well only mammals nurse. They probably just regurgitate food for them.

Okay so another question. When does Aurora and the babies get swiped? When they ar still in the cave? Or when they go back to Berk?

Probably when they are still in the cave, castiel can ride Toothless back to Berk to get Hiccup.
