Rolling for Information on Goblins I am not quite sure how 7s on int checks work. If it is that I can ask only question than my question is: Are goblins inherently evil.

That's subjective, if you believe the common folk, Goblins are evil creatures that sneak into your home and steal your children to make into stews. If you believe Goblins, they're a proud indigenous species with a short life cycle, they do what they must to survive. If you are asking your religion, it's up to you to make the decision of whether or not you consider Goblin's as a whole evil or not. If you can't figure it out, ask a cleric.
