WE NEED HELP! [Ideas and what not]

So I live in New Zealand and I have a crew.
We are doing the 48 hour film festival and we need to have a story within the next few hours.
We have sat around for 9 hours now - running into nothing and coming up with dead ends.

Our genre is Mystery or Solving a Puzzle.
We need to have a character called Morgan Foster and he needs to be a liar.
We need to have a prop which is a ball.
We need a line which is "Not with that you're not,"

Put this in Off-Topic. NOT the Roleplaying section... Also, if you already have parameters set (That you "Need" a certain character, a prop, and a line) then shouldn't you already have a story idea? Unless of course it's some odd requirement for competition criteria, in which case I'd understand. Still though, this is not the right area to ask for ideas.

Yeah, I was going to put it in there but it was 5am and my computer was fucking up and kept redirecting me to weird sites.
So I just put it in here and now I can't delete the thread.

And what we need is a weird criteria for the competition.
