Verde can see and predict the future, the only drawback being he can only talk about the future and things involved with it in rhyme or riddle. It isn't his choice to say it that way, no matter how hard he tries it always comes out that way.

An angel is a supernatural being or spirit, often depicted in humanoid form with feathered wings on their backs. They are represented through most religions as messengers for gods. They are seen as the purest known form of creature among mythology, though corruption is possible.
Personality:
Verde is a calm individual, or calm when he needs to be. Panic is no stranger to Verde, as he consciously worries about other people without concern of their privacy. He is always looking out for the people around him, even if they find him bothersome. He takes joy in doing completely useless otherwise, and unless given direct instructions, can mess up something entirely, just because he thought it would be more convenient. He is also hyper active about the time. He will constantly ask for the time, and double checks any watch or wall clock. As an extra, when Verde gets really nervous, he will only speak in rhyme. He doesn't like talking about his family or where his wings went, and normally if you ask him he will go quiet.

Dislikes:
-Not knowing the time
-When his riddles are too confusing for him to understand

Strengths:
+His future visions are always accurate, and will update if something changes it
+His future visions are vivid unless the collar is on
+Sometimes the vision will be told in rhyme where it can be more easily understood
Weaknesses:
-The riddles that come from the visions are always confusing and take sometime to solve unless someone is above average intelligence
-The visions can not be changed by Verde in any way, futures can only be changed by others
-The collar limits the vividness of the vision harshly
-Any hits to his back are more painful than anywhere else
History:
Verde lived happily with his mom and dad, both angels. They live happily together, until Verde turned 18. When the supernaturals came out, and the government releasing their program, Verde saw in it the most horrifying visions of the future he had seen. When he tried to tell his parents, his subconscious came up with a riddle far to confusing for even his parents to understand. No matter how hard he tried he couldn't tell his parents what he had seen, and his parents made the mistake of trusting the program. They came and took them away, Verde's parents sent to a different camp. After words, to prevent Verde from escaping, they ripped out his wings. Verde has been since too fearful to check on the future of his parents.

Users can manipulate objects with their mind. Telekinesis is one of the basis of many superpowers that are based on "controlling/manipulating", it may evolve to the point that a Telekinetic can control anything at a subatomic level. User can use this power to mentally pick up items, toss them around at varying speeds, form mental 'barriers' to block or redirect attacks, put supernatural pressure on an object to crush it from the blunt force, and generally utilize mental energy in a variety of ways.

In traditional belief and fiction, a ghost is the soul or spirit of a dead person or animal that can appear, in visible form or other manifestation, to the living. Descriptions of the apparition of ghosts vary widely from an invisible presence to translucent or barely visible wispy shapes, to realistic, lifelike visions. They are usually very powerful poltergeists, with powers that has the potential to 'destroy, disrupt, and ruin' human life.

The belief in manifestations of the spirits of the dead is widespread, dating back to animism or ancestor worship in pre-literate cultures. Certain religious practices—funeral rites, exorcisms, and some practices of spiritualism and ritual magic—are specifically designed to rest the spirits of the dead. Ghosts are generally described as solitary essences that haunt particular locations, objects, or people they were associated with in life, though stories of phantom armies, ghost trains, phantom ships, and even ghost animals have also been recounted.

Personality:
"Yeah...well...you're inbred. Hah."

Paul has a bit of emotional baggage locked away deep inside of him, mostly due to the things he has gone through in his life. Despite this, he keeps it to himself, managing to maintain his casual, laidback personality even with series of thoughts constantly overriding themselves in his mind and soul. When he was younger, Paul was a loud, antsy boy who always wanted to be the center of attention. Annoying - Hell, obnoxious even. He was disliked...a lot in his old village when he was younger, even though all he wanted was the attention he believed that he deserved. It all changed, of course, when he went matured at the age of 12 and realized that being an annoying idiot would get him no friends, and only hatred, dislike, and bullies. He changed for the better, becoming a generally more serious and liked guy because of it.

Paulsen is calm, laidback, and focused, with an over-casing of serious to seal the deal. He's generally quiet unless he feels the need to speak, or if he's spoken to, and even then he formulates words easily, with the same casual tone he keeps with everything. He isn't one to throw his problems or questions onto other people, but if someone wants to confess something to him, be it personal or a general question, he listens with honest ears, and in return, would give you an honest answer.

Honesty and bluntness is another thing. Paul won't lie unless he dislikes you, or doesn't trust you at all. Whenever asked something by people he's completely neutral to, or people he actually likes, Paul responds with the calm bluntness of a rampaging rhino. Whether or not it hurts your feelings, Paul speaks the truth, mostly to help the person asking the questions rather than hurting their feelings and causing drama, another thing that Paul hates with a passion.

Drama is something Paul dislikes, and it's very easy to realize why. Drama creates problems, and unneeded problems are annoying and complicated. While Paul enjoys puzzles or word-games, he attempts to cut the line whenever it crosses to personal and unrelated emotion shit. Some people may think that, since Paul is such a smooth-mouthed male with a sarcastic wit of a silver blade, it would be stupid for him to hate drama. Sure, Paul may enjoy minor quips and jokes, some in which may be offensive to certain people, especially with the language, but he smoothly lays off when he could see the victim getting really, really upset. Unless they're someone he dislikes. Then he makes them suffer.

Recent dealings in his life has caused him to gain a sociopathic streak, meaning that he doesn't mind causing immense pain to other beings, and sometimes, he even enjoys doing it.

Likes:
Paul could seem distant, or disgruntled, some of the time, but there are quite a few things that he enjoys in life. For example...

| Writing in different languages, reading, and practicing his penmanship. |

| Exercise, and jogging/swimming in particular. |

| Playing tricks on people with his powers, and generally exercising his powers in general. |

Strengths:
Paul is a very smart individual, managing to maintain a steady 4.0 throughout his school life. He's also very mature, and despite the sarcastic and blunt comments/jokes that he drops out during certain situations, Paul is an overall serious person, and takes everything with a certain amount of caution and seriousness. He's athletic, keeping up a regular training regime despite spending most of his time reading, and has an almost masterful control over his powers due to regular practice and mental sharpening.

Weaknesses:
Trust.

Paul could joke around with you, talk to you as an equal, and generally be friendly if he's in a good mood, but it takes either an angelic person, or someone he likes right off the bat to gain his trust easily. If it's not any of the above, it will take a while for him to become truly used to you, and for him to trust you with anything about him. Likewise, if he doesn't trust you, you shouldn't trust him. Loyalty is earned, after all. Not given.

History:
Paul's history isn't...a nice one. He was..a miscarriage, taken from his life before he could even live it. Thankfully, he was reincarnated decades later, into a new body...but as a Ghost who had the ability to change from physical to extraterrestrial with only a mental command. His parents were very..eccentric people, and accepted the ghost with loving arms, both excited and happy over this unique prospect in their life. He was a studious, happy young man, studying in his room most of the time, playing harmless jokes on his friends, and practicing his powers in the safety of his room.

That's until...they moved to a small little coastal town. It was filled with other supernaturals, and his parents were a bit outcasted. They lived past it, however, and Paul made new acquaintences, his life returning to normal as the normally mature male went through the normal things children and teenagers went through. Once he was finally matured, however, there town was invaded...his parents killed...and everyone he knew enslaved and shipped off.

He was alone. He had put up a good fight, strangling men, throwing them through the air with psychic blasts, and even pulling others limb from limb with mental thoughts...but it wasn't enough. Fun life was over...and Hell occured.
