Solame, I know a thing or two about chopping trees. You might indeed use an axe or a hatchet--not for chopping trees down, but for limbing the branches (cutting the limbs off of the trunk). Yes, one might use a chainsaw for that as well, but gas is expensive, and it doesn't take *that* long to use a hatchet or axe and just cut the lil bastards off that way, Also the blunt end of an axe can be used to drive a wedge into the tree where you have cut--this to make the tree fall where you want it to, rather than some random location (like onto someones car :p). So, Soma, my point being, there is plenty of room for a lumberjack even in the modern day, to have and wield an axe. He'd also probably have a splitting maul on hand too, if he doesn't use a gas operated automatic splitter (which are expensive, and break down easily).

I have completely updated the roster, and added pending to the Sheriff role. I talked to Tori about starting Monday evening because I'd not only like to give Jannah a chance to finish her CS and the Sheriff person a chance to get involved in the RP, but I'd like to be able to help write up the intro post. So, barring anything catastrophic, we plan on being a go Monday evening :)
