I'm sure everyone is alright with it in moderation. Hell, I use it from time to time.

But I've had an experience where people took it too far. A promising story turned into a meaningless flirt-fest where people acted silly the whole time. Most people ended up being more interested in keeping a fluffy animal (long story) than in the adventure itself. The plot stopped dead in its tracks. After reading the umpteenth post about people petting a fluffy animal (in a "mature RP") and just derping around the whole time, I jumped ship.

I've seen before how "comic-relief" can kill plot advancement if overdone. So I hope people can see where I'm coming from.

Technically Celabrin's not even at the keep yet, but she's on the way... eventually. Hmm idk guess you can't really do anything with her though. Also I never got the PM out I feel asleep lol.

Just stopped for dinner figured I'd pop in while I got signal. Random road tripping! Got four days off so why not.

I've had an idea for a villain for quite a while, and as Chubster pointed out, Dssialii isn't the most "Surprise!" sort of character. I need something else to fill my plot-twist needs ^.^
