Hiccup is Toothless' human and no doubt desired among the dragons. He doesn't like her getting chummy with him.

And he doesn't like that she is in the same class as he. It worries him.

Hehe, its funny cuz I can see her start to think the same thing as time goes on. Thinking him as her human and being all possessive. XD Tooth is not going to like that.

Thats even funnier because she just thinks of him as a mutt haha

Toothless is the proud son of lightning and death itself! He will not tolerate this.
And you know Hiccup is just clueless, he treats all dragons equally.

She'll still just snort at him and think of him as a mutt. XD Shes a stubborn dragon.
And I know he is. He's the first human to actually treat her well so she'd naturally feel possessive over him, whether Toothless is his dragon or not.

lol, to be fair all the dragons feel that way because he saved them from the Green/Red Death and gave them their freedom and generally it just seems he treats them different than the other vikings- less like a mount and more like companions.

That was in the special. I think in the second movie he has it rigged so Toothless can fly on his own if wants. But Toothless likes it when him and Hiccup fly in sync- for whatever reason.
