I did play that for some time, as an idle distraction during the guild being down.

Because I'm very good at meticulously micromanaging everyone, the short of it was 'everyone lived successfully because Elendra wouldn't let them suffer or have free will. All hail Elendra and her almighty control and hours days wasted designing houses'
