We have not decided on Keyblades but Althea can have one too. Just don't have a reason why she would have one. Why do certain people have keyblade again?

And yeah, the Gaang fought the Heartless before.

I think it has to do with certain aspects of the wielder, whether or not the light or darkness in their heart is strong enough. I tried looking it up on the wiki, but it's pretty vague about it, I think :T

Well when I look at the flow of the story, I think Zac never responded to Aang's decision to let him come along. You can write Zac's response to that and take control of Aang to make conversation. Then he can write about how he saw Kali and Althea come back from their 'walk'. You might even transition to the following morning where Zac leaves with Zuko and Aang to the Sun Warrior Ruins. If you want to start that summary, be my guest.

Well, I think the strict reason for having a Keyblade is either being preselected or having some kind of "pure heart" that a Keyblade is attracted to.

But, if I remember, our initial aim was to have one magician, one knight, and one Keyblade warrior. Although, I don't see why Zac and Althea can't have Keyblades either. ^^

That's what I had in the beginning since I based the three chosen off Sora, Goofy and Donald. But we also started basing them off Sora, Riku and Kairi. And I'm sure the latter two have keyblades.

Riku has a Keyblade. (Which confuses me because Sora's Keyblade is supposed to be Riku's... but whatever.)
And in KHII, Kairi gets a Keyblade and only uses it briefly.

At the end of DDD, Yen Sid calls Kairi in get formal training with her Keybalde.

But yes, all three of them have Keyblades.

I think that it could be argued that since Riku gave his heart to darkness, he lost the opportunity to wield that particular Keyblade, but, thanks to Ansem/Xehanort's influence, as well as his deeds in COM and KHII (and trapping himself in the Realm of Darkness in KHI), allowed him the opportunity to use the Keyblade again, even if it's not the Key to the World's Hearts :T
