Marvel Cinematic Universe I Check (Post Winter Soldier, Pre Age of Luton)

This is currently just an interest check, but I was wondering if anybody were interested in participating in an rp involving characters yet to be introduced in the MCU? The catch is that already introduced characters are off limits, as well as those in development (including the upcoming Netflix shows). Although since this is fan made, there aren't any license agreements between companies, so Spider-Man, X-Men, and the Fantastic Four are available for use.

Edit: my phone auto corrected the title above, and I only noticed after I clicked submit, so if y'all could refrain from pointing out a fanboy's mistake i'd appreciate it.

If I do get enough interest for this I will make the OCC

That actually works with invisible woman, in the post production phase of Winter Soldier, Fox was going to allow a "blink and you'll miss it" cameo of the Baxter Building, but the effects guys were too far along to include it

How far can we go into characters? Could I make a minor character like X-23 or an agent of S.W.O.R.D (okay maybe x-23 isn't a minor character but you get the point)? Or just well know characters?

How far are we allowed to vary from the normal incarnations? I'm thinking of taking nightcrawler.

Necrosis: id perfer a SWORD character since X-23 is Wolverine's Lady Clone, and there needs to be a Wolverine for her to exist, plus SWORD works with the upcoming Guardians movie

Well you can use an OC SHIELD member, or one from the comics, but not the cast itself.

but someone like deathlok would be offlimits since he is in Agents?
a agent is who im leaning towards but a agent to could turn into someone who has yet to be seen....so making a new take on a characters origin and playing that origin out

Deathlok Mike is off limits, but you could make another Deathlok since there are at least 4 in the comics

I might be interested, although I'm not nearly as well versed in Marvel as I am in DC. So, heroes only, for the sake of us not murdering each other?
