RP.
Jenn
Rick
Mae
David
Roland

Each character is assigned a number 1-5. This is done randomly.
Jenn - 4
Rick - 1
Mae -2
David - 5
Roland -3

15 posts go by and it is time for something to happen. You go to random.org and in the little box to the side you put the minimum number at 1 and the maximum number at 5. Click 'Generate'. It gives you the number 3. Roland is number 3.

This is where you will let Roland know that he is going to die and he must do so within the next 3 posts.

This is just an idea of keeping it fair without any type of bias. I use random.org a lot, and I love it.

Aww, thank you. It's not much different from yours. It is basically the same, just a different manner of choosing who dies. :) I actually have a HUGE tabletop Hunger Games in the works, in the tabletop section, but it's in hiatus for the time being.

I'm going to get to work on a CS to get to you. :)
